We ran over a piece of tire on I30 which damaged the underside of the car. A piece of metal was dragging the ground. We pulled into the Hope Co. Ford on a Saturday afternoon. A repairman came out to the car, took a look, and said he needed a tool. He came back in a minute, removed the piece, and told us to take the part to a dealership to have it out back on. No charge.
