I went in today to get a new battery that I was told had a two year warranty when I purchased it. Apparently the person that rung me up didn t ring up the right battery, which was cheaper, but only has a one year warranty on it. So even tho the battery that s on my car says the brand and style of the battery I got they would not honor my 2 year warranty and expected me to come out of pocket a extra $200+. The General Manager Ricky had every excuse in the book to not honor my warranty and I think they need to get it together at that store. No compassion, no care in the world just I can t do anything for you? Although it was one on the workers that made the mistake, I later on have to suffer for it. He wasn t concern about anything but getting me out that store because I was a bother to him. Will be waiting on his district manager to contact me (Vince). Which I asked for his number and cooperated number and he provided me with a customer service number and he couldn t give me his district manager number. But in fact could have took my name and number and gave it to him. What are you covering up? Why be a manager when you can t handle a simple solution. At least take the money I paid off of the 200+ battery knowing it was a battery that came from this company, the battery was a different style on my car, (better and 2 yr warranty) and you see the purchase date was Oct 2021! They will try anything to get you to spend and lose money. Inflation is already crazy right now!! Highly disappointed and I still maintain myself emotionally through the whole (waste of time) process.

The people in this store on highland Dr in Jonesboro are very friendly and helpful . If you have any questions and they don't know the answer they will do their best to find an answer. This the best auto parts store I've been in. They definitely are better than AutoZone and O'Reilly's !!

Went to the other 2 competitors and were treated like an idiot. Then tried AAP. Bailey was great. Helped find the part not in stock, but he ordered it up and will be delivered tomorrow. I wish I could post a photo of me deleting the competitors app and installing the Adv Auto App. Fortunately for them, my old car will require me to spend $$$$ at advance auto in the years to come

Good straightforward people not my usual place however I definitely recommend it maybe a couple dollars higher but like I said good place good people and maybe a few more things in other parts

I personally wouldn't shop here, prices are outrageous, low staff, and lack of knowledge from the upper management. Maybe someone who doesn't work in the store needs to make a visit and do some changes.

Went to the store on Red Wolf looking for a tool and was told that the store on Highland had it in stock but when we got there the manager looked at the computer and showed us that it was not a stocked item.

Went to Advance Auto Parts to get a battery for my Dodge Ram 2500. Larry was my associate and he took great care in guiding me to the perfect battery for my needs. While he was getting my battery from the back I was asked twice if I was being taken care in less than a minute. That's great customer service. Then Larry took out my old battery and installed the new one at no additional charge. 5 stars all the way. Highly recommended. Thanks guys.

Amon ( hope I'm spelling correctly) is always such a great help and so informative. I've been going to this store for years because of the service that I receive each visit. I've gone to other auto parts stores around town and have been ignored or talked at as if I'm an auto mechanic. So, this is the best place to go, male or female. And if they don't have it or it's going to be overpriced, they inform me about my options.Great customer service and always friendly!

All the parts you'll need! If it's not in stock at that time, chances are that it'll be there first thing in the morning. Never had a problem with any of the staff & they always seem eager to help. Top notch staff & higher quality parts, plus they carry a full line of Meguiar's car care products! Bonus!

Had a battery cell go bad and they were the only ones that had a 31-950 battery for my rig. Called 4 minutes b4 they closed and they held it till next morning so I could pick it up since Loves doesn't have a shop. Plenty of room for me to get truck & trailer in and I was able to swap them out right there. Thank you guys.Heaven

I went in to purchase a new battery, because the freezing temperatures killed the battery. He replaced the old battery,and put in the new battery. Thank you Advanced Auto.

Jeff was great! Had problems with battery on our car. He came out checked the battery and alternator giving us a thumbs up on being able to drive without any issues.

I give this,place one star and,if,I could I would not even give it a star I was really,disappointed when I ask,the man if he could test my air,and he said I can't do that I said if I buy this can you put it in the car he said we can't do that then I said can you show me where it is in the car and I will do it and,he replied I don't have time so I walked out,with two people behind me highly disappointed and will never go back
