Omg this store is awesome! in a town I m not familiar with and my battery goes bad. Not only did I get decent price and 2 year warranty the gentleman also installed it for me. All in a little time. I appreciate their help and kind service!

I was very pleased with the customer service I received at the heber springs location. My car has had issues for a few months and I took it to o reilly last night to buy more products to potentially fix my car. Since it is a turbo and the problem was coming from the intake, the code read about 90 codes .thankfully AIDEN was there to help me!!! He came out and looked under my hood to help me decide which piece would fit on a bolt to take my engine cover off but he quickly saw a different issue that could have been causing alll of my problems. He got me exactly what I needed and was such a respectful young man! I tried tipping him but he would not accept, I will definitely change my auto part store from auto zone to o reilly now! Thank you again, AIDEN! You need a raise, in my opinion bc you are knowledgeable and very helpful to your customers!

The young man who was "helping" me was continuously distracted by anything and everything. Any time anyone in the store said something, he forgot what he was looking up for me. The man at the next register seemed to know this and kept helping to distract the young man.I'll try Auto Zone next time.

Didn t have the most pleasant visit. Me and my friend try to go get a part for my car and tried to tell me that my car was a 2.0L instead of a 2.4L. I tried telling them that it was a 2.4L and not a 2.0L but they didn t listen, they then went on to ask me to take a picture of my engine to verify that it s a 2.4L. The funny thing is, is that you car look up my car online (2004 Dodge Neon SRT-4)and see that it s a 2.4L. Went to Autozone and they had it ordered in less than 5 minutes.

They had the parts that we had to get. AutoZone and Tractor Supply didn't. We was able to get the parts and not order them online and get the truck up and going again that was good

Had Great Service in Southaven Ms. Use them for years.Move to Drasco so I have to drive to HerberSpings or Batesville. First they don't greet you at door. Then the guy at counter acts like your a problem when you ask questions. I will not be back. I've been in there twice and was not impressed with Service. Keith Sims

The young man who waited on me was going to sell me a part that would probably fit my car. I had given him the information he needed to know exactly what part I needed and I told him I do not go with probably on my Transportation so I went to AutoZone and was completely satisfied with the service I got there

We are camping and Today we had a strange issue with our boat trailer and lost a wheel & 3 of the 5 lug nuts.Erica went out of her way and made several calls to people she knew that might come out and help us change the hub. She made a connection and we got help. Jarred was also helping me. I can t say enough about my experience there. Jarred who doesn t know me loaned me his expensive personal tools to see if we could do it ourselves. Who does this these days? Jarred went above and beyond helping us. Thank you to you both for making our experience go smoothly.

Very friendly and helpful,but had bought dis brakes before that said they had life time warranty, so they looked them up and yes but only if they are factory defects kind of miss leading oh well still brought dis brakes even though life time warranty was a joke

Will avoid in future - called for parts was told on hand an Price. Got there two employees in store one man behind counter talking to another guy. So I picked up wheel bearing grease and brake cleaner. Guy (customer) had left went to counter the man was on computer stated what I came to get. He said "hold on a minute" then picked up phone and called someone. He hung up then typed in his computer without saying a word to me. He then looked over at me and picked up phone again.. I left

They were so kind and helpful. Me being a woman and new to this town not knowing about this car I just purchased the man went over all my questions thoroughly. I will definitely use this parts store in the future! They've always been so good to help me. Being a woman and not know alot today I went to buy transmission and power steering fluid cause both were low and asked if they could assist on putting it in. I went to my trunk and came back up to the front of my car and the guy was putting power steering fluid in my transmission i freaked out. Total shock. Please people watch everyone. Even someone you think might know may not. I knew where it went just wasn't sure how to fill it and didn't have a funnel. I pray I dont have transmission problems. 3/14/2022

It was a basic task: match the part number and part before you sell it to the customer. Accidents happen, we all do it. The fact there was no "sorry bout that" at the least rubbed me the wrong way especially when employee, "Bryan," gave me a condescending look and said "we're good." He had the nerve to say that knowing I drove all the way from Greers Ferry...TWICE because he sold me the wrong part. I hate to rag on you but get over yourself bud. Accountability and manners would be a good start.

Convenient parking, good selection of parts and supplies, and good customer service. Would have given five stars except when I called ahead about replacement bulbs I was told they would put it on for me but when I got there they would not put them in for me.

Even though they didn't have the spline lug nut key i needed they offered to have it shipped to the store and even took their time being so precise about what tool I would have needed. Amazing job guys!

I was only buying two quarts of oil. I asked if someone could put it in for me. After a brief wait (they were busy), a very courteous man did that for me. Excellent service!

Great Staff. Parts if not in store candy usually within 24 hours if you pull up and get windshield wipers your battery checked those guys are on the ball I've definitely recommend stopping here

Parts are expensive compared to rock auto and there real good about ordering the wrong part. If u need a part that day and they order it then the next day you go to pick it up and it's the wrong one so u have to wait another day for the one u need to get there. Frustrating.
