I am Bud glass from Louisville KY I would recommend Jim's locked and key they are very professional and courteous and do great work it's the only place I would ever go for a lock and key service I give them a five-star rating I am from Louisville Arkansas not Louisville Kentucky

Tim replaced the doorknobs and deadbolts on my 4 exterior doors. He was so nice and was always here right on time. He did more than I ask and did a GREAT job! Hard to fine good service like he gave. The price was very reasonable. I LOVE my new locks. Thank you Tim.

Jim's came to my rescue today, 7/30/2023. I locked my keys in my truck and bless his heart, in this heatwave he had my doors open in a few seconds. And he didn't charge me, I was attending a funeral and he was definitely a blessing. Thank you kind sir.

I called to get pricing for a key for a car made and was told that to come to location he would come if called by 3 pm. We spoke at 2 pm. After I made sure to have the money required I called back to get him to come out to my location between five and ten minutes before 3 pm and there was no answer. I called three times too no answer. This is not what I would want a potential customer to to experience.

I give jim lock and key a five star because his service was so fast. His price was 175.00 dollars for 1 key i had made for my 2003 ford f 150. Now i know why good job jim great work fast and freindy service.

Passing through Hope on our way to San Antonio. Stopped for gas and locked the keys in the U haul. Jim came out and unlocked it for us and didn t even charge us. I can t thank him enough.

Super nice guy will pop your lock doors for a decent price all though I live a few miles out of town there was no extra charges.

Fast and friendly service. Jim has retired and the new owner's name is Tim. Maybe someday Tim will change the company name to "Tim's Lock and Key".
