The ladies in here are super nice, as the other reviews say, but I don t think many people in Newton county realize that they dont really know what they re doing. They ll require a lot of things that will just seem excessive and if you go to the harrison DMV, you won t need all, or any, of it. I ve saved hundreds by going to the Harrison office instead of here. And they will seem really confident in what they need and how they do their job so I genuinely think they just don t really know how to do their job. If you go here and feel like you re right and they re wrong, you re probably right and should goto a different DMV and will be thankful that you did. Sure, you ll have to wait a little longer, but it s worth it in the end because you re saving yourself weeks of time not tracking down or getting mailed a document that you never really needed in the first place. The ladies here are playing office like we did as kids, they have a great attitude about it, and will likely never lose their job due to incompetency because it s Jasper and they are related to people who lived here for a hundred years.

This office has taken care of me on several occasions since I moved to AR. Fantastic place and people. Handled my needs with care, concern and in a very professional manner. Never a line of people waiting like in other states or locations. I recommend 150%!
