This place is your go-to! Trust me! I took my truck in yesterday(Thursday morning) with issues with my breaks and a few other things. Jason was upfront about pricing and had my truck done and running like a charm by this morning(Friday)! They are also very communicative! Won t go anywhere else!

After, being told that I needed 4 spark plugs for 1200.00 Jason's worked on my car and did not quote me for bogus work. This is a great shop! I'm glad I found them!!

WOW! These guys are AmaZinG! I found them by Googling reputable local mechanics. Their reviews are outstanding. I had to have my fuel pressure sensor changed on my 09 Impala. They were booked up a week out, so I made an appointment. Upon service, Mr. Jason found some broken wiring on my fuel pump, and that the fuel line was not secured correctly. I was called and told about this the moment the got the car lifted and started inspecting. I felt like my car was the only one they focused on while it was in the bay. I believe they really care and go the extra mile, like people used to do back in the day. I was still only charged the original agreed amount quoted over the phone, which was a 20% savings over a local dealership.Jason is a friendly, upstanding mechanic that seems to do everything in his power to make his customers happy.Jacob runs the front counter with a warm, sunny smile and does an exquisite job at making you feel welcome. His communication skills are fantastic!A week was worth the wait.I have found my new mechanics!

Look, if you re new to the area, military, or even just looking for a mechanic you can actually trust to do the job, this is the place to go. I took my car somewhere else and they made it worse. Jason and his team fixed it for around 1/3 of the price. They are nice, professional, and quick. Their prices are fair. And the biggest, and most important thing is they just want to fix what s wrong with your car. They don t do the hey we found 10 other issues while we were working on your car. Strongly recommend you make this place your mechanic shop of choice.Service: General repairs & maintenance

This is an extremely professional shop. They diagnosed our vehicle and repaired it within the same business day. Not only that, they went out of their way to pick up the necessary part from the dealership instead of waiting for delivery. The pricing was very fair, the mechanics were knowledgeable and looked put together and professional. They were extremely polite on the phone, and had no trouble walking us through the work that they did and the parts that were used. I would absolutely bring my car back again for future repairs, and am already recommending this shop to everyone I know with car trouble. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Awesome place to have you auto or truck work done. Fast reliable service at fair prices. I always take our car and truck to Jason for repairs. Staff is very nice and friendly and the job is done right the first time!!!

Jason is a really great mechanic he kept it real with me and instead of me trying to fix my car and sending me on my way he said it would safe me money in the long run just to get another vehicle and I am super appreciative of him keeping it real with me. I highly recommend his shop and his staff are super friendly and caring they understand exactly what your going through. If your cat ever needs a fixing I recommend this shop.

Very friendly atmosphere. Very easy to talk to and explained I needed my car fixed in 1 day and by 3:00 pm. They looked at my car, discussed the problem, they gave me a fair price, fixed me up that day before 3:00. Highly recommend.

I just moved here from Utah, and my engine light came on. I looked online for the shop with the best reviews, and made an appointment. I have no regrets! They were super friendly, honest, and fast!!! I've constantly heard really good things about this place so I took my car there the other day and he informed me that I need a lot of work on the car. He was right and his daughter was really helpful in helping me to understand the types of things needed and why. He sold me a really good battery too.

Ridiculously over priced at $165 per hour!! And the workmanship is very poor..after using Jason's auto service in Jacksonville I had more service lights come on after his so called work was completed..so Jason's Auto service in Jacksonville cost me more problems and money..So I recommend that NobodY use Jason's auto service if you know what's good for you. If I could of chose zero Stars than I would of.

I am usually Leary about taking my car to a shop. Most of them want the bottom line big and forget the customer. Jason's is an honest shop that is very good at figuring out what the problem is and fixing it for the best possible price. The girls in the office are very knowledgeable and cheerful and just give you a good feeling about bringing your car to them. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely do more business with them. 25 STARS.

I ve had Jason David as a mechanic for years. He has one of the best reputations in Arkansas. His resume of past work being head mechanic at major dealerships. Jason has been working on all 4 of our vehicles for over 12 years. I ve yet to find anything at all that he can not fix. Thanks to Jason s skills my 2008 Chevy Tahoe with 256,000 miles on it is still running strong.I wouldn t hesitate a second to use Jason. Not only is he a good mechanic but he is an honest, real, and Christian man. Superb and speedy service, Jason did only what was necessary to repair my vehicle, and didn t try to upsell anything. He communicated the problem and took care of the issue. He will be handling all of my vehicle issues in the future

Looking for a local shop and decided to have my car towed here. Called at 8am. Tow company towed my car around 1030. Got a heads up of possibilities of issue and starting cost. Bye 4 pm got a call come get your vehicle extremely minor issue. Customer service was on point as well. I would suggest here to ANYONE!

I am proud to say that Jason s automotive does outstanding business. Came back from my trip and notice that I needed some work on my vehicle because of the loud roaring noise that it gave off in the vehicle and the poor performance . At first I tried to figure it out myself, all though I was on to something I couldn t really figure out what the problem was. I took it down here to Jason s and he found out what the problem was and took great care of it. Jason did and amazing job now I don t have to worry about my truck hollering at me do to a damage wheel barring thank you Jason I ll be using you again

almost killed me- experts say never trust a mechanic who solicits to repair something you didnt ask for. he said he could fix a squeak for $500, $900 later when i got the car back he said the repair shop up the street would be able to finish the work needed, so i took it to a totally different repair shop where they found jason failed to attach a part he removed, without the part a total lack of steering could occur at any time, a deadly neglect, smile all you like jason, i prefer someone honestService: General repairs & maintenance
