Very bad evaluation on diagnosing my truck. I paid for a diagnostic that was no where near accurate. I immediately took my truck to a mechanic in Texarkana that diagnosed and is completing work. I stressed that money was not an issue that I had an array of issues that I was already aware of and had written down for owner to review. Shop and appearance is very clean and gives an impression that may be an honest and reputable place to do business. I was very disappointed and regardless all the positive reviews, this was definitely not my experience. I gave 1 star for cleanliness

I had a tune-up done on my 2013 Honda Odyssey. They do excellent work. VERY satisfied. I highly recommend Still's Auto Service.

Master mechanic with old school integrity....great combination....took my vehicle here based on friends recommendation...they were covered up with work and told me it would be a while, which to me is a good indicator of a quality shop. Told them my problem and previous diagnosis, that I was suspicious of and left it with them.I got a timely call back, actually sooner than I had expected. They recommended against costly repairs that had been suggested by others and they quoted what I thought was a very fair estimate on what was needed to fix the problem.I have driven the vehicle several hundred miles after the repair and it is as good as new.I would trust them with any automotive repair and will enthusiasticly recommended them to others.Just good folks there. I am glad I stopped in.

I hope you guys read this carefully. This company is a ripoff to begin with. My mother took her vehicle here for an AC repair and the exaggerated price that was charged 400.00 to replace a blower motor that only cost 60.00 and give or take 20 minutes to replace. Average cost of hourly rate mechanic, 90.00 an hour, do the math. I'm a technician as well so I know how this goes, unfortunately I'm not in town otherwise I can do this repair. Steer far as you can from this place. Not even one star I'll give you.

Brought my car in at closing with a missing belt. They were able to get it fixed before the end of the next day. Friendly people, great price.

I went here when my brakes went out. They gave me an estimate and had it fixed in 2 days. They are very professional and I never feel ripped off when I leave. I will definitely keep going here with my junker Mustang.

It s important to feel like you can trust your mechanic, especially as a customer who knows nothing about cars. Don Still is awesome. He explained everything to me at a level where I could understand what was going on. My price was lower than the original quote I was given due to his honesty when a certain part didn t need to be replaced after all. I will keep using Still s Auto repair and recommend them to anyone needing a great mechanic.

After what should have been a wheel bearing issue they broke a break line and replaced it with a used one from a friend s vehicle. Yes! We witnessed this and they even said that was the case. We were stranded and needed to hurry. They said we had a lot of rust, which is likely, but that did not break the line. They did. When the total repair bill was gouged at over double due to added time and repairs they caused, we feel taken advantage of. If you are local they are probably pretty fair, but they tried to say the cost was extra because it was a Hummer. The problem is it s an H3 which is a GM product and parts are the exact same as any other GM product. This was simply a case of their inexperience costing us over double. Beware if you aren t a regular here!!!!Update!!! We are less than an hour leaving and our vehicle is starting to wobble and shake terribly!

The Best automotive Service in Hope, AR. Mr.& Mrs. Don and Jewel Still very good people you would ever meet.. And they are reasonable I love this company. I've had work done on my car and I do say the work is great..

My car needed some electrical work done to it and needed my Valve cover gaskets put on (witch i bought an took to them) My car sat there for a month an a half an they DIDN'T EVEN TOUCH IT!! I made MULTIPLE CALLS and talked to Don myself an he would just give me the run around . Tell me he'll get to it next week then when next week got here it would be the same thing..I called today an he told me to come get it an tale it somewhere else because he doesn't have the time to work on it!!! IM LIVID!!

These guys are supposed to be ASE certified and we re to scared to mess with a harmonic balancer. I called 3 times and the first time I got out on hold the second time I was on hold for 20 min. the third time I talked to Don Still himself and he said I don t want to fool with it just take it somewhere else absolutely piss poor.

Our car had messed up due to the cold weather we brought it to Still's Auto Service and they fixed in one day we were able to take the car home the next day definitely recommend going to them for any car trouble.
