Myself, my wife and the Inlaws have used this company for many years for servicing our cars and have always been happy with the service they provide. The office staff (Steve and Sandra) are always professional and friendly to the customers, and the mechanics are very good in what they do. I highly recommend them for your auto needs.

If you want to keep your money the best you can you better off anywhere else then at vaughn I ve been a few times and always thought they did good work but was a little high. But this last time I needed new brakes and they quoted me $1480 saying I needed all new everything calipers and pads etc. took it to a shop in Lonoke and got it done for abt 500 less. Needless to say they got good work, but an awful price.

Schedule an appointment here with my car. I showed up during the scheduled time. Had to wait an extra hour for no reason. Then when they finally got my car they had it for another 30 minutes only to tell me they couldn t align the car. Sat there for almost two hours only to get nothing done. No apologies or anything. Done taking my business here.

Great customer service and great experience all around! I was in town for a funeral and while there I got a flat tire due to the construction on the 67/167 access roads and broke a lug and stud changing my tire. I explained that I had to leave on Wednesday to travel back home. They got me in and out so I could stay on my schedule. They were very friendly and understandable. Would definitely recommend them! Thanks very much for your help!

Great service. Bought my tires on tire rack, this shop did not refuse to install them. Also provided before and after printouts for the alignment. I will likely buy tires from this shop next time, considering the fantastic service during my first visit.

In this area this business is very popular and has a pretty good reputation around town. If you plan on getting your vehicle looked at, you need to walk in that building very early, somewhere around opening time. As a matter of fact, you're going to need to definitely walk in when the door's open. From my past experience at this location I will say that their services have been very good. As a matter of fact I just took my car there today because I need some work done. I guess I have to understand that no one is going to be able to immediately take care of my needs and these guys usually do try to get done in a reasonable period of time from my experience.

I was very happy with the customer service here. They were polite and went WAY above the norm for THIS day and time! They dropped me off and picked me up as I work nights and sleep days. Though I do believe they would have done it regardless.The price was a bit high for the work done (light bulbs changed) however, they let me know beforehand.I've had work done on my car with out approval.The service desk was respectful and politeAnd I do believe that they were a crew who is detail oriented.Will definitely be going back. There were several "melanated" individuals who were in the waiting room who smiled so I believe they were treated JUST FINE. Sometimes people have BAD days.Anyway, good experience all around

One of the very best tire shops in central Arkansas! Their staff is always amazing, from the register to the lifts and out of the door, amazing. They have a great inventory of tires, new and used. If you set an appointment with them, they will meet it. If you re a walk-in, they ll give you an accurate time frame. They work quickly but remain efficient and detail oriented. Most importantly, you can trust that what they re telling you is the truth, and never have to wonder if you re being taken advantage of. I have recommended them to 50+ people and will continue to recommend them because they ve remained fair, honest, and dependable for many years.

Great place. Sandra was amazing. A previous tire shop did a terrible job patching my tire and this shop did everything they could trying to correct the issue. Unfortunately, because of the bad job the previous job did they weren t able to fix the patch and because of that they didn t even charge me.

Used this place years ago for all my tire needs. Prices are fair, staff and workers are great people!Had a slow leaking tire fixed. Was in & out in a timely manner. Highly recommend Vaughan Tire Co.

VAUGHAN TIRE CO. IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST, THE PEOPLE THERE ARE SOOOO KIND, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND GREATTTT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! YOU NEVER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT AS A FEMALE ABOUT THEM OVER PRICING YOU , MY HUSBAND WORK S OUT OF TOWN AND VAUGHN TIRE CO. Impeccable service, very knowledgeable mechanics, honest people that care about your vehicle and are more like a family to me. The only place I've gone to get my car serviced for nearly nine years.I came in recently thinking I needed multiple repairs done and after taking a look under the hood they realized it was unecessary that I only needed an oil change and balance which saved me nearly $500.00 in parts and labor. They could have very well taken my money, but they care about me as a customer and a person.

Racist. Came in, stood at counter for minutes. Not one staff member even so much as acknowledged me. The customers even appeared uptight as if I wasn t welcome . If you re melanated definitely take your business and money elsewhere

I have been buying my tires from Vaughn Tire for 33 years. Service has always been professional with customer service personable and downright friendly. When I first moved to Jacksonville in October of this year I was dreading having to find a new mechanic and a place to get tires. My car was in bad need of tires at the time and I needed an oil change after traveling. From the first phone call with Steve I knew this was my place. I have since had numerous oil changes and bought a set of tires. My son came in from naval deployment and I recommended Vaughn s as well. You will not go wrong trusting all your car care needs to them. They are friendly, honest, and the prices are super reasonable. Reasonable rates and excellent customer service. Woman owned and a local company to boot. Such a great place. Highly recommend. If you expect to be in and out like a fast food joint, however, this isn't the place. They take their time and do the job right.

All I can say is, "WOW"!!! Vaughan Tires has been the best place I've ever been to for vehicle maintenance. I was super impressed from the moment I walked into the aroma of what comfort and relaxation is like. I was helped immediately from a gentleman who came from the shop, as the lovely lady behind the counter was assisting another guest. Such great service, right.After getting everything in order, I had to use the restroom, and for an auto shop, I was impressed with how clean or orderly their restroom was, because it was behind the shop, but through the shop. I had an even bigger smile on my face, because I felt my truck was in great hands . You can always tell what a business is like by how clean their restroom is. As I left the bathroom to head back towards the inside of Vaughan's Tire Co., the wonderful mechanics asked me about my spare tire and shared with me information about my truck I knew nothing about. Everyday I want to learn something new, and if I don't, then my day wasn't fully successful, but today I felt my truck mattered, I felt I mattered, and I even felt my services mattered.I made my way back into the lobby, and there was a wonderful smelling candle lit, and I felt it was the difference of night and day walking from the maintenance area to inside their shop! The shop where the vehicles were smelled of oil and rubber, where as the lobby smelled like you could curl up and take a nap, but there wasn't enough time to do so, because not long after the restroom visit, to the educational lesson on my truck, and the great conversation about the candle, DC and Marvel's comics, and the movie Tag with the two inside, my truck was finished. I had a really great time during the wait of my new tires and rotation. They even went the extra mile to see if they had an extra cover for my wheel to match the other three, and that's service!!!I felt this review was in order, because of all my years of driving and maintaining my vehicle, this is by far the best place I've been too!!! Thank you Vaughan Tires for your great service, and you have excellent employees who deserve a nice meal and treat, because I believe each one spoke to me and even smiled from inside the lobby to inside the shop. This meant so much to me I had to share my experience, so I gave you a 5 star service and review.If you like this post, please give thumbs up and like post. Thank you!

Very nice customer service!!! Went for used tires. I warned them that my undercarriage was hanging on by a thread, and they secured it back up for free! The mechanic took the time to show me that my brakes were so low I was at risk of damaging my rotors, and I really appreciate that, especially since I taxi 3 kids around every day. After I left I called because I had a problem with one of the used tires, and they told me to come right back. They fixed the problem in minutes!

This is the best tire shop in the state of Arkansas if you ask me. They're very personable, and honest. They don't try to sell anything you don't want or need. If you tell them you need new tires the first question will always be do you want top of the line, middle of the line, or the cheapest ones they have. They also do a lot more than tires

Great experience. Dropped my tire off to be fixed bc they were busy. Came back later when tire was done and they put it on quickly. Did not have to wait long at all.

My family has used Vaughn Tire for probably 30 years and they never seem to disappoint. Family owned and will take care your needs as quickly as possible. Not to mention affordable considering dealership costs

Horrible!!!!I needed two front used tires. I ve always gotten my tires from them. I d pick them out and they would put them on. This time, It was the lady. I ve always done business with the guy. I didn t pick them out this time because she didn t offer and I trusted them. She gave me two bald tires. They looked exactly like the ones I was having replaced. And charged me full price as though they were good tires. I told and showed her and her husband and she lied and told me she knew they were bald so she only charged me 30 a piece . Which means I paid 70+ for labor. I told them I wanted my old tires back. They said they would have to recharge me 70+ again for labor. I couldn t believe this had happened to me. I m a single mother of four and I couldn t afford for them to screw me. She said she ll give me a discount the next time I come in, but wouldn t put it in writing. Terrible!!! They are scammers. They should ve done something to correct their mistake. So sad!!!

They've been great every time I've gone to them. There's a wait sometimes, but its worth it for the great service. Each time I've gotten tires they've had me out pretty fast considering the line.
