Nice and convenient auto parts stores. They do free readings and testing like other auto parts stores offer. The staff has always been friendly and helpful whenever I have visited the store. It is located on a busy street so during peak traffic times it can be difficult getting in and out of the place. They also have a UPS drop-off service they offer if you have packages that need to be shipped by that courier.

I'm a single mom to learn all I can about how to do basic maintenance on my car. More than once, most recently yesterday I went in. They taught me all about my oil, how often etc etc. They were so knowledgeable, took their time with me and taught me so much. Last I'm they showed me a kit they sell to fix windshield cracks. They told me all I needed to do. I came home and did I myself. They saved from needing an windshield. These men truly go above and beyond for customers with exceptional customer service every time. Thank you for helping me each time, I've learned so much from y'all!!!

Theyre a tad more expensive but the guys there ate helpful and respectful. The store always clean. The parking lot is also connected to all the other stores next to it so you can go down the whole side and never get back on the main road which is ALWAYS busy.....

Low staffing, lack of knowledge from the upper management, and just careless work ethic. Similar to their other location. Her and the other assistant at the other location are already speaking of leaving the company when theyve barely been there three months. Seems as if they have new management and she isn't the most knowledgeable, she may need some leadership courses before letting her run her own store. With business usually you have people in line to replace what you lose but in this situation it wasn't the case. You'd rather pull workers from an already understaffed an see burnt out store. Personally the district manager is cutting workers and expecting people to work harder for the high wage of 11.50. With the low staff I wouldn't work for that payment either. No wonder why the regular staff are burnt out and not as enthusiastic as they used to be. Just because their younger doesn't mean their better, make better decisions advanced autos

Wasn't sure if I was going to get one more start out of old battery so I choose advance since it says they will install. Thankfully I got one last start to get me home since they wouldn't change it out. Actually willing to loose the 10 bucks on the core charge since I won't be there ever again. On a side note always make them scroll down the screen on the monitor since the sort searches highest priced first.

Used to be a good option. Current employees can't find lug nuts on a computer and just say I don't know and stare at you without any further solutions or efforts. Also if they are unaware of a promotion good luck on getting it, had to show employee the tag, matching product numbers, and the location of the products and she still had to call a Manger to see if I was tricking her.... Employees need to be trained on how to help customers, not impede progress, we will go to other places if a store that offers a service cannot actually deliver the offer of service. I know people need a job but someone needs to be training these people before they are set loose on the public to annoy them.

Dec 27th 6:15pm . I have to walk with a cane from a motorcycle wreck so I walk in to get antifreeze so I get it & put it on the counter where the red headed lady is talking on the phone for over 5 mins , yelling for Danny in the back while playing chess on her cell phone laid out in front of me and never acknowledged or tried to check me out even though I showed I had cash and they wonder why I was the only customer there.

Got a good price on a pretty good battery for my truck. Get there to pick it up and they don t offer to install it (not a super big deal) and then will not give me the charge back for the old core. They admit they made a mistake because they didn t know what they were doing, but don t offer to figure out a way to refund me. Just kind of say oh well. The customer service was terrible and very much lacking in any knowledge to help you with your vehicle. If you know what you need and can get in and out, maybe give it a shot. If you need help with something, please go somewhere else where someone might actually be able to help you with your car. Truly pathetic.

Guy with big beard and shaggy hair, possibly the rudest service I've ever witnessed. Grunted and growled the entire interaction. Will go out my way to avoid this again.

Went to take in a old battery in exchange for a gift card. The sales person was very helpful, and friendly. I also was able to find a size 10 wiper blade which I have only been able to order from the dealership before.

The staff are the worst. They can t even provide a tape for the return delivery orders. He wanted to me to come back a day after just for tape.

The gentleman named Doug was super help to us. He not only tested my daughters battery. He also cleaned her cables to help assure no more dead battery. He made sure her car started before he left us. We truly appreciate all he did. Thanks, Doug!!

Usually an O'Reilly guy however I guess they don't answer phones anymore and every time I get there they took their time dealing with people I usually end up leaving O'Reilly's and going AutoZone where I'm done right

I use this store for a lot of my automotive needs. Sometimes you've got to know exactly what you're looking for or they'll try and sell you the wrong thing. I will give them the fact that it was for a truck 20 years old and that had multiple types of fuel pumps used.

Super friendly service. They don't make you feel stupid when your car trouble is a tiny little mistake. 10/10 would come back again. Very greatful for the free check engine light scanning.

All I needed was a little help. Instead they (three workers) just watched from the curb. Horrible service. It took for a man to talk to them for them to do what I needed. Would not recommend. I wouldn t give any stars if I would allow it.

Yeah it was ok. The lady who helped me was very abrasive and rude. Probably just stick with the other advance in town.
