We have an old RV we are driving across country that had the front shocks fail and we had a very difficult time finding anyone that would even look at it due to its age. I spoke to robbie and he said he was backed up for weeks but if it was just shocks he could get it squeezed in. Sadly he felt it would need more than just shocks and helped us find another shop that could work on it. He let us park it for two nights at his shop then handled the tow truck picking it up for us. Very honest, straight forward, and polite business man! Thanks to him we were back on the road after a few days.

They kept my car for three weeks and did no work on it, completely wasting my time. New customers should look elsewhere.I made an appointment AND I called them the morning before I dropped off my car, they assured me they were ready for it. It needed maybe about 3-4 hours of very regular maintenance work, assuming you take your time and are a slow mechanic. I called them each week after that to ask if it was done, they knew I wasn't in a rush but also wanted my car back since I was calling.Instead of telling me to come pick it up because they were too busy, they just kept saying they would get to it in a couple days. That's unprofessional to the point of being rude and disrespectful.These folks seem very nice and they are pleasant and polite when you speak to them. However, they kept my car for three weeks and didn't do any work on it.I'm disabled and have very specific needs for my car. These folks showed an utter disregard for my time and kept promising to do the work with no intention of keeping that promise.TLDR: Nice people, new customers should look elsewhere.

Terry's Auto are the nicest people you will find. While on a roadtrip, our car displayed an error message. He was diagnose it quickly and had a very honest option for how to fix it. Wonderful Christian company that we would recommend to anyone in Hot Springs!

Terry s Auto & Customs was able to squeeze me in for a visit on short notice. We needed a light bulb replaced for a headlight on a VW Beetle (which is not an easy task!) and they took care of us quickly, and for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Terry s Auto & Customs for any repairs as the staff was very friendly and customer service oriented. Family owned business. Friendly staff and excellent service. They give appointments and I was in and out in a timely manner. And much more reasonable than the dealer. From now on Terry's will take car of our cars and I've passed the word on to my neighbors. Very pleased.

After over waiting, and over paying at two other repair shops, (Skidz Jeep and Village Shell) I was beginning to think I was running out of options and money. My Jeep had some, not-so-easily-fixable issues. it was great to meet Terry. He listened, advised and told me he would not do any work without first letting me know the estimate - so there are no surprises! Terry fixed every issue. Dee, tracked down hard to find parts all the way from the factory in Detroit. They saved me hundreds by not replacing the entire front differential, as the other shops wanted to do. Finally, a trustworthy, knowledgable, Mechanic we can rely on! Go meet them once, that's all it will take. Promise!

We took my wife's car into Terry's to have a minor tune up, plus he replaced the antenna fixture on the top of her Acura. He not only had the job done quicker than he first thought, but his actual price came in under the estimate. I'm planning on taking my car in next week so he can work on my AC unit on my Honda as well as minor tune up and fix one headlight that angles off to the right. Update... very pleased with Terry's with his work on my Honda... he took care of everything I needed to have done, plus did some extra inspecting of other engine items ... car runs great, my headlights now are aimed in the right direction... did let me know that I needed to have new tires... so will set up a time for him to take care of that in May... very pleased with the work and the pricing.

Fast, reliable, communicated well, and very reasonably priced! Fixed my car in less than a week over spring break(while working on other cars too). Stated all issues and pricing options, and actually tried to help me save money instead of just racking up my bill. Receipt had clear layout of costs, definitely reccommend!!! Solid buisness:D
