Great place to get your oil changed. I ve been here 2-3 times and they never seem to disappoint me. They get you in and out plus they are so nice and respectful. One year I brought them back some pocket warmers because it was so cold outside and Ik they have to use their hands to do what they do. This will forever be my to go place for an oil change.

I have had my oil changed here 3 or 4 times no problem. This last time I went about 2 or 3 weeks ago, the manager first of all not a friendly person. I'm sitting in the bay getting my oil changed and hear lots of clanking and my car moving, I dont say anything just get done and go on my way. Move forward to this week and I'm noticing big puddles under my car so I take it to a mechanic and he tells me that the bolt was stripped in the oil pan and I only had 2 quarts of oil left in, so now I'm stuck having to get my oil pan replaced because they stripped the bolt. Don't go to this location!!!

Great folks. Good price. Full service oil change was less than $40 with coupon and tax. Was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Karon in particular was great to work with.

I arrived at 5:15 to get the headlight bulbs replaced in my truck, I was pulled directly into a bay, after about 10 minutes they had changed the drivers side bulb, at 6:55 I was told that they could not access the passenger side bulb, I informed the tech on how it would have to be done because I have replaced the bulbs myself, the tech was willing to do it but, the manager on duty said no and then mentioned the time and proceeded to rush everyone out and started to lock up the bay doors, while directing me out of the bay, I had to beacon him back so that I could get the other light that I had paid for and to give them back the jump box that they had placed in my truck when they disconnected my battery, this was at the T.P. White Jacksonville, Ar. location Will not return to this location.

Great, friendly service. Used to be able to go in and wait, but now you sit in your car. Next time I'll wait until it's under a 3 digit temp outside! . Highly recommend.

Great services when you are in a hurry to get your oil change! The staff there are friendly employees and they make sure they take good care of your car. Prices are worthy, and they do accept military and coupon discount. If you need a new wind shield wipers replace, they do have a warranty to replace it for you.

The GM Elijah gave me to best customer service I have ever had! Very friendly and helpful!! Quick and fast too! Although at the time the other manager dexter had the most rude and disrespectful attitude talking to me, than he proceeded to tell me I am the area manager so if you don t like how I run the store than leave but other than that the manager of the store was great and so was the amazing people

Man I brought my truck to them to get a transmission fluid change and oil change. Fast forward two weeks later my truck wasn t shifting gears properly. Had someone come take a look at it and they said I had too much transmission fluid. I ve never had a problem with valvoline but they definitely messed this one up

I am very disappointed. I needed to get my oil changed & was so busy I decided to go here since I'd had a good experience before. Well not this time..It took almost an hour & cost over $100 for an oil change. They were very nice but so unorganized. Right as I pulled up one guy checked my lights & blinker to be sure they were working then about 30 minutes later there was confusion on rather I'd been checked in on the computer & one guy acted like he wanted to argue with me when I said I had not been checked in earlier. (I'm pretty sure I'd know if I had been..they scan my car VIN # & ask my name). Then when they were putting the oil in my car I'm pretty sure they had already put it in before they asked me what oil package I wanted because right after I told them which oil I wanted my daughter heard one guy hollar to the other that it was already in & was the right one. Which makes me question 2 things...Was it really the right oil or was he just saying it was so he didn't have to change it. And if it was does this guy make a habit of putting the more expensive oil in cars before knowing which one the customer wants?Service: Oil change

If I could give them 0 stars I would, got an oil change here and while on the highway the oil filter fell out cause our engine/motor to lock up. Shop went about trying to fix issue by replacing engine with a use salvage engine. Had poor communication while have my car for over a month giving me the run around. When finally receiving my vehicle back check engine light was still on and they claim that everything was fixed and they couldn t see the reason for light on. When speaking to shop that preformed the engine swap stated that valvoline said if the car wasn t finished in a time frame they would pick car up as is. They knowingly know something was still wrong with my vehicle gave it to me and gave me in writing if something would to continually be wrong with vehicle the would fix it. The next day of me receiving my vehicle back which I don t know what the hell I was thinking taking my car back with a check engine light on, started to experience problems instantly. Contact valvoline multiple time to end up getting second opinion on car from a trusted dealership that valvoline stated I could do and they would use the diagnosed test and fix the issue only for valvoline to do everything but that. Finally got to speak with District manager Dalton I believe his name was by the way who was very unprofessional and represents the company very poorly to take one look at me and my car and where I live to decide my problem was my transmission which they never took to shop or anything and said for the manager Davin to relay to me because he said two words to me and got in his car and didn t say anything else to me and let his do boy Davin the manager test ride with me only to already having their mind that they were no longer going to try to fix my car they missed up. This was my experience at valvoline I will never get anything oil changed at any of there Establishments they should be allowed to miss up people car and treat them the way they have treat me I was very nice and patient and I was taking advantage of I no longer recommend this company to anyone to get service

Tried to get a tire rotation 8:25am. My vehicle was put on the lift, and the the GM Elijah stated he had to go pick up an employee, so an off the clock employee stepped in to watch the store . 14 minutes later I m told the air compressor wasn t set up so I would have to wait on my tire rotation. This is the second time in a month I haven t been able to get my service due to store problems.Service: Tires

My mom took her car to have a transmission flush done. Yes this was selected by her but unbeknownst to her the technician named maverick wasn't certified to do the service. So maverick screws the service up and before you know it my mom's entire engine bay is smoking and covered in transmission fluid. In the middle of the chaos maverick clocks out because shift was over. Extremely unprofessional wouldn't recommend

Hecca nice people who didn't push ANYTHING on me. I appreciate it hardcore. Guy who ran my oil change was so dang nice. I'm used to places hard selling bullcrap on you. He got things done, and I was out of there. Made sure to tell him how much I appreciated his attitude and professionalism. He also has a cool stud earring with an alien on it. Best experience I've ever had getting my oil changed. It was quick and efficient. They communicated with each other very well and I was in and out in 10 minutes. The price was fair and they were straightforward about everything they were doing. They even gave me a tips on car upkeep to ensure nothing goes wrong in the future. All around great place to get your oil changed, 100 times better than waiting for hours at a dealerhip and spending way more than you wanted to.

I ve been to this location before where they were able to complete one air filter but not the other. Service was good, no issues.However, today I go in for a service on my foreign vehicle. Oil change seemed to go fine but I needed assistance with resetting the service needed message. I was told that it would be handled at the end.We get to the end and the manager, Alexander, had to google instructions on how to do it. I thought it was a bit weird but since it s a foreign vehicle I overlooked it. He had me try one series of steps and that didn t work. In fact it made my radio do something weird. The second series of step did remove the message but caused an issues with both my front and back windshield wipers.Alexander proceeded to say is the message gone? Well ma am I am not sure why the windshield wipers are doing that you need to go get it checked out by a mechanic!I understand Valvoline doesn t fix issues such as windshield wipers however this issue didn t occur until he had me try a method he GOOGLED!Thankfully I continued to mess around with my car and the issues were resolved.It s common courtesy and good customer service to at least offer another google search or a solution before rushing me off to spend more money.Once again, this issue didn t occur until he googled instructions on how to remove the service needed message.I did not appreciate our conversation once I paid my money and his googled instructions caused an issue.Lastly, in the mist of this conversation I said I would like to speak with a manager. He says I am the manager how can I help, being VERY sarcastic.Valvoline was recommended to me and it s unfortunate this took place!Service: Oil change

Love the place, the people that work there are very honest which is hard to find in the mechanic area. The person in change of changing my oil told me I wasn't supposed to do it for another 2000 miles, therefore saving me money. Other shop would've just take advantage of me and charge me. Oh! did I mentioned that they game me a free top of fluids and a free vehicle check! they're amazing, they just got a long lasting costumer.

The manager Jimmy is very professional and great at his job. He was training employees the way they need to be trained. He was very patient and knowledgeable. The other employees are friendly and good at their job too. They definitely deserved some recognition. Devin was learning very fast he s gonna be a good one. He was very knowledgeable and he was good at up selling with out making it feel like an up sell.

They did not put oil in my truck at all please check your oil bc I was driving without any oil cost me a whole truck. Plus they failed to flush transmission fluid, trust me no need to even call bc they not gonna take the blame. Employees are very nice and knowledgeable and they check everything which is good. It may just be the world we are living in but my goodness the price of an oil change is just unbelievable even with a coupon.
