We were broke down. Called Gary and he and his wife were on site within 15 minutes. They got us the new part and back on the road within two hours. Great service and very friendly

This place is so amazing I felt like they cared so much about my particular case when my car failed in the middle of, Arkansas their prices are very reasonable I wish I could live there just for this auto shop.

The owners took up my 100-mile towing request without a second thought and made great conversation with me and my dog the whole way. Our electric car was out of battery and we would have been totally stranded otherwise, and they charged less than I was prepared to pay. They really turned my whole trip around, and I can't recommend them enough!Service: Special vehicle towing

I cannot speak highly enough of this shop. We broke down on our way through from Texas to Pennsylvania. My girlfriends Mercedes started misfiring and acting up. The folks not only got the part needed within hours, but they fixed it in an amazingly affordable fashion. Upon completion; they picked her up, showed her around the area AND took her to get coffee before heading back to get the vehicle.They were so sweet, even adamantly refused a tip. There are good people left in this world. Thank you for getting us back on the road to home.

Absolutely awesome!! We broke down on our way home to Michigan and Reese s towing picked me and my friend up and took care of us, made sure we were safe and entertained! Fixed my car up! I wish I lived closer so I could keep coming back! 10/10 would recommend!

Called on a Sunday around 7pm, no answer. Called back a while later hoping to reach someone. I left a message this time but, no call back. My driver broke down and needed towed and service. Website says 24 hours towing and they supposedly offer car repair services as well. But if you don't answer, or call people back that are stranded on the road, I can't give a better rating. Maybe change the website info if it doesn't include Sundays. Or is not 24 hr service..... Otherwise there was no interaction.

We had a problem with our Jeep while passing through hope called Reese's automotive. Long story short. This place is great . Honest, dependable, accurate service . Best automotive service I have ever encountered. Highly recommended

Destination Laporte IN for funeral. Driving from Cedar Hill TX. After sitting in 2hr traffic jam my car died. My fuse box melted. I called Reese's . They showed up. They were so friendly. They made sure my car was taken to the dealership the next day. Lord knows I didn't need additional stress. They were like 's on wheels. They had a few snacks in the truck my daughter was so pleased they offered. I can't thank them enough.Service: Car towing

Reese was a lifesaver! My wife and I have an electric car and we re unable to find a charger while passing through Arkansas. Reese was able to tow our car more than 30 miles to the nearest charger on a Sunday when everyone else was closed. I can t recommend him enough!Service: Car towingService: Car towing

We broke down near Hope on Labor day, while on our way back to Texas. Gary got us fixed up and back on the road as soon as possible. He went above and beyond to make us comfortable during our unintended layover. I can't thank him enough for helping us get back home safely!

Reese came and picked me up off the side of I30 at 5am on a Sunday morning. Super nice guy, could not be happier with the service. If you need help anywhere near Hope, this is your dude, 100%!

On the way to Houston from Illinois our RV broke down in the Walmart parking lot late Saturday night, we called for a wrecker. Even though they weren't able to tow the vehicle, he recommended another service and then went out of his way to head over and help out in anyway he could. With in a short period of time he had us on our way. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts. If you find yourself in trouble around Hope, Arkansas get a hold of Reese's Towing & Auto Repair. Broke down on Sunday PM. Was able to get us back on the road Monday AM extremely quickly and very reasonably priced! I would very highly recommend them to everyone.
