Nathan was such a helpful and nice gentleman! I went there at around 7-8 pm and had to get my battery, alternator, and starter check. He had no problem showing me how everything worked and was very sweet! The last time I had it checked (not that long ago) the guy was rude. Did it in 2 seconds and didn t wanna show me anything. I loved to learn. We figured out it was my battery and I had asked if he minded helping put it on. I didn t know if they offered those services or not. But I needed more knowledge. Didn t trust myself. It was freezing cold and this man helped me anyways. Even showed me what to do and answered my questions. He definitely deserves a raise! Thank you so much Nathan - Kristy

Parker and Sylvester went above and beyond trying to help my friend and I change her battery, and troubleshoot the issue at hand. Parker even got the other staff to help us out when we were having an issue with one of the clamps.Definitely deserve a raise, selfless and helpful employees!

Parker and Sylvester need a raise! They went above and beyond when my car wouldn t start and really helped me through a stressful day. Because of them I will be back to this Autozone anytime I need help. Cars are so hard to understand and having someone walk you through in a polite and respectful way goes such a long way. As long a these two are here, I will always recommend this place!

Depends who you have to deal with is the difference in Stars I give some days I deal with certain people there are three star some days the managers are there in their little bit understandable or know what they're doing anyway

Stephen went above and beyond to help me get my dad s truck fixed up. Really friendly guy, excellent customer service, and an all-around great experience. Highly recommend! I will definitely visit here again.

Stephen and Travis were extremely helpful and very pleasant despite the fact they were extremely busy. Didn t make me feel dumb for asking for help changing something out. Those guys are all stars for their store

I stopped by E. Johnson Autozone yesterday (09/10/22) afternoon. Christina and John helped my husband and I find the correct parts for our Range Rover. They were extremely helpful and friendly. We appreciate them so much!!! We will be back anytime we need parts! Thank you!!

10/31/22. My battery started going out so I stopped by on my way home. Had a nice young man (Zachery?) help me with my warranty replacement and installed the new battery. I'm happy to report a third great visit to AutoZone Hilltop.Big shout out to the two gentlemen working tonight (12/12/19). I needed a new battery and the customer service was spot on. They gave great recommendations, made sure I was aware of the 5 year warranty and installed my new battery. This is the second time I ve visited this store and I ve been impressed both time.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff eager to help you. Most products you need are in stock, if not it may be an overnight wait from another store or the warehouse. Some high end products require a day or two wait. Overall a very good parts store! No mask required!

Stopped in to get wipers because it was raining and mine started coming off. The guy looked up what I needed for front and offered to put them on for me. So helpful also had to use the bathroom and didn't think the had a public restroom but asked anyway and they did and to my surprise it didn't smell and was pretty clean

They are typically very knowledgeable and helpful. They aren't always very up front when selling. I bought the right antifreeze from my own knowledge, however my fiance bought the kind that would gum my radiator up had we put in the well with my current type. The bottle explained that the system would need a flush to use what he bought, as it was universal, however the salesperson didn't advise of the flush process when he bought it. Since we opened the bottle we couldn't return it.

I stopped by to get a "Service Engine" light checked out on a vehicle. Their readers were not working that day but they were friendly and very helpful. They did assist my wife in finding a light bulb for her panel lights in her vehicle. Good shop.

Service was outstanding but went in for new wiper blades ..came out with none. Least expensive blade was $17.99 a blade up to $34.99 a blade. That is extremely to expensive. I can beat those prices early at Wal-Mart. I believe a parts store should have better prices on vehicle parts than a retailer. Just saying.

Very helpful helped me get exactly what I was looking for I thought I needed a terminal for my battery but ended up just needing a 7 solar piece would definitely recommend and will definitely be coming back

Went to the one on Johnson Ave. The staff seemed like I was the most important customer they had. I will drive the extra mile or two to go to that Auto Zone. Well trained and knowledgeable staff. Even got a special thank you from the manager.

They are always so helpful. I used to go to whatever one I was near. Although there is nothing wrong with the other locations I've started going to this one exclusively, unless they have to send me to another one if they don't have a part.

This place always has what I need. I bought some Maguire's PlastX to clean my headlights with and it worked! That's the only product that took the oxidation off and now they look almost new.

Tired of making multiple visits to keep getting wrong parts. If the computer database is that bad off it needs to be updated, if not, we need some training on how to make sure we are getting the right parts. Back to another 10 years of avoiding autozone. The memes are back in full swing.

Its a great store with helpful and understanding employees. The prices are good. And they won't try to sell you stuff you don't need. Its always my go to auto part store.
