Amazing car buying experience! Nissan Orr Hot Springs had by far the most friendly staff and comfortable show room. The sales team was fantastic as well as the finance manager.(Darren,Terrance,Correy,and the Lady in the Finance Department)and all the staff at Nissan Orr Hot Springs. From start to finish everything was beyond expectation. The team was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions. I am always busy. Brian helped me get approved and picked out the perfect car for me. All I had to do was come pay my down payment and pickup my new car. Took maybe 20 minutes. Awesome!

Terrence Brown was a great salesman, he knew I already knew what I wanted and was just looking to test drive and needed him to show me the new features that I haven't had since I had a 2003 car before. That. Was fantastic at it, he even offered to come pick me up to come pick up my new car the next day which was very nice of him. Was shown around the service area as well as the rest of the dealership and honestly had a really pleasant experience.

My car issue was an insurance deal. What was very disappointing was the amount of times I was told I m the only one working here so I m doing the best I can . Communication between service department and insurance company was lacklustre at best. I have no doubt my insurance company was partly to blame as well but the service department being under staffed shouldn t be my problem. A company the size of Orr Nissan shouldn t have these issues and if they do that tells me I don t need to do more business there. Also when everything was completely done to find all the broken parts and debris in the the back of my vehicle was beyond disappointing.

It's nice to know we'll be working with Gidget when our vehicle needs repair. She is professional and fully explains the problem and what's required to fix it and have it ready for pickup. The Mechanics have done a great job too.

I like the new way of making an appointment to get oil change. Waiting area is not crowed and services are done in a timely manner. Also like the nice complimentary gift, a reusable shopping bag to store cold items in! Gidgett & Renea in service department are always very nice and friendly.

They said that I would have keys and pods and they did not ever give those to me. I ended up having to buy buy all that from Pop-A-Lock and after that I've tried to get any other thing done there and have had a lot of problems. I hate that because I really wanted a Nissan place in my town that I could work with. I hate that I have to go to Little Rock but that's what I'll have to do I'm sure

Purchased the 2023 Rouge. Terrence had the utmost patience with our 1,000 questions. He was extremely helpful and not pushy at all. We ( my husband and I) enjoyed talking with him as we made our decision. I bought the new Rouge bc my Murano in the shop was going to need alot of work. Geget (in the shop) was super nice and explained what all would need to be done and I never felt pressured. She let me know upfront the costs involved now and probly what I need to do to it in the future. I felt so comfortable with both sales and service dept that I decided to fix the Murano as a second car for us and get the new Rouge for me to daily drive. I gave my daughter my 2016 Rouge that was paid off so she will be using the service dept too. I love you all and will definitely recommend ORR NISSAN to everyone I know! Thanks again.Clarissa Webb

I was traveling and had car issues, which was very stressful as I'm a 62-year old woman alone, pulling a small travel trailer. When I took my Pathfinder to Orr, it felt like Gegit took me under her wing. She had a mechanic quickly diagnose the problem, got me into a loaner, ordered the needed part and kept me updated through the process. She was simply wonderful. I'm on the road again and have told my family how Gegit took care of both me and my car.

Darren was very knowledgeable about the Rogue I was interested in and had a selection of them for me to see when I arrived as he and I had talked about earlier in the day. I had originally wanted another red Rogue and he let me know there was one available at another location he could have brought over. In the end, I went with the black one and am very happy with it and the experience Darren provided.

The service department is constantly busy and running around , it s obvious they have their hands full but the attitude is as though you are the only customer and greeted as such I appreciate the professionalism and feel people in the service industry are often overlooked. The property is very well kept and clean, organized. My Fiancee had an appointment with them today at 12pm, but we decided to go this morning and just look around and see what they have on the market.Right away they called us getting this and see if we were eligible. The young man who provide a service for us was very kind and very considerate. He never wavered from a smile, and was very polite and easy to get a long with. Unfortunately we were unable to get a vehicle at this present time but I will definitely be back and I most definitely going to recommend him I had a great experience for the next one.

I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with Orr Nissan of Hot Springs for their failure to return my refund check for the cancellation of GAP insurance in a timely manner. The lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction displayed by this company has left me thoroughly dissatisfied.After deciding to cancel my GAP insurance policy, I followed the proper procedure and contacted their customer service department to request the cancellation and initiate the refund process. However, despite their assurances that the refund would be processed promptly, it has been an unacceptable amount of time since then, and I still haven't received my refund check. I have continued to contact Gaylon Anderson, the finance manager, and he assured me that the check would be here at the end the month. I have driven to the business only to find out that the check hasn t arrived. I was told that if it wasn t here by Friday, the company would cut me a check themselves. It is Friday, still no check, and now they are unable to cut me a check from their own funds.I have made multiple attempts to contact their customer service representatives, but the responses I received were vague and unhelpful. They seemed disinterested in resolving my issue and failed to provide any concrete information regarding the status of my refund. I am told to check back next Friday and hopefully it will be delivered. This level of negligence and lack of transparency is simply unacceptable.I find it utterly frustrating that a company that claims to value customer satisfaction is failing to fulfill its basic obligations. It is my hard-earned money that they are withholding, and their lack of urgency in resolving this matter is highly unprofessional.I strongly urge anyone considering doing business with Orr Nissan of Hot Springs to proceed with caution. Their inability to process refunds in a timely manner and the dismissive attitude of their customer service representatives are red flags that indicate a company more interested in profit than in providing quality service.As a customer, I expected better from Orr Nissan. Unfortunately, their handling of this situation has been nothing short of disappointing. I hope that they can rectify this issue promptly and learn from their mistakes to prevent similar instances in the future.Overall, my experience with Orr Nissan of Hot Springs has been extremely unsatisfactory, and I cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone seeking reliable insurance services.
