I got financed for a 2019 ford fiesta in November 2023 it is now April 2024 and I have yet to receive my title to my car that I am continually making payments on monthly. They are making all kinds of excuses as to why I don t have a title yet. I have called multiple times to try and get this issue resolved and I have still had no luck. I feel like I have been scammed and no one will even try to help locate the title is has been months. Do yourself a favor and don t waste your time here.

Called 8 different times to talk to the GM and not one time was he there. Left call back messages and received no calls back. I buy 2-3 Ford s a year for me work and I couldn t even get a call back. They are trying to sell a truck for $30k over sticker and I was told by the sales people to talk to the GM for a better price. Been going on for over 3 weeks. It s almost like the sales people are keeping me from talking to the GM. Crazy.

Dalton went above and beyond. That s how you make a sale. Had issues with car getting heat. Was told by General Sales manager someone would look at it after my vacation. Went to service now it is Nov. 1. Seems like it will keep being pushed farther back. They guy at sales desk Leslie was very rude. Went from 5 stars to 1 star just like that.

So let me say this first. What they fixed and got the car road worthy, and the loaner car while they helped us was very good of them.However the bad when we first looked at the car. We were told that it would be getting a number of things replaced (multiple people told us this) then the next few times we went back it kept changing. I found that it had a mechanical problem the next day and they jumped on it right away to get this fixed. That s when it started changing that some of those new things would not be replaced because they tested good on the inspection. This was fine as it s to be expected to not change some things if they don t need to be. When we took the car back in the following Monday to have it fixed we were then informed that even more would not be fixed even though they told us it would (cosmetic type stuff front bumper and some scratches on the door). Ended up only one thing that they originally said would be fixed was. The windshield.Again I do want to say they went out of their way to help us get out of a bad situation with our other car and we are grateful for that, but a terrible experience otherwise. We will not be returning.

I want to give a huge shout-out and list of complements for Hope Ford on Hervey in Hope. I've bought several new cars in my lifetime, and every time I walked out of the dealership thinking "something fishy just went on, but I can't quite put a finger on it". Dealerships are well know for doing some sneaky stuff and hiding it in a pile of paperwork.I never once got that feeling at Hope Ford. Every single person I dealt with was straight up, showed me every step they were doing, explained anything I didn't quite understand. I felt like I was in control the entire time.Christopher Waldrop, my salesman, was awesome. Walked me around until I found the ideal truck (I want max tow power so chose the 5 liter Coyote engine truck on the lot). He explained everything I wanted to know about the truck, showed me some nifty things you can customize on the dash. He even went out to my house, a 19 or so mile ride, and helped me prep my Tacoma for trade-in. Then he had to run all the way back out because we forgot to get him the Tacoma title! Was friendly then entire time, we pretty close came to becoming friends (We added each other on facebook and I hope we do become friends).Bobby the sales manager Chris and I worked with was outstanding. Again, he showed me online everything from the KBB value of my Tacoma, thru every step of buying the Ford. He also told me about a new program Ford has, where you promise to trade the truck in after three years, or pay a new (much higher) payment until it is paid off. It halves your monthly payment for three years! He showed me how the Ford I bought will be worth far more than what is still owed on it after three years, and I can use that equity to move up to whatever I want then. I was the very first customer to use that program at this dealership, and Gerry went thru a heck of a time getting all the computer screens to work. He stuck with it and it all worked out excellent!Jeremy the finance guy was also tops. Explained every option available to me, in language I understood, and never once did he try to upsell me anything, in fact he told me there were certain things available that would do me no good, and we eliminated them right off. We joked around about some things not even truck buying related, I was dealing with a real person and not a "let's get some more money out of this guy" machine.Honestly goes a long way...and this dealership went that long way. I am incredibly impressed! Sure wish every company was this great!....and no, I am not an employee, I have no relatives there, I was not and will not be paid for leaving this review. I am simply telling how I was treated there, honestly.

Highly recommend! Corey is very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. The Service dept is on point on installing the running boards, and Taft in the parts dept helped my son pick out a few accessories that he loved. Thanks y all !

Had a water pump that was put in there not quite 2 years ago it was still under warranty. We moved to Oregon and because that water pump went out and did damage to other parts. It was under warranty and had extended warranty for repairs. When I first called and said that we are taking it to a certified auto repair shop for repairs, not once I was told it had to be taken to a Ford dealership since it was a Ford water pump put in. So I just called them up to see if they would at least pay for the water pump itself, I was told no because we should have known to take it to a Ford dealership for repairs!! There are many people that does not know this especially elderly people like ourselves. They could have easily compted to pay for the water pump part at least!! Then our extended warranty would have covered for the rest of the repairs cost. At our age we live on a meager social security check and had to pay full amount to get car repaired so we have transportation to Dr's appts, shopping etc.

The folks at this dealership are not only timely, but also some of the best people I ve ever met. They found a solution to my transmission problem and then found an even better one. I m traveling across the country and they helped me so much! Taylor, the Assistant Service Manager even helped me find a dog park nearby. I really can t say enough good things. Michael was extremely helpful and made this HARD situation so much easier. I will never forget the kindness of the guys at this dealership and they have even inspired me to be a kinder human. This dealership in Hope, AR seriously gave me hope that I will get through all of my troubles with some help from strangers. I feel very lucky to have broken down at their place. Thank you! My wife carried her car to mclarty ford. They wasn t hospitable. Two hours after her appointment, they hadn t even looked at it. We left and went to Hope Auto Company and bought a brand new car. At Hope the service was great! They got us in and put us in a new car within two hours. They was super professional and they was more than happy to have our business. Hope Auto Company is the only dealer I ll go to in the future. Today was the first time in a long time I left any dealership feeling like I didn t get a bad deal. They guys in the service department are also the best in the business in my opinion.

This is by far, the best dealership I have encountered in my 61 years!!! We were on our way to Mountain Home AR. coming from Houston TX. to participate in a marathon. Our Ford truck started having problems and this was the closest dealership. When we pulled in, we were met at the door by the Service Manager. After diagnosis, they had to do a manual Regen and replace the busted turbo boot. We were in and out in 1 1/2 hours. I will be suggesting this dealership to everyone that mentions buying a Ford product, no matter where you are, this should be your dealership of choice. A big thank you to all the shop guys that worked on this truck!!! And by the way, she ran the 26K mountain run in 3 hr 45 minutes!!! She couldn't have done it with out your GREAT help with the truck!!!!! Thanks, Dennis Hobbs (This is really a 10 STAR Rating)

Several issues wrong with my vehicle found within days after I bought it. We took it back and they said they would repair what they could, and that they would call us when they could. Never returned our calls, and when they finally did, they told us the car was sold as is, even with our 3 month warranty.So I do not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good deal, because the price may be good, but the people just lie to get you to buy the vehicle.

Years ago I was driving through pulling a trailer on my way to Pennsylvania to store my belongings at my family's garage before I deployed. My truck's master cylinder went on the highway leaving me unable to shift. Exhausted from a long drive and stressed that I only had a few days I managed to get my truck into their service department. With no appointment, no call in advance, and with no reason they had to help me, they took the truck they were working on off the lift to put mine on. I haven't nor will I ever forget the kindness and good will this dealership displayed to me when I was in a tough situation. They fixed my truck and I was back on the road in a couple of hours and more importantly able to spend time with my family for a couple of days prior to being gone for a year.

I purchased a f150 from Hope Auto in 2019 I recently had to have engine replacement with a new reman engine the mechanic installed a new engine with dirty parts installed on the new engine radiator coolant reservoir was dirty and empty also the transmission cooler line clips broken and oil on the radiator and on the frame under the truck so think twice before you purchase a vehicle or have a v

We had our car break down during an extended road trip, and this was the nearest dealer where we thought we might fix our cars problem. Heather is who we worked with and she was very slow in calling us. In fact, we had to call her to find out what was happening with our car. The second day, they did finally repair the part that they thought might be causing the problem for 418 dollars. The car had the same problem we have been experiencing 1 hour after we left the dealer. We chose to got to Texarkana to try and solve our cars mysterious problem because of the poor customer service. Too bad, nice folks in Hope Arkansas.

Once again, zero stars is far more accurate! Lots of miscommunication. Dealership refuses to assume responsibility for an issue that occurs as soon as auto leaves service. Repairs take months to complete. Our issue went all the way to the top of the ladder, no acknowledgment once auto left their lot following their claim of a road test yielded no issues.

We just bought a vehicle from hope auto ford and they should find a new finance guy, because Jeremy lied to my husband to sell a truck and was not straightforward with answering any of our questions. He was very rude and unprofessional to my mother in law and myself when we were asking for help is in there today and even stated that he never wanted to see us in there again, well congratulations bud, you WONT AND WE WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH YOU EVER AGAIN AND I AM HOPING TO MAKE YOU LOSE YOUR JOB!!

This dealership doesn t care about their customers they only care about making money if you have any problems or anything after the loan contract has been made they don t try to help you they act like they can care less or try to act like they don t know what you talking about so I recommend that something should be done about how they treat their customers or certain ones because they have a I don t care attitude if it s not benefiting them
