Shannon was a great help!!! She asked what I had in mind and narrowed down my search! I m in love with my car from the color and all!!! I had my family with me. She even made sure they were comfortable while we took care of business!!!!

Great customer service. The lady that helped me was very awesome. From the time I walked in her office till the time I left. Then the young lady that is at the front window was very kind and helpful too. Everyone I came in contact was very nice. Very warm welcoming staff.

This is a shady car company I bought a car and the next day I started seeing signs that the transmission is slipping. I took the car back in less than 7 days and the general manager Tamika, a lil ugly whoville looking lady decided to become disrespectful and I was disrespectful back because who are you talking to when it was my money WASTED on these BROKE DOWN CARS y'all are SCAMMING people for??? Their own employee told me that one of the cars that she was trying to place me in wouldn't even start then he went to say something is wrong with all of these cars for real and he works for CAR-MART!! I called corporate on the general manager complaining about the manager and the cars asking for a refund and the company decided to do a RETURN OF SALE and say that I am no longer the owner so they will be picking the car up, not because I missed a payment but because they unprofessional employees can't and won't do their job accordingly and that I won't be getting my money either and it haven't been a week since I purchased the car!!! This company is a scam and the really should be put OUT OF BUSINESS

The entire staff is amazing and made me feel welcomed! Kimberly got me in the car that I wanted and always makes sure I am a happy customer. I m so happy that chose them. They never disappoint me.

The absolute BEST experience car buying I ve ever had! Kimberly, the manager, got the car to the lot from a different dealership and I purchased it all within 7 hours! You can tell she puts customers first and the whole process was quick, simple and easy!I ve bought from CarMart in the past and we had delays and had an extended stay but not this time. I recommend this car lot to anyone. Shout out as well to Bridger, she helped me tremendously at first when I initially went it and answered all my questions with ease!Go see Kim and her staff and tell em SJ sent ya!!

Finally gave us a chance When other dealerships kept turning us down for a truck even with my income being great and credit was fairly good for not having much history. We ended up leaving with 2 trucks that day! The new manager Kim is great and the employees are a lot nicer now as well since before when we had went a couple years ago to try for just one truck. And so far so good on the quality of both. They ve both been checked out now at our local shop with a clean bill of health.

Car Mart Hope just isn't the same without Kimberly Cook! I don't know what kind of zoo they are running. Hopefully I hit the jackpot so I can pay my car off and don't have to get any more calls from Jas. God bless you if you're buying a vehicle from this location.

Yesterday I went to Car-Mart of Hope to get my second car from them. Kim cook made it so quick and easy putting me back on the road. She is a very kind and caring lady, she assured me if I had any problems I could call and let her know! It s my 3rd year with Car-Mart and I haven t had any problems.

They are a great group of people. They work with you on your down payment and monthly payments. They are fast and easy to work with. They were a few flaws that I asked them to fix and they had no problem agreeing. Great buying experience!

Wow! I had an unbelievable experience at this location. Both the inventory and the staff were exceptional in every way. The one young lady, I believe her name was Shelby Adams, was so professional, polite, and just an all around TREAT to interact with yesterday! Keep up the good work! Go see these fine folks!! You will not be disappointed and be sure to ask for Shelby!

Car Mart sold me a car with a bad battery and you can t set the clock. Customer service is horrible. Bridget the manager is very rude. Nothing is under service contact. They knew the battery was bad when they sold it. Brought it to a shop, not only is the battery bad but the air filter is clogged and bad alternator. I just got this car.

Woooooow! Me and my wife locked our keys in the truck driving through Arkansas, we are from Texas. We were at the gas station across the street. A very nice guy stopped eating his lunch to assist with helping getting the car unlocked. The manager came over and assisted with no problem. Very high energy and positive. Im so happy and relieved we were the first outta a couple tries to actually get the doors unlocked. Shouting thank you sooooo much all the way from Dallas,TX!!!!!

Chanel Perry was such a Blessing doing business with! She was very professional, friendly, and helpful. She made purchasing a car more personal than just a normal car sales. Angela (the manager) is amazing. I had my first car for two years and it decided to mess up and i had transmission problems. We tried everything else before i had the option of getting put into a another one. Let s just say Angela made it happen . She understood what was going on and she helped in every way possible and she was able to put me in another car .. I highly recommend CarMart , any problems you have with something Angela is the lady to go to.

When I started looking for a car, I was t sure where to start but when coming across Car Mart, I felt more comfortable. Shelby was very polite & helpful. Brent was very knowledgeable about the vehicles I was inquiring about & Chanel & Jazz were very reassuring. Great experience at this location.

I have to say that Car-Mart in Hope AR is awesome. They gave me more than fair value on my trade, worked with me to find a car that met my needs (fuel economy), and fixed all the little issues that bothered me before I took delivery. Shaun, the General Manager, is awesome to work with and helped me to get what I needed and what worked within my budget. All the staff is professional and courteous and went out of their way to make me feel welcome and like family. I will continue to do business here and would recommend others to check them out.Don t discount Car-Mart just because it is a buy here pay here dealership. If your credit is less than perfect and you ve been turned down elsewhere, it is definitely worth checking out.

I've always just bought my vehicles straight out, usually over Facebook, and this was my first experience with a car lot. Everyone was friendly, the process was SUPER easy, and I LOVE my car! Would recommend to anyone!

Ask me again in 36 month or 36,000 miles how i feel about the Ford F150 XLT. Ive always had Chevrolet. The people their was really nice but I guess anybody would be when a person walks in with a stack of Benjamin's.
