While on our travels, the suspension on our 5th wheel camper broke near this business. We were able to limp to this business. The owner allowed us to set up camp on the lot and use his address to have needed parts shipped. Thank god there are still good people in this world. And we were lucky to find one here at Bypass Diesel and Wrecker.

I would leave 10 stars if I could. I ve a truck driver for 15 years and you just can t find a better place then this. Q and Jordan are very knowledgeable and professional. They put up with me and gave me amazing service and pricing. Thanks again guys, I ll definitely be spreading the word about y all shop.

Very greedy owner..They didn't fix my truck mud flab but they still charged me $72.50 for just take it off .it's only 2 bolts it take less than 2 minutes...Also they charged me $40 credit card fees..Avoid this place ..Tire tec was very rude..

I'm so glad I chose to bring my truck here . These guys were very helpful and got me out quick . I found an awesome place for my trucks need . Great people and good place to have your service done . They have a waiting area , very comfortable.

Kirk came out and had us back on the road. First mechanic wasn't much help and still charged $330.75. had I called bypass first would've saved us some money.

My family and I were driving home to Texas from our vacation when we were rear-ended by a distracted driver in a construction zone. We were in a rental car (headaches to deal with on that end). Colte and Quinten picked up our car and towed it to Bypass. We had major issues with the rental car company . But, Ms. Sherry (Office Manager) at Bypass Towing was AWESOME at calming us down and dealing with the rental company. She got it arranged for us to be driven in a tow truck with our rental car back to the Dallas area by Colte. They were the nicest people and by the end, I felt like Sherry could have been a long lost sister and Colte could have been a son or nephew that I just met. GREAT PEOPLE!! Highly recommend.

They are a good and fair place, has a 24 hour wrecker and call out service, all mechanics are knowledgeable in their field.Great customer service

Our tire blew as we were getting on the Interstate, and Ron came to our rescue! He arrived shortly after we called, went above and beyond to help us get back on the road.

I recommend this place 100%, here they are very attentive, they work very well and above all fast, the customer service is first class from the moment they rescue you on the road until you leave the workshop, the employees here are very efficient, come to this place and I promise you won't regret ityo recomiendo este luga 100%, aqui son muy atentos trabajan muy bien y sobretodo rapido, el trato al cliente es de primera desde el momento que te rescatan en la carretera hasta que sale del taller los empleados aqui son muy eficiente, vengan a este lugar y le prometo que no se arrepentiran
