Ordered parts and then had to go to back desk to order correct parts. They came in then were sent back as no one called me to let me know they were there. This store should close or get a management team that can run the store. Unbelievable how they stay in business at this store.

Overall a good experience!! Upon arrival just a group of guys that were gathered around talking. Did receive the wrong part at first, but they exchanged it when it was brought back.

I will never set foot in this store again. I walked in to the store looking for a part. I was not greeted or ask if I needed help. The employees were laughing and goofing off with other customers. Nobody asked me if I needed some assistance. So, I just walked out and went to AutoZone . At AutoZone I was greeted and asked if I needed help. Will be going back to AutoZone for now on!

This store is no. 1 against any other oriellys or any other parts store. This stores staff is absolutely second to no one. Very experienced and Profesional. If your needing a parts store this is it. I live over an hour away I'm 20 minutes from several stores including several other oriellys, if I need real help this is where I go or call. The management, is 2nd to no one, it's just just no other parts store that function and treats their customers like this one. And honest, always, if you wanna trust what your being told and what your spending your money on, and your not from here and u need parts, this is where u better go. These people are the best to do business with.

After throwing a couple of engine codes during a long road trip, I stopped here to grab a couple things for my car. They let me use their parking lot to do the work since I had nowhere else to go. My car repair did not go as planned, and I ended up spending 10 hours at their store, attempting to fix my car. Jason spent a large majority of his day checking on me and making sure I had what I needed to finish the job. After they closed, he stuck it out with me and made sure I was able to get on the road safely. I cannot recommend this location more, they really went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. Thanks so much y all!

They need to change the Sunday store hours to 9:00 - 6:55 . A/C quit on car with me and the family and stopped in to grab a few cans of freon . I know 6 min to closing is cutting it a bit close but I knew exactly what I needed. But as I walked up a woman ran up to the door and said we've already closed and locked the door. Guess it was 5:00 somewhere.

Always have what I'm looking for and if not can have it in the next day. Prices are very competitive to other auto parts stores.

Not once but twice given the wrong oil filter even after arguing with the salesman. I lost a gallon of Mobil synthetic 20000 mile oil. Called and talked to don and he said they would make good on it but when I showed up in person the girl behind the counter acted like she could care less . Worthless employee. They have lost my business.

I broke down this past week while on I-30. I stopped in Hope, and hobbled my way to the O Reilly s autoparts to get my engine warnings checked. One of their employee s, Jason, helped me identified the problem, find the right replacement parts, and made sure I was doing well, as I struggled replacing the parts. Being the middle of July, it was hot. Jason went so far to bring me a bottle of water as I worked to get my car running again. I have lived in the south my entire life, but I have never been to an autoparts store that is so attentive, and showed so much hospitality.

Did for us what Checker wouldn't. ... Had check engine light on, they checked it for us and we bought what was needed from them. Thank you for being so great. We will be coming back for our car needs.

They always have my part quickly ( if they don't already have it); employees are knowledgeable and friendly; and if you have trouble installing a windshield they will help you install it.

They were ok but very slow and they could be more acknologeable when you walk in... Stood in line and i was next and the guy helped another guy instead of me.
