I brought a blue certified used f-150 back in December 2023 very nice truck sales man were friendly and all that, took it back to them after new years (January 2024) because it had an oil leak and problems with the auto start/stop, has issues with the brakes as well. Took it there they checked it. They told me they were gonna called me a week later when they get the parts in. And we are in April 10 2024 and they haven t called me yet. I don t have any issues with the truck being this way Iam a mechanic and I can fix my own s87T. My problem is why would they treat costumer like that? Some people goes there and sacrifice a little bit of their money to have a nice truck and then there is people that treat us this way. What am I supposed to do? Wait for them to fix the oil leak all this long? And have something else mess up? I don t know.!! I don t have an issue with the dealer side but the shop it s terrible! Very bad service and they don t have solutions for their costumers and it s very unprofessional. You don t have to do people that way specially if they bought a blue certified used truck . I don t even believe they even checked before they certified that truck!!!

The service department has excellent customer service and great management. Upon arrival, the service manager, Jackie, was quick to get my car service started and to place me with a service advisor. Jackie was very knowledgeable and professional during all of our interactions. My service advisor, Ian, was outstanding! He made sure to keep me updated on what my car needed and an approx. timeline for repair completion. I would highly recommend this crew for any of your service needs!

Ian & Chloe are professional and help 100% - answers all questions and keeps us in the loop with what s going on in the garage about every 30 min. It would be the only place I have my car serviced if I weren t moving out of state. Ian was my advisor the last several times with Chloe being my current on this last trip. They both deserve 5 stars due to their professionalism and dedication.

04-06-20240 Stars!!! How does something of this magnitude even happen. How was Crain Ford of Jacksonville allowed to sell me a vehicle with a Lien Hold on it from a previous owner. This is a Gross Negligence on the Administration and Finance Department as well as the Manager and employees that sell vehicles and handle paperwork. Crain Ford had failed to make a conscious effort and inform me about the Lien Hold during the Purchasing process nor was I notified afterwards. After 14 months of saving my money, I was finally able to register my vehicle and purchase my tags. A few weeks go by and I received a letter from the State of Arkansas Motor Vehicle Suspense Unit, saying that my Title was Suspended because of a Lien Hold on my vehicle. I purchased my 2018 Ford Escape from Crain Ford of Jacksonville. Crain ford had no problem telling me that I needed more money for a down payment and a co-signer, because I have bad credit. But not once was the Lien mentioned. I was at the dealership for over 6 plus hours and during that time, No one did their job and made sure the vehicle was in good standing before putting it out on the lot to be purchased. Crain ford Purposely, Deliberately, and Intentionally sold me a Vehicle knowing it had a lien hold on it. All for the sole purpose of Financial Gain thru ill and manipulative tactics. Not one person has reached out to me to make amends and apologize for this blunder. No accountability. Probably because their to busy trying to swindle the next person out their hard earn money. Now I have to worry about unexpected fees and penalties from the State of Arkansas behind this ordeal. On top of that I ve had problems with the engine, a.c compressor and transmission as well. All which was covered by Warranty. But a major inconvenience. Mind you, all this has happened in the 1st year of purchasing the vehicle. Within that one year, my vehicle has spent 3 plus months sitting at the dealership. All this happened while I m still paying my monthly car payments and insurance. No loaner or rental from the dealership while my vehicle sat idle.GO SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE, so you won t have to endure the unnecessary stress and frustration that I m currently experiencing.I ve uploaded a screenshot of the letter that I received from the State of Arkansas saying that my title was being Suspended because of a Lien Hold.( Scroll all the way to the bottom of the photos).Update, 4-11-2024. No I will not be texting or calling your office. As the owner of Crain Ford of Jacksonville, you re at fault too. Keep your half hearted apology. The only reason you apologized is because I put this review. I will not remove this review.

We couldn't be more pleased with the process of purchasing a new vehicle at Crain! Go see Norman! He is the best sales associate we've ever had the privilege to work with, hands down. He goes beyond the extra mile, even programming our phone to vehicle and personally installing our floor mats!!

I came to Crain automotive for a last minute battery repair on my government vehicle. Every single person I talked to from Chloe behind the desk to the sales manager and vehicle techs were extremely friendly and understanding of my vehicle troubles. They were able to get my vehicle back in working order and take care of payment in less than 90 minutes. I would highly recommend this business again and if I ever had any trouble with my vehicle, I d gladly come back.

Overall I would recommend you going and visiting Tuesday Gower at Crain Ford in Jacksonville. I ordered my Maverick 9 months ago and it was finally delivered this week. Tuesday kept in good communication over the last 9 months and always responded quickly. The truck was exactly what was ordered. I was even able to take advantage of the interest rates that were offered by Ford back when I placed my order which were much cheaper than what is being offered today. Tyler made the paperwork process quick and easy.I had seen several bad reviews so was concerned about what I was reading. Overall I am happy and my only advice would be to get everything in writing when you place your order. I saw some comments about a marker adjustment on customer orders but that was not an issue. So with all of that said go and Talk to Tuesday if you are interested in a new car or ordering a Maverick in August.

I was told to leave honest feedback online and then I was told to remove it or not get car serviced like the contract said? I still haven't had my car looked at and can't get a returned call! I was charged for services that were not done! I like Crain but would like to speak to a manager that's over the stores not working in it!? I've been trying to buy a truck but can't get any response? I don't think it's a coincidence but hopefully I will hear back!? And I had stuff removed from the car while in detail or on the way? I don't think she would steal anything in detail She's awesome at her job!! Wouldn't chance it over a phone cord!!

My experience with Crain Ford has always been excellent. I just bought a new car and I am very excited about it. It looks good. Drives good and it was very easy to trade in my For Edge to get my new Escape. I have always had a good experience with the service department as well.

Bought a brand new car from this dealership and the new manager and team are awesome. However we are having a consistent issue with the new vehicle and its brakes. We have mentioned the issue several times and it still is an issue. There is brake dust that builds very quickly up on the wheels and it looks awful. They insist there is not a problem, but I ve never had this issue with any of the previous models of this car. Just wish they could help further with this problem. We love this dealership and this is the only problem we ve had.

I tell you what I dont know if anyone really enjoys purchasing a new car or truck .So if you can find a dealership that your comfortable with that helps. And if you find a great salesperson then its more like a good experience. And thats what I had at Crain Ford my salesperson (Blake) listened to me and my needs not what he was trying to sell me what he wanted. Thats top notch in my book ,if your looking for a new truck or car and your thinking of buying a quality vehicle, they can meet your needs at Crain Ford

So this is gonna be a long review We broke down on our way back from Bella. Vista, Arkansas going home to Alabama. We had to get our car towed to Crain. When we got there, it was late in the day they let us sit in the office until they closed because they weren't going to be able to get to our car for a while. He dealt with my warranty company, he dealt with me. Got a better transmission for our car then with the warranty company wanted to put in there. Got it all done before. It was supposed to be done and handle it all like. It was just another day. These people are awesome.

I was very pleased with my visit. I was informed about every aspect of what was going on with my car and the guy who was the service writer (Ian, I think) was very nice and friendly and easy to talk to.

I have been trying to get a couple of things fixed under my Crain Ford warranty for about a month now, and I am having so much trouble doing so. Chole in service is so nice! I purchased my car middle of January, and still can't seem to even get my car detailed from when I bought it. It's also very frustrating to be told that I need to tell the salesman what's wrong with my car after I have already told the service department multiple times. Who thinks to tell sales about service on a car? Then was told that a detail would require me to ask service from sales. This is my first time to purchase my own vehicle, and the entire experience back and fourth with taking time off from a new job, using all my PTO for one thing out of 4 to be fixed, and it was not even one of the things that needed fix is beyond frustrating to me. This is my first time to own a Ford and I know it will be my last. I also had to spend almost 500 dollars for 2 new tires at Firestone because after a complaint that one of my tires has needed air twice since I bought the car and it being at the service department all day that day having the wrong part replaced. It was not just because it was cold weather like I was told, it's because the tire had already been patched before i bought the car and that patch busted! Maybe just maybe that could have been taken care of or told to Me instead of it being the snow causing low tire pressure. I hope to have all issues resolved soon, and after that I will not return. When my warranty is expired I will not come back to Crain Ford. It's been too much to deal with.

I went there to look at a two-door, bronco and test drove with RJ. I told him what a bad experience I had in the past whenever buying vehicles, and then I feel like people try to take advantage of me he stated that he understood, and he would be honest with me and offer me a good deal. we went inside and he ran my credit whenever he came back to the desk he wouldn t tell me what my credit score was. He just said that it started with an eight. I asked him what it was again and he said it s good don t worry about it. The price he offered me was way out of my budget so I left the store after talking to a Ford dealership they offered to buy the Ford bronco from Jacksonville Ford and they stated that they would give me a substantially better offer on it. Jacksonville Ford refused to sell the bronco to the other Ford dealership. And stated if I wanted it, I would have to buy from them. I just felt like I was jerked around and they didn t have the customers best interest at heart. I would advise people to go to a different dealership.m.

Highway robbery for an oil change make sure you understand up front that the WORKS oil change package does not include oil and filter. My mistake for thinking it was the same there as it is other places. Then after leaving, I get a call asking me to return or pull over to check the engine compartment. The tech misplaced a part for another job and it may have been left in my car. Thankfully it wasn't. I will not be returning. It gets one star for washing the car off.

Dealer was ready and prompt. Young lady processing my needs (Cloie) was most helpful, professional, knowledgeable and processed me out when the service was completed. I had a couple questions and Cloie was on top of it all.I appreciate good service and work being I was A business owner for 30 year out of northern California.Jim Gilly

I was told I had a lifetime oil change. Apparently the fine print says 10 oil changes. Lifetime of the vehicle is approximately 30k miles. 147 dollars

After finding my 2020 Ford Edge ST online at a nearby location and then realizing it was actually in Jacksonville, I called Crain Ford of Jacksonville and spoke with a very helpful and professional salesman by the name of Norman Tindoll. He wanted me to have the car as much as I wanted to own it! The entire staff exceeded my expectations! Overall, it was a delightful buying experience and I will be recommending Crain Ford of Jacksonville to many! Thanks everyone!

My only issue with Crain Ford was that my car was towed there on 12/18/23 for a diagnostic test. I didn t get the results from that test until 1/9/24. I was told that the technician working on my car was out sick and then that they were short handed due to people using up their vacations. Once the diagnostics was complete Crain had their hands tied by Ford Motor Company. I must say that the service department did try going to bat for me but was hitting road blocks with FMC just like me. Once FMC agreed to the fix ~ my car was repaired in around 2 weeks.I was without my car for over 60 days before a rental car was approved by FMC. I had requested a courtesy car on multiple occasions from the dealership but was told that 1) they didn t have one available 2) a rental was covered under the recall that affected my car and 3) that 2 months was too long to loan me car.Regardless of recall protocol ~ what happened to customer service? My only other complaint would be that Crain Ford didn t feel the need to loan me a car until Ford Motor Company approved to pay them for one. I had to bum rides to work, the grocery store etc for over 60 days and was only given a car to drive off the lot for the last 6 days my car was on the shop!

If you re looking to buy or have a vehicle repaired, don t go to any Ford. My 91 yr old dad had to have a new motor in a 2018 Ford Focus (big red flag) it was all covered by warranty. We asked what had happened to it and were told sometimes these things just happen. ( yeah, if it s a lemon) it took3 1/2 months to get the car back. We were told the warranty covered 10 days for a rental car and Ford corporation in Michigan told my dad they would try and cover the 45 days we had rented it. Well surprise, surprise now they are saying they will not pay anything because we didn t rent a Ford after the dealership and corporate said the 10 days DEFINITELY!! My dad was out almost 3,000 for the rental car. My advice run from Ford, they lied to us weekly, you can not trust thier word and it took FOREVER!! The car was a LEMON, they knew it. Oh and they had a few courtesy cars, but they were only for 1-2 days use, like really?? How is it my fault it took you almost 4 months to fix a car. We will NEVER BUY ANOTHER FORD

I drove three hours to work with Dion on the purchase of an F150 we had discussed over the phone. After the test drive and negotiation on the trade, I worked with Matt on the financing. I appreciated Matt s professionalism.

Took my F-150 there because it was misfiring and extended crank on start. They replaced spark plugs based on their diagnosis of the issues. However, this did not fix the issue and I took it back. They reported that cylinders #1 and #6 were misfiring and injectors needed replacing. They replaced the injectors but that did not fix the problem. Took it back and they replaced the in-tank fuel pump. Still did not fix the problem. Had a coworker that is an experienced mechanic take a look and he found that the spark plugs in cylinders #1 and #6 were cracked causing the misfires. They acknowledged that they had been getting bad batches of spark plugs, but they would not reimburse me for the unnecessary repairs they performed. They said that the injectors were leaking fuel and needed to be replaced anyway even though their initial diagnosis did not report this issue.About a week later, truck would not start and would leak fuel from the engine when cranking. Had it towed to another shop since I had lost faith in Crain. The other shop reported that the fuel leak was because one of the injectors Crain installed was missing parts that caused the O-ring to blow out and another was also damaged. Not only that, but a connector to the injector was taped back on because it had been broken and wouldn't lock into place.Given my experience with their inferior parts and service, I highly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere.
