Been buying parts here for 20 years. They are under new ownership now and seem to be good folks. Just bought a fender there the other day. And they were fair on price and got it to me pretty quik. Hope it stays like this here.

BUYER BEWAREI called this place because I needed a wheel for my car, told them the make & model of my car, READ the numbers off the tires..They were like you can get the rim & tire for this price and it s a really good deal!!!!I paid for it over the phone because they can t hold the product.I went to a tire place to get the wheel switched and guess what!!!THE TIRE IS TWO SIZES TO SMALL called Crump and told them what happen and asked them how they were going to make it RIGHT responded Twice NO REFUNDS that was never mentioned to me until now WOW

My daughter took her car here the day before yesterday today is September 1st 2023. She went here to get a rim and an oil change she waited with her 6 month old baby for 2 hours after beingbtold her car would be ready today. After waiting with her baby she decided to go wait at my father's house until they call her. No one ever called her she calls the next day and they tell her the rim they ordered was messed up and they had tonorder another one they will call when her car is ready. Today we call they tell her that the car won't be ready until Tuesday or Wednesday. So I called and I'm like I need to know an exact date because she has a baby and a job and no transportation. Very unapologetically some Un ethical chick named Donna tells me I told your daughter the car won't be ready until Tuesday or Wednesday and if you want to come pick the car up u have to pay for the rim theybordered thats not on the car yet. Have no problem withbpayin however the rim is not on the car. So what is she paying for? I asked Sonna can theborder be canceled she tell me no its already been paid for. I know this is a blatant lie also refusing to give me the company where the rim was ordered and refusing to let me speak with the owner or someone that ordered the rim. I told her we will just come pick the car up and bring it back. I will say this if anything other than the rim being bent is wrong with her car I will spare no expense when it comes to hiring a lawyer and filling out some paperwork to start a process. I recommend this place to nobody at all not even even put air in your tire. Might try to charge u for air they dont have

They have heart or compassion for anyone in desperate need when needing their car repaired. It appears that they are just money hungry like C & D Mosely Auto Sales in Jacksonville. Nobody will return calls to customers from either business. I would think again before taking your business to either one.

Wish I could have gave a zero. Called up there to looking for a matching pair of rims. Was told yea we've got plenty out here to make a set. So I made the hour drive. And they did not. All of the vehicles I needed were basically already stripped. After walking around for an hour I finally found a assortment of rims to the side 3/4 1/4 2/4 but zero full sets like I was told.

I have been to plenty auto salvage but the one I return to and refer everyone to is this place I absolutely love these guys the counter guys especially Jimmy r awesome the parts pullers both know there stuff I've dealt with the dude more but watched both at work and will forever shop here first and last cause I think in all my years dealing with them only one part out of hundreds bought they didn't have love u guys thanks for being great Lisa Marie

Move at a leisurely pace. they were more than happy to charge for the part but when it came to actually getting it to me is when they took their precious time, if i ever have to come back here i ll just expect to be here a good hour or two for anything basic and all day for anything big

Called about a TCM. Told it was in stock. It was an hour drive to go pick it up and then they refused to sell the part. Very unorganized and poor customer service.

Very nice people. Very helpful. Got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I would recommend them. They did not have one part that I was looking for so they referred me to another salvage yard which did.

This place is great. Anything you need, they have it or they can find it. Pricing is fairly reasonable. Have a few words with Ann! She'll amaze you with her knowledge of your car and that part you need.

Horrible service;I was told that a part was in stock when in fact, it was not.They ended up sending me to another nearby salvage that wanted to rip me off for the same part"It sounds like a scam to me more than anything".When I asked why they told me that they had the part in stock for (after I asked them to check before i drove that way)? they simply said that they did not know and i should go purchase it from the other Salvage yard that wanted almost 3X their asking price.I am upset, but driving 6 hours and wasting a day after they lied to me, yes i do have the right to expose my experience.Next time guys: "Do not say that you have something in stock, when in reality you -Do Not-".Also; " Don't offer to send "your" potential customers to another place nearby that is a rip off. that's not how business works. it works: when your employees do everything they can to satisfy "your" costumer(s) (not just simply brushing them off), it "keeps business flowing".

Used to love this place. But since new owner has taken over not so much. It was a place I enjoyed doing business with . Now it s a place I try to avoid.

It's definitely the most sought out salvage yard to go to and or to find what you're looking for coming from any county surrounding the area staff is someone friendly you get what you pay for point blank.

Don't bother if you want a part within a time frame. Waited 2hrs for an 8 minute pull while they hade a pizza party. I guess they forgot how to do business.
