We have had three recent experiences with Lester s Auto, and every time the service was timely, efficient and provided peace of mind. Friends visiting us locked their keys in their brand new car. Within 6 minutes, Lester s mechanic answered through the AAA call and had the car opened quickly. Then our same friends had a flat tire from a screw they picked up somewhere along the highway. Lester s fixed the flat in short order. Today we asked for a water pump check and braced ourselves for a possible replacement. But Lester ran several tests and found only a loose clamp on a hose. We are so grateful we can trust Lester, his mechanics and office staff. They are all very friendly and respectful. Thanks, y all!Services: Tires, Car lockouts, Auto maintenance

Driving through town around 6pm, we found ourselves just across from Lester's with a smoking wheel on our travel trailer. The shop was closing up for the night, but Lester was incredibly gracious and let us park next to the shop for the night, helping us get set up with electricity to get through the heat of the evening.The next morning, Lester took us in and helped us after taking in some emergency calls. Turns out that our bearings had melted right through. Lester didn't have the part on hand, but he was able to get it delivered within 20 minutes from the local Auto Zone. We were able to wait comfortably in the air conditioned office waiting room. Two hours later, the bearings were replaced and greased and we were able to get our wheels back on the road.Lester was very fairly priced, and we would gladly return if we ever happened to find ourselves with car trouble in the area again.

We were in an extreme bind with our car breaking down. It was about 3 45 pm. We are from out of town, but Lester's treated us as if we had been one of their long-time customers. They got to us within about 30 minutes, made an assessment of our vehicle problem & got to work. They found the parts needed and worked as fast as they could to get us back on the road.

I drove in with a problem. They came out and evaluated with an estimate. I was able to make an appointment for the next day. It was smooth as butter, and they were very good at what they did. Literally...the easiest place I've had something fixed. Great Job!

Traveling to AK State Park, but got a flat tire on a SUNDAY! Thankfully, the owner was there with his family to do remodeling and patched up the tire for us. Lesters Auto Repair is truly a diamond in the rough ! I have known Lester for years and he has never let me down. Lesters Auto has great service, they are very knowledgeable and will always give you the best prices in town. His staff is very friendly and makes sure that you are well taken care of, even in emergencies they are there to help 24/7. They even sent me a text message after I picked up my vehicle to ask if everything was running okay on my car! How many mechanics do you know that actually follow up with the customer after repair work has been done? You can t go wrong with Lesters Auto, I m a devoted customer for life!

I was on vacation from out of state and woke to a completely flat tire. I called AAA and sent out service from Lester's. The tech was out within 1 hour of our call. He put the spare on, filled it with appropriate air and gavee directions to the shop to repair the tire. They were knowledgeable, friendly and provided fast inexpensive services. My husband got stranded coming out of deer camp and truck wouldn't start. Lester's came, towed his truck, immediately installed the starter (which is a multi-hour repair) and got him on his way. I am new to the area, called first thing in the morning about availability for an oil change and a quick tire patch. I was told to come on down and they would get me taken care of. They got me in and out quick as can be for less $ than originally quoted, letting me know about a few upcoming maintenance items that will be needed down the road. An excellent first time experience and they will be my go to from now on. Thank you Lester's!

Arrived in Hot Springs Village for vacation late Sunday night after a long drive from out of state. Car was making horrible noises and I was concerned how it would affect our family vacation and our drive back home. I showed up unannounced early the next morning, and Lester and crew performed the repair work in a few hours and at reasonable rates. Lester is a genius , and his staff are great at their jobs. When 5 other mechanics couldn't fix my truck, Lester & his crew had it up and running in less than a day at a fraction of what I had paid the others. We've had zero issues with his work in over a year & no one will ever touch my truck but them again. We've been back several times for other issues (completely unrelated to the original one to be clear) and he is always honest, straight forward, explains things clearly and is just an all around nice guy. If I could give them 200 stars I would, they've earned them.

I'm still reserving judgment. I've only had them put a couple of tires on my car so far. I had an appointment and I had to wait about an hour. If they do good work the wait doesn't matter so we'll see how the work is.

Lester had picked up a friend of mines truck with his wrecker. Given the circumstances he had no choice. I called and he gave me an awesome deal and I had the truck off the wrecker and headed out of the parking lot within 15 minutes of me arriving. He was extremely polite and I would most definitely recommend if your in the Village or anywhere out that way and need help call him.

Lester is Amazing!!!He is fair, thorough. Informative, respectful, and good at what he does.His shop has multiple bays and he has a whole certified crew. The parking lot is large and is connected to a gas station.His office and waiting room is big, comfortable, with tv, coffee machine, and restroom. He even has a play and seating area for the littles and its stocked with toys. Hes got a couple candy machines and his magazine selection is massive. There isnt another shop I would want to go to...EVER

I just moved here from Searcy to hot springs one day I was cleaning in jesseville and just stopped their. Amazing work I was in and out sometimes you have to wait but they are so worth it the check my tiers all my fluids and do the high mileage oil only for 55 bucks

Asked him to come out and look at our vehicle to diagnose the problem. Took him almost a week to come out after telling us everyday for three days he was coming out. Came out diagnosed the problem and gave rough estimates of about $500 and another $700 if something else was wrong. Took him two days to get quotes back to us when they came back at over $5000 he basically said he wasn t willing to do the work and we said we couldn t afford that anyway. He then proceeded to try to get us to pay $150 for his diagnoses when that was never discussed before him coming to look at the vehicle. Truly disappointed.

Traveling through and a bearing went out on our truck. Pulled in to this shop and got repaired and back on the road within an hour.We were so pleased with the prices and speed of repair. Owner and staff were kind and professional.
