I believe this will be a really nice park when they get it finished. As it is still new, there are only some sites that have concrete pads. Those sites are huge. I chose to get a pull through site just so I would have more room. However, the pull through sites are relatively small and the one that I was on was not extremely level. I had my diesel pusher, a pickup truck and a boat. I could almost fit everything on the pull through site by Jack knifing the boat and truck. However, the next day I was very politely told that boats were not allowed in the park. They had to be parked on the top of the hill. And if you choose to stay here, be sure and get a concrete pad site. They are so much nicer and bigger. The park attendant said that they were working on making all of the sites concrete. Other than that, the park is very nice. Quiet and very close to the Heber springs. Recreational park which we used for the boat dock. Sorry this is the only picture I had and it was of the new boat and you can sort of tell the condition of the pads.

As of my stay here this is a new RV resort with full time and seasonal campers already in place. Check in was easy as most was done online ahead of time. Camp Host was friendly and gave us our site number. I am not impressed with our site as it is unlevel and the connections are rather far away as I had to park to the front of the site so my steps would land on gravel and not in the fire pit. This is just the way this site was laid out and doesn't work well with our RV. Other rigs coming into this site will probably have no issues at all. Water presssure is good and no issues with electricity. The sewer line is running up hill so this may cause an issue at this site for some lower sitting travel trailers and RV's. The resort Wi-Fi is pretty good here. It is advertised as gigabit internet on their website but seeing consistent speeds of around 20 mBps. This is the first campground where I have actually used it and impressed with it. Cell connectivity is decent with AT&T getting 5Ge and Verizon getting 5g. The resort is located right off of a highway and can be noisy at times as there is an intersection close by. This does cause a bit of road noise as trucks like to show off their loud exhaust as they rapidly accelerate past the resort and gas station across the road. Overall, this will be a nice park once everything is done. We will defintly come back and check it out again.

At this point the park is still in the development stage. When we were there the pool deck was being poured. My wife s job is remote so it was great to have such great service here. We would love to return when in the area and swim in that pool.

We camp the Heber Springs area a lot (abt 6+ times yearly) and were excited to see this new park come in. I agree with the overall rating of 73%, and became very annoyed by a recent policy acted upon by which The Woodlands reserves the right to MOVE your selected campsite which they did to us & of course without any notice after we drove from an hour away. We were moved to a nearby similar (but not our preferred) site & given the reason being that the ppl we were bumped for likely were booked for a longer stay (!!). We stayed 2 nights for abt $100 and the ppl we were bumped for (their camper was parked) were NEVER seen during our stay. So, beware--it's not "first come, first served" at The Woodlands, but rather "highest bidder". I feel our reservation should have been honored as booked & when we vacated the site, the more lucrative long term campers moved into it.
