First of all this business is open. I saw elsewhere they were closed. Not true. Originally, I thought my order was not sent. Owner responded via phone call with proof it was mailed. Ahhh...my fault for assuming incorrectly. We are both strong minded individuals resulting in a little verbal sparring. BUT, we ended up laughing in the end! Order received today. Exactly what I needed (Pumper Carb gasket for an 04 XR 400) along with two Tootsie pops. Great place to buy hard to find parts. Thank you from Parker Colorado!!!!

I bought a Yamaha SR400 last year and have purchased quite a few parts to repair and improve my motorcycle. They have always been prompt and courteous with my email questions as well. In fact, I m just about ready to buy some rear shocks from them. The SR is kind of a niche bike, and it s great to have a company like this, that helps me keep it on the road !

My first review ever but this experience stings a bit. I spent $350 for a part was that was never shipped and never refunded. After a year of calling and being assured they would look into it, I'm giving up. Ebay and my statements show I was never refunded.They have great stuff. Just be diligent if something goes off track.I'd like to add that I had ordered from these guys a half-dozen times previously. I get they are in the middle of nowhere and lead times may be extensive. In fact, I'm from central KS. I thought it was so cool to be ordering sick parts from back home but I can't justify buying from them again. I've honestly never been moved to place a review before but this has be pretty bummed.

Customer service on point!!Excellent customer service all around. The owner is fantastic as well as super knowledgeable. Service could not be better from the ordering all the way to shipping and timely arrival, The Vintage Spoke won t disappoint.

I bought my bike from VS over a year ago. I made it my own and love it. You have to understand that these guys are out in the boonies and they have to deal with that. If you take the time and go out and see the place. See the products you will see that the negative ratings are bunk. If you love old bikes you have to be patient. Parts are hard to find. Good luck Vintage Spoke and Thanks for my bike.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Rebuilding my bikes was a breeze with the help of The Vintage Spoke. I was able to get parts I couldn't find otherwise and am so happy to have found them! The saleswomen went above and beyond in helping locate the items I needed and the replica seat covers are beyond what I expected!! Thank you guys for all the help! Will be through again in the future.

Ordered a part, never got an update, never received the item. Upon emailing / calling, was told by an automated message that they are temporarily out of business, with no further information. This was over 3 months ago. You spent everyone's refunds, didn't you. At least put a message up on the website.

Unfortunately I had to give one star to post a review otherwise I wouldn't have given any. Ordered a seat cover on July 31. August 31 and still waiting.Have requested a refund if they do not have seat cover by Sept. 1.

Love Chad at vintage spoke I can tx him about any time of the day or night and he gives me information about my build or part I bought fast parts to my door in normally 2 days and for the ney sayers on the reviews he had a health scare in the family that prevented them from being in business 4 awhile keep up the good work

Very shady business. Promised part from motorcycle expo. Paid for part, then 3 months past. Employee that was helping was fire for malicious activity, and no company still has yet to offer part or refund. It was a matter of only $8, but still, very shady.

Chad picked up 4 bikes, that he had dealt with my husband over the phone for , many pictures were sent. He took the title to a bike he should have taken, but didn't ( long story) and took a bike that WASN'T supposed to be in the deal. Said he would mail the title back to us.We haven't seen the title yet!
