Customer service started off great and I was excited to support a black owned business until things went wrong. My vehicle was kept for 3 months and excuse after excuse was made as to why the mechanic wasn t finished, my vehicle was moved from one location to another without permission, I was overcharged as well as my insurance company, my truck looks worse than it did before the wreck, and my heat isn t working properly since getting my truck back. This is the nicest way I can put this horror story. So, BEWARE!
