Great customer service and top notch quality work!! As a teenager, my daughter bless her heart gave me alot experience in dealing with collision auto body businesses from Mount Ida to Hot Springs, and Mid America Collision Repair was the absolute best to work with! In my daughter s offense not all the body shop trips of her car were her fault but several were. I know this is a review for Mid America Collision, but for those parents out there her little car was a 2006 Lexus and that thing took a licking from the time she was 14/15 with learners permit all the way through her college years and never once went into the shop for mechanical repairs only collision repairs. When she finally traded it when she was 23, it had over 200,000 miles and still got $3500. I now Lexus is pricey but you get what you pay for and it lasted for my daughter from 14 years old to 23 years old. Same with Mid America Collision, you get what you pay for and they have an amazing all around product!

They are awesome !! Got my car in and got me out extremely fast and he didn t have to ! Super thankful for them ! If you want quality work with a friendly atmosphere this the place for you !

They did a fantastic job! They had my car fixed before the date expected, he was very knowledgeable, and kept in touch with me through out the time he was working on it. Definitely would recommend this business.

I did not think I would find a collision repair shop as fantastic as Mid America Collision Repair and Sales.I arrived in Hot Springs in a rental car and took it to get checked out at Mid America. They quickly assessed the damage and let me know the best course of action to take to repair it. I returned the next day at 8 am and they immediately got to work on it. They were kind enough to let me stay in their waiting area, as I did not have transportation, where they had a TV and snacks. At no point did I feel unwelcome or uncomfortable.My experience with Ionel, the owner, was superb. What a nice guy! He always had my best interest in mind and charged me a fair price for quite a difficult fix.If I ever need help and happen to be close by, I would 1000% return to Mid America Collision Repair and Sales.Service: Body & Trim

These guys are incredibly honest and do amazing work. Every other place I got a quote from just had a person come out who knows nothing about actual body work but just prices things by telling you everything they will replace. Mid America took the time to look at my car to see if the doors etc were structurally sound and could be saved which ended up me saving thousands. The repair looks perfect. They even detailed the car afterwards which was a plus. I had asked a lot of people and kept being told Mid America is the place to go and they were right. Very satisfied.Service: Body & Trim

Great experience. Ionel and his team are top notch. From expediting the process of getting the vehicle to his shop from the towing company, to the finishing touches of detailing the truck, they did a great job. Repairs were completed in a timely manner. They went above and beyond to communicate with me about the process, insurance, payments, and pick up. The quality of the work was great. They are the kind of people you hope you don t have to see too often, but you sure are thankful that you have them when you need them!!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Brakes

So mid America has been a preferred body shop for me a few years now. He treats not jus me but all customers that I have witnessed with respect , professionalism, and def like he has known you your whole life. He makes everything look new again with good quality work!

Awesome service! I'm honestly surprised they were able to do as well as they did on my car. I was only in town for a few days and they couldn't get parts in the time frame that I needed so they did everything by hand without replacing the parts (except for the headlight). The car looks almost brand new again and this was after a chair hit my front end going at least 45mph resulting in a really bent out of shape Hood, front end damage to the front bumper, and completely blowing out my front headlight. Not only did they do such great work they were nice enough to offer to drive me to a funeral I was in town to attend. Truly great service and good people you can trust your car with.

Mid America Collision Repair is the best!! I highly recommend! Ionel is very professional and kind. They do the best work! Excellent quality and great communication throughout the process of repairing my 4Runner. I have many options to choose from that are much closer but it is worth the drive to use Mid America. I am so grateful to Mid America Collision! They made the process of repairing my vehicle so easy. They worked directly with my insurance company and addressed all of my questions and concerns. In my opinion, they went above and beyond by double-checking things that weren't on the original insurance quote. Because of that, they were able to diagnose a couple of issues that would have caused problems down the road. They even worked with me regarding my deductible! They understand how important it is to get our vehicles back on the road. They came up with a plan that worked with my finances! I 100% recommend them for all auto body needs. If I ever need repairs in the future, Mid America Collision is first on my list.

These guys rock! Hands down the best in the biz in Hot Springs. My insurance uses another Co. for their quotes, but I'm glad I went with MAC because I got my truck back like new in under 3 days when the other guy wanted it 5. Thank you Ionel for your attention to detail, awesome customer service and constant updates. I hope I don't need them again, but if I do I know where I'm going!

Without hesitation I would rate this Shop and the whole experience 5 Stars! The owner was friendly, understanding, and worked extremely hard to please me. He even fixed things on my truck that should have been repaired from another body shop in town, from a previous wreck! My truck was fixed in no time and looks Brand New!

Quick breakdown..Massive amount of hail damage on our Rogue. (best guess, 700/800 quarter to half dollar size dents, just on the roof) Ionel was up front and told us he thought insr. would total it. (I had thought the same) He put us in touch with Jeff, his PDR guy at Imperial Hail Repair and it was confirmed. I know this review isn't bragging on work that MACR did, but it kinda is. We saw plenty of their work while we were there (before&afters) MACR could have easily milked the insurance for every penny they could get, but did not. This is why I'm giving Ionel and his crew 5 stars. Honesty & integrity go a long way with me. I hope I never need any body work done, but if I do...MACR gets the job.

My Camry looked brand new when they were finished with it. Couldn t even tell it had been damaged & they detailed the inside as well. Excellent price, exceptional communication & friendly staff. Hopefully we don t ever need a body shop again but if we do, mid America will get our future business.

MACR did some frame work on my 73 Corvette and I was very pleased with the work they did. Ionel the owner was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. The work was top notch and the cost was much less than I anticipated. I've lived in Hot Springs for more than 30 years and have dealt with many of the local body shops over the years and based on this experience I can assure you MACR will be the only shop I will be using in the future.

Ionel is very intelligent. Very good at mechanics as well as body work. His employees recognize that in him as well. They were all very helpful and it was obvious that they respected and admired their employer and his work and ethics. They made very positive comments about him as they worked and we talked.It was easy to see the professionalism in his entire operation. I purchased a Linclon Navigator from him and after money and paperwork had changed hands he asked if I had time to allow him to make some small adjustments to my new to me car. He wanted it to be perfect for me. It is and so is Ionel and his crew.I couldnt have gotten any better treatment from Ionel or his crew. Thanks so much. I hope to buy and do business with you again in the .Top that off with very fair and honest pricing. It cant be beat!Thanks Ionel and crew!
