This place is starting to come in clutch since O'Reilly's is having a hard time answering the phones, so this is a edit I own my own LLC as many people know here in town, and I since started going to AutoZone which has been fine I've even got parts from Miss Christina before however this time something was off with her she's sold me two different orders and one order paid for didn't have the ECT temp sensor, mind you were in the back and she's on the phone with another client talking to them like they're her best friend, seems kind of weird but whatever so I'm put on second hand customer even though she was called said she had the parts previous to me getting there said she had the parts in her hand but now I'm a second hand customer she's got to send another person to go find every single part then I buy the second order, which is only a belt and idler pulley would she also said she had an also told me it would be $92 when I got there it was 62 which is okay however when she looked it up again it turned back in to 92 because the certain belt that was cheaper somehow mysteriously could not be found and then after she's told me mind you again that she has the belt and the pulley in hand she gives me the wrong pulley, not to mention I've already paid for this gave her $100 bill and got my change on the counter, wrong pulley can't find the belt I go get two belts that came off the vehicle one has the part number and everything well they tell me they don't have that belt after she's already charged me for it I don't know what was going on but this was most weirdest incident I've dealt with this is not acceptable AutoZone I don't want to get anybody in trouble however this young lady needs an Awakening on customer service she tried to argue with me at one point and I told her that is not what I am here for I want the money back and I want to leave simple as that I will not be second hand when I'm in front of you with cash when you told me you had parts and I can come get them no ma'am sorry AutoZone but you've lost my business I'll pay higher in advance or even go back to O'Reilly's before I ever go there again!

Decent prices. Good selection of auto parts. Workers are pretty knowledgeable about things. Octane boosters here are probably cheapest in town. I've been here about as much as I have O'Reilly's. Both have good locations - just depends where you are. But, I will say this store is more helpful on average. Both stores are kind of hard to get in and out of

Can't say much about the non-commercial side of things. But Drew and his crew in commercial are good folks. Drew will take care of you. If he ain't got it, he will find it and get it to you asap!

Gave the guy a specific part number for a rear passenger caliper, told me he could order and have it the next day. Went and picked it up, removed the broken one, got the new one out, for the wrong side, a completely different part number. My wife had to find a ride to work today over an hour away, and we missed an appointment because of this. I would not recommend.

I had a great experience at AutoZone. Jimmy help me replace a tail light that was out in my car. I was very nervous going in, because I have been to other auto shops before and they have not help me put in a light in my car. Other places have told me to go to an auto repair shop and pay $50 to replace a light. Thank you Jimmy for the kind gesture and making me feel safe driving my car. It made my day. I will be returning.

Horrible service. Ordered parts over phone parts didnt get order came inside store ordered parts was told they would be in at 1pm friday they didnt come in again. Ordered again was told 1pm on Saturday 4pm i called them asked was told they wasnt orderd and they will order them and they will be here Thursday by 10am. Asked for a manager spoke with Jamie who got an attitude with me then hung up when i was asking him how do as the customer get proper help. After he hung up i called right back and said the phone was messed up and they refused to give me the district manager number. I basically drove to memphis and purchased the parts and installed them with no issue. Autozone on Highland needs a whole makeover minus Rick.

They were very helpful. Put a diagnostics to my truck and did the labor to replace my battery I purchased from them free of charge. The Dodge dealership wants to charge $125 for the same diagnostics they did for free. I really appreciate these folks.

This place is pretty cool. I just walked in and didn t even look at anyone and this lady( who worked there) was already with me and asking what she could do for me. We checked my car engine light (for free) and then she explained to me what was wrong. She told me my options and allowed me to understand what was actually wrong. She gave me a price of how much it would be to fix it, but reinsured me that I didn t have to but anything right then.

I was just in here to recycle some oil. The service staff helped me right away. They always have oil change deals that are hard to beat, so it's a good place to grab some oil and a filter.

I have been to Auto Zone for a lot of my minor car needs like bulb replacement, battery checks and lights on the dashboard check. In the past I've had nothing but great service. The last two times I visited I wasn't as pleased. My first visit was a year ago as my car had to be jumped and I went for a battery check they said the battery was fine. The next place I went to the car wouldn't start. Went to another place and they said the battery was shot. Good thing I made that next stop before driving two hours to my next destination. The last visit was just a headlight replacement. When I walked in I was in a line of about 6 customers but there were 3 employees in the store and yes there was a delivery truck in the parking lot. When I finally got to the front I was told that they can't replace all headlights but I was thinking that they have always replaced mine so no worries. The cashier handed me off to a worker and as we walked outside I noticed that he didn't even grab the toolbox. We went outside and I opened my hood and the guy said yeah I can't replace it. I asked him why he said they were too busy. Now I've been having them do it for years and I was usually back in my car in under 5 minutes. Now mind you I was the last person in line and only 1 other person walked in since I was there. I've seen them take 10 to look for a part only to have to order it. But 5 minutes for a product that I have already purchased was too much for them. The part that blew my mind was the guy told me that I can take it to Firestone and they would replace the bulb for a fee. Bulb replacement and battery installation is something Auto Zone advertises with the purchase of the product. Someone just recently told me to stop going to Auto Zone as their service and products are going downhill. I didn't believe them at first but maybe I'm changing my mind.

As soon as I walked in (less than 30 minutes from closing time on a Friday night) I was greeted and offered help. I was 4.5 hours from home and a headlight had gone out. Freddy was so kind and jumped into helping immediately. I purchased replacement bulbs for both lights so the brightness level would be the same. Freddy came out to my vehicle and changed both bulbs for me. I was all fixed up and on the road from entering the door to leaving the parking lot in less than 10 minutes. Thank you so much for the wonderful service! My daughter is considering A State and I feel much better knowing Freddy is just right down the road and ready to help if she has car issues so far from home!

I use my local Autozone quite a lot. They really make me feel like welcome, and I totally respect that. From the time I walk in the door and they welcome me back. Their very knowledgeable staff always go the extra mile to make sure I get the parts I need at the prices that make them very competitive with the other parts houses in town, to the warranties that the parts come with! Stop by and see them. You won't be disappointed.

Came to pick up some new windshield wipers - Corey was super helpful and got me set up with what I needed. It was busy, but he was great and taught me along the way. Definitely appreciated his help and I would be happy to return.

This is a wonderful place to get all your auto parts thanks to a young kid that works there. Freddie Hawkins go above and beyond. If u need help with anything just ask that young man.

So, this store, isn't your run of the mill warm body working a computer "Get in the zone" kinda place. They have folks with knowledge and experience. Good price match policy and willing to order whatever you need for your ride.

Guys had knowledge but they were not stocked and sent us to Johnson AutoZone. So we just went to the Oreily next the house and they helped replace the lights for us where AZ wouldn't.

My check engine light was on so we went here to see what the problem was. We were given the reader and we hooked it up to our car then took it back inside. I waited way too long while an employee (red headed male) went outside to help someone else instead of telling me the problem first. It would have been more efficient and time saving for all if he would ve just told us what it said before going outside to help a customer that pulled up after we did.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have to give four stars since they replaced two headlight bulbs for me and a battery for free. I would have never fit my oversized hands in to do it. They also saved me a ton of cash when my check engine light came on by running the code to figure out it was a dirty throttle body. The dealership wanted to charge $600 to "fix" it even though they couldn't tell me what it was. Quick trip and they had everything I needed to resolve the problem and improve my engine performance.

Always helpful they have fantastic customer service. They also always have the part I need in stock. They are open early and close late. Its nice to have people who genuinely care and always have a solution to my problem. And that's a stress reliever for me because I don't know a whole lot about cars.

I had a problem going on with a vacuum leak, there was a guy named Adam S. that helped me in person and over-the-phone and consistently maintained pure professional customer service. I m very grateful and so is my family. That man deserves a raise.
