Very good customer service!!. it was raining very hard and super cold outside, and they answered the phone within one ring. Also they came exactly to our location within seconds they were very nice and understanding young gentleman. Late at night on the highway, these lovely young men came to me and my daughter rescue. They wenynsbove and beyond. It was no shops opek they called a friend of a friend and helped us with a new tire since my spare had split. I'm so grateful. They made us feel safe. Thank you all so much

Was coming through Hope and had a wheel bearing making a loud noise. I have a GMC Sierra 4x4. I stopped at 3:00pm and was told they would start on it then. They started work and the bearing did lots of other damage. I told them to repair both sides they pulled both sides apart I had them change both half shafts, both wheel hubs both rotors, calipers and brake pads. I rolled out at 5:45 and was very happy with the price. Plus everyone I met was super nice. You can go wrong with them. Robert Seals

Being in a horrible situation recently and with no hope of it getting any better I was referred to Rolling Right Auto & Towing by a family member. When I tell you I was hopeless I was just that. I had nothing more to lose and I gave it a shot! Turned out the be the BEST COMPANY I could have EVER turned to for help! On August 2nd we went in to acquire services, we turned in our proper paperwork and spoke to the gentlemen approximately 10 minutes. They said they would get it and we left our phone numbers. Leaving there that day I had some hope. I left my situation in this company s hands and when I say that was THE BEST thing I could have ever done I mean it!! On Aug 4th I received a text message saying that my issue was solved! I was relieved!! These men are ALL about good business, they are ready to get the job done and they do just that! I didn t know of them before now but it s that one time for me! I m committed! Anything else that I will ever need in the future will be done by these guys with no hesitation at all! I recommend them 100%! Nice, respectful, great prices, hard working, and GOOD FOR BUSINESS!! Thank y all so much for the hard work y all just put in to ensure my problem was fixed! I was scared and without any hope. I m truly amazed at how great and fast your services really are! Continue being great and doing wonderful Y all are the BEST!! Hands down!!! These guys are legit and awesome. Long story short, I broke down on I30 past Hope Arkansas on a late Sunday afternoon. I called Rolling Right Auto and Towing for help/towing. They came right out. Figured out my issues and got me off the dangerous side of the road. They repaired my car in the Auto Zone parking lot and got me on my way. Great Service, great prices and even better guys. We were on the way to a Dr appointment. One of our spark plugs wires came off. We pulled into rolling right and ask if anyone could fix it right quick. A young man came out and fixed it immediately. When I asked what I owed he responded have a nice day. I thought service like this was long gone. Highly recommend!

They contacted me prior to coming to get my vehicle and worked with me on trying to get everything worked out with the dealership. They were amazing and very helpful. They aren t just out to make a buck, they work to help the customer keep their vehicle regardless if they make a buck or not. I greatly appreciate them!

Supervisor Aj (swiper the fox) was amazing!! He kept me calm, explained what was needed to have my tow done, where I can come pick it up and everything. It was a nerve racking situation for me anyways but he kept me informed about everything and was so careful when loading my truck and not just treating it like he didn't care what was happening. I could not have made it through all this without him taking that extra effort to reassure me 1. I wasnt gonna be hurt by my ex and 2. That he was gonna make the situation as easy as possible. Thank you for everything you did for my babies and I AJ!

This is the best place in town to take your vehicle. The staff and owner are amazing people who help their customers out when they can. I will not EVER take my vehicle to any other mechanic. He was really respectful and done his job not pushy just done his job , so if he comes to get your vehicle please just let him do his job it s not personal he understands what your going through. Reasonably priced and honest! Called Rolling Right when our van broke down on an extremely cold and icy night. They were there extremely fast and took the vehicle back to their shop to get it off the road, and even shuttled us to the local hotel. Couldn't ask for a more caring and up front company. If we ever break down even remotely close to Hope, AR, these guys will be my first call!Service: Car towing

I don't give 5 stars because the wrecker driver is my son I give 5 stars for the dedication and what I see when I see him take a call drops everything and goes. My mother was in the hospital at St Michaels in Texarkana. Someone cut their catalytic converter off their truck while there.
