I've been to the service department several times over the last 6 months for different repairs. Ian and all of the employees have been very helpful. They have been quick to get my vehicle examined, advise me of what needs to be repaired, answered my questions, and have done top notch work. The sales team at Crain was AMAZING. They were patient with us and took time away from their families to make sure we got the right truck for our needs. service department is horrible. took my car in a week ago for a oil change and get my brakes looked at and they haven't even touched it. it's insane. never going back for service there

Everything is excellent, the people are very friendly and willing to help you as best as possible...they don't pressure you and they give you the time you need to look for the car you need...100% I recommend this dealer in Jacksonville...Todo excellent la gente muy amable y dispuestos a ayudarte lo mejor posible...no te presionan y te dan el tiempo que nesecites para buscar el carro que nesecitas...cien x ciento recomiendo este dealer en Jacksonville...
