I recently purchased a 2023 Honda Accord from Gwatney Chevrolet. When I arrived at the dealership, the vehicle I inquired about was ready to test drive. Zach Cardinal was my sales advisor. He was extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Zach was patient, and he answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. I'm extremely pleased with the level of World Class Customer Service provided by Gwatney Chevrolet!

From the call I made to set an appointment to the day I picked up my vehicle the service I received was top notch. Polite, respectful and knowledgeable. I used to take my truck to another mechanic and I felt like they didn't care. They told me a tune up would fix my issue, twice and it didn't. I took it to Gwatney and worked with Nate and they told me the real issue and fixed it. I will always take my truck to Gwatney from now on. Nate is always so helpful and kind and really cares about his customers.

Natasha was my Service Advisor today, December 28, 2023. She went above and beyond to answer my questions, explain what was going on with my vehicle, provided transportation home and had two techs working to replace my radiator and get me back in my vehicle by 12:30 on the same day. The dealership had all of the parts already in stock which assisted in the repairs. It was suppose to take all day but they rocked it and it only took half a day. Natasha was a very kind woman and I will be having her take care of all my Blazer needs. Thank you so very much!

I received friendly and professional service throughout the entire purchasing process and delivery of my new Equinox to my home. I had used the service department at Gwatney Chevrolet and it was first class--that is one of the major reasons that I purchased my Equinox from the dealership. I feel confident that excellent service will continue when my auto is serviced in the future. Having my Equinox delivered to my home was very helpful and very much appreciated.

I just want to personally thank Nate and the Techs that worked on my vehicle for their great help with my 2014 Buick Encore. Nate dealt with me the Wednesday (late afternoon), before the Thanksgiving holiday, to do his best, & get my car repaired after it wouldn t start. He gave me the info to the towing service that they utilize. Literally the tow truck showed up less than 10 minutes (so hats off to Smith Wrecker and Don Reynolds as well). But, He Nate dealt with the warrenty company and made sure I had maximum coverage for my repairs, and he also ensured that the fluid levels were topped off on my car at pickup. I knew it needed a little bit of coolant, but had forgot to tell them. They took care of it anyway, and that just tells me how great the techs are at actually inspecting the vehicles. Since 1989, I have purchased a total of 5 vehicles from Gwatney (Between Gwatney Chevrolet & the Gwatney GMC dealership in Sherwood). Great folks, I highly recommend them, and will continue to give them my business.

Dishonest. I was looking at a truck called and asked a lot of questions. Specifically asked about the Carfax. They had me come all the way from Tulsa, 4 hours away after telling me it was good to find out the truck had been hit 3 times. On top of that, the repair wasn't even good. Completely wasted our time and money to come out there. If they had just been honest then no harm no foul. Steer clear of this dealer.

This review is in response to my dealings with Gwatney Chevrolet on October 9, 2023. While traveling from Illinois to Texas, I began to experience concerns with the transmission on my 2018 Suburban. Upon laying over in Jacksonville Arkansas, I decided to have the truck check out at Gwatney. I was pleasantly greeted by Natasha and they did not hesitate to check the vehicle out, even though I had no appointment, and they were fully booked for the morning. After diagnostic, it was determined my transmission was gone, along with a broken water pump. It was determined a replacement would be in the area of $7000, including labor. This is when Natasha started her magic. With the patience, understanding and expertise that only the best of a customer service professional could provide, Natasha was able to covey the seriousness, expedience and merit of the problem to my extended warranty company, to where as within an hour they had approved all charges and the truck was in queue to be repaired by 2pm the next day. A full transmission replacement in about 28 hours. The truck has since run like its new, and I am happy to report my trip to Texas was completed and I am safe back home in Illinois as I write this review. I have NOTHING but praise to Gwatney Chevrolet for showing me and EVERYONE else I shall share this experience with, that a small dealership in a small town can be as professional and as reliable as any big city dealership I can think of. Thank you Natasha. Thank you to the technician that serviced my truck. Thank you Gwatney Chevrolet.

My vehicle was needing to be repaired from accidental damage that occurred September 2nd. Paperwork was processed and a claim was submitted to the body collision and repair department. The vehicle was dropped off for repairs on 11/28/23 and was told it would take 6 days. Those 6 days turned into 22 days, because a delay occurred due to needing order another part. During the time I called to obtain status updates, because I was not provided a rental, but my calls/messages were not returned. The overall customer service was not up to part as it should ve been. My vehicle was fixed properly, but the communication is lacking in the body collision and repair department. As a result I had to give two stars.

I had a wonderful experience at the dealership. It was my 2nd time visiting and the guys were incredible. I was helped by Caleb, Jason, and Chuck! All 3 of them were very knowledgeable, kind, and answered all of my questions. I started to leave the dealership, thinking i knew how to set up my Apple Carplay, but was having issues. So i came back around and Jason came out to set it up for me. 10/10!!!

My windshield wipers stopped working while I was driving in the rain on highway 67. The next day I found out there was a recall on my 2014 Chevy Equinox and I called and they were able to get me in the same day and only took a little over 2 hours to do it and I sat there in the waiting room while they worked on. The car. Works just fine now and I'm very appreciative

My work/personal truck suffered a catastrophic engine issue. When I called Gwatney Chevrolet in Jacksonville, I connected with Tasha in the service department who heard my situation and got my truck in to be looked at almost immediately. She was very thorough and informative with me from start to finish. She even got me set up with a loaner vehicle so I could at least get around. It was so nice to know that someone really cared about getting me back on the road sooner than later instead of making me feel like I was just another number in line. She turned a very stressful situation into a great customer service experience. I couldn't be happier. Thanks again Tasha!

Bought a Vehicle here about 3 weeks ago. The sales manager straight up lied to all 3 of us about a warranty. I told him I wanted GAP only. He said they were running a special that included a free warranty with the purchase of the GAP. When all my paper work came in a few weeks later, there was the GAP purchase AND a warranty purchase for $4350! When I called, he said I have the paper right here where you initialed for it. I did initial in the column where he had GAP wrote out in pen. The one where he said the warranty was included in the gap. He tried to tell me it was a misunderstanding, but me, my wife, and my mother all heard this conversation when we was doing the paperwork. And I remember it well because I had him repeat it during the paperwork process to be sure I wasn t purchasing a warranty. They did refund the warranty price back to the end of the loan. But it still leaves me paying sales tax on that amount and the payment is over $70 more monthly because of this. This one was no mistake on their part, it was a straight up lie out of the sales managers mouth! I will never spend another dollar at this dealership and we are contacting the attorney general along with all the others who have throughout the state to make sure something is done about this warranty stuff. It s been going on all over the news and people are tired of it. I m ashamed I had to give them 1 star.

I have a vehicle that was purchased 10/2019 that had 23 miles on it. I ve taken it to this dealer for servicing several times and they ve told me nothing was wrong with it several times, still charging me for services. I took it at 59k miles for a potential engine problems and nothing was done. Ive taken it routinely since for inspections, tire rotations, oil changes.. and no issues noted. The sound was still a problem, which turned into a jerk/up shift in which I feel that i told them or they should have caught and nothing was done. I had taken it to get a tune up while in Arizona, @SunDevil Auto on 9/2023 with 107000 miles on it. I drove it back home to Arkansas 9/22/2023. I told them the issues it was having with upshifting. When I had gotten back, my car was making noises still so I took it to gwatney Chevrolet who I typically would take it to. They told me that the camshaft was harmed by the lifter which would cost me upward 9000$. I explained to them that I had been here several times and I was informed that they usually don t fixed something unless it s completely failed. No one ever told me this issue would likely to happen soon or anything. I need them to cover this, because it was due to their automotive servicing neglect that this occurred.Edit: my initial reaction was to give 2 stars after some thought and research I don t even think it s a gwatney issue in totality, rather than a GM issue.

I felt that I was not being pressured or overwhelmed to buy a vehicle. The salesman introduced himself and listened to what I was needing in a vehicle. He showed me two different vehicles that could work for me. Once I selected my vehicle the buying process was smooth, easy and fast. I would buy from there anytime.

The experience was good.i broght my yruck in for brakes and when i got my vehicle back the brakes were locked up .so i had to get that fixed again. After 1500 dollars, im a little upset .
