I had a great experience working with Austin and the team at Quality Transmission. I had a 6l80 shipped to Montana, and they were there every step of the way, answering my questions promptly and courteously. The price was great, and it s working well. I d definitely do business again.

I towed here from Little Rock with an unknown transmission issue. They got to the bottom of this anomaly, Scott in particular. They fixed it within a few days and charged me a fair price, considering what transmission costs can amount to. I recommend them.

My niece who is a single mom had car trouble and was told she needed a new transmission by another shop They were going to charge her $4000, which she did not have. We had her towed to Jacksonville and Quality Transmission did diagnostics on her car and discovered it was not her transmission but a sensor which was an easy fix. We appreciate the honesty and integrity they showed her and we would recommend them to anyone!

Will we worried one we dropped off car thought the price was going to be real high and it was a good price . The staff was very friendly and had the taurus done very reasonable time. Well go back to them one we have a problem.

Excellent service and better people. They diagnosed my wife's car and did a relearn on the transmission for FREE. I took it in thinking we were in for a $4000 rebuild bill and left with a $0 bill. The tech said "I can't in good conscience rebuild your transmission when it doesn't need it right now". It's hard to find an honest shop like that these days that will do right by the customer. Highly, highly recommend them for your transmission repair needs.

Charged more than a new transmission with a warranty and left me without a warranty. Price was double quoted price, it was a bench job and was here for 6 months....then when i pick up transmission they have the wrong torque converter...the place where transmissions go to die

Thank you Quality Transmission for fixing me up with a new transmission on my 2007 Nissan Altima! My transmission was under warranty and I was anxious about the repair, but you are an honest shop and put in a new rebuilt transmission for me that was completely covered under my warranty. The team at quality transmission repair is wonderful. I was referred here by another mechanic because I was told I had a leak in our transmission. They were helpful and diagnosing the problem. Can't say enough about the Honesty and Helpfulness of these guys. Have a dual condenser that was leaking and causing Transmission problems. Austin explained that this needed to be addressed first and then if problem persisted we could look at transmission. This has potentially saved us thousands of dollars. Refreshing to see honesty. These guys are the most honest people I've met in the Auto industry. They pulled my truck in looked the transmission over and told me the truth they did try to sell me any bull and was honest. The staff was extremely professional and nice. I suggest using them to anyone in this area.

I m super impressed with the whole team they have @ Quality Transmission. Everybody was super respectful and explained things great. It's the first time I've ever had to do any kind of major repair to any of my vehicles. I was impressed with how fast they got my truck in and out of there. Great place to take your vehicle! Very thorough and friendly. Technician Nate is awesome!! One of the most well-versed young technicians I've ever known. He knows his stuff! Gives great advice, will explain what he's doing or he needs to do, and is honest. Overall wonderful customer service! Try Quality Transmission, you'll be glad you did!

I cannot recommended QT enough. I have a more rare car and they were able to take complete care of what was needed. They ended up doing a lot of work and communicated with me what was needed and why every step of the way. Their prices are more than worth the level of service that is provided, and they're very reasonable. Being able to talk to the tech who worked on the car is a major plus also. If you ever need any transmission work done give them a call. They won't disappoint.

I brought my car in for Trans Repair. They were very nice and responsive to all my concerns. They overhauled my trans in 3 days. that s was great. price was very fair too! their guys have a good reputation I ve heard and they just proved it to me. I will recommend them to all my friends and family.

I've been having issues with my new car which the dealership won't cover. I called Quality Transmission and spoke with Austin. I took it right in to him and he checked it out. Let me know what all my options were and also told me the worst case scenario. I even spoke with him throughout the weekend because my transmission actually did completely go out. He was very kind and courteous. Made me feelaugh comfortable and assured me he was going to get it fixed for me as quick as possible. They do excellent work and I would recommend this company to anyone I know. Thank you guys so much!! Awesome customer service which is hard to find these days. They definitely go above and beyond!

Touring cross country in my truck, I believed to have transmission issues occurring. Quality Transmission was welcoming, professional, clean, and caring in regards to my problem. To my relief they determined the problem was not my transmission and recommended me to someone that may be able to address the issue.

Very honest and up front about the cost and issues with the 2012 Altima and how many they had already had in the shop that week prior to mine. Went above and beyond to see if it was just a easy fix instead of the transmission. Unfortunately it was the CVT with barely 112,000 miles on it. Very disappointed in Nissan !!! Very impressed with the service and communication with Quality Transmission, but decided it was not worth the cost to fix it to end up with more issues with the CVT transmission ultimately.

The owner is a good guy and very involved with the local community. Austin and his guys do good work and are VERY knowledgeable. They explained my problem and even made upgrades to keep it from happening again! They fixed my Tahoe and it is now even better than it was new. I can't say enough good things about them! I highly encourage anyone looking for a shop that stands behind their work to bring their cars, trucks, and SUVs to Quality Transmission.

It has been an up and down week knowing the status of my repair. I realize that transmission repairs on my Saturn can be challenging with GM not making this model. But I feel if I had been able to get a rental car or other transportation I would not have had to miss work. I am glad and appreciate the cooperation and diligence in getting my car back. I appreciate you paying for my rental this shows that you do care about your customers. Thank you.

I can t say enough good things about Jerry and the rest of the team at Quality Transmission. Never a good time for your car to break down, especially something like a transmission, but they got me in quick and diagnosed it within a day. Jerry is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain in detail what was wrong with my car despite him being extremely busy! Although I decided to call it quits on my car and forgo putting a new transmission in for a 2nd time, Quality Transmission will no doubt get my service in future if needed. I ll for sure recommend him to all of my friends! Also being greeted by his two friendly dogs is always a plus :)Service: Auto engine diagnostic

UPDATE STILL NO NOTHING FROM QUALITY TRANSMISSION U WOULD THINK THEY VALUED A CUSTOMER MORE THAN THIS WAS CHARGED AND ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WAS DONE TO MY TRUCK DINT FEEL THIS IS RIGHT I WORK VERY HARD TO SUPPORT MY FAMILY AND MOST THE TIME SCRAPE BY!!!! Took my 97 Dakota up there for my transmission and They did not as much touch my truck still charged me $112 didn t touch it and everything was exactly the same as when I left I will not recommend seen a lot of 5star reviews but makes u wonder but I feel very cheated cause I don t feel it s more than a sensor but I m know expert it should ve went on a lift at least if I m charged. This place was great. Dropped my truck off yesterday they put a transmission in it and had it done in less than 24 hours.Fast friendly service. Plus I have a 1 year warranty!!!!!What more can you ask for.

Austin and his team at Quality Transmission are top notch in my book. Had a very complex drive train issue with my 2012 Ford Expedition 4x4. After another shop changed out a perfectly good part [that didn t fix the problem]...and charged me a fortune, I called Austin. It took a little bit, but the QT Team figured it out. The problem certainly wasn t what I thought...that s why you need someone like Austin that you can trust...especially with your wife s vehicle. Great service at a fair price. Thx QT!!
