Great customer service...professional attention. Amazing wonderful people!! We were driving back to Georgia and our alternator went out we stopped by and they were slammed however they got us a new one and back on the road. Thank you so much! Found out they are family owned and operated!!!

Owner got me right in and looked at my vehicle today. I had no throttle response at high speed. I had a split positive battery cable clamp I had temporarily secured with a hose clamp fixed that was badly corroded.Within an hour they had me fixed up an only charged me $33. Once back on the road, the problem I had was related to electrical voltage and my vehicle is running fine. Thanks so much for getting me right in and treating me right!

I bought a vehicle from this company I was mislead about the condition of the truck. I was lied too plain and simple. Mr. James led me to believe all it needed was a fuel pump and a transmission leak fixed. A leaky transmission wasn't the problem it had a BAD transmission and I'm 100% sure Mr. James knew the from the start. DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!

Called around to several parts stores looking for the best deal on an alternator, was recommended Jacksonville starter and alternator vu a mechanic friend of mine. They had exactly what I needed on hand and at about half the price. Friendly staff. I was in and out in under 10 minutes.

We were traveling through the Little Rock area in our RV and had electrical issues that RV repair shops could not solve. Darryl and his team worked us in to diagnose, track down the wiring, and repair the problem! Their professionalism, courtesies, and accommodations to us and our two dogs during our time there are far over and beyond anything we ever experienced. THIS is what life used to be . . .

If you have a starter or alternator that needs fixin these are the folks to see. And if you're vehicle is not able to get there they can help with that too. As they own a tow service as well. Good honest people.
