Cowboy repaired are Honda Civic in June 2023. By January 2024 we started noticing a noise coming from the right front wheel area where the vehicle had been damaged. We took the car to a certified Honda Dealer. They found that the repair shop used a non-standard bolt on the strut assembly. The bolt was too short and not the correct type of bolt. The dealership said to use that bolt they would have had to "force" it in. The wheel assembly was just about to come apart which would have resulted in a serious accident and possibly death. This was pure negligence on the part of Cowboy Collision and shows they have no quality control, hire inexperienced workers and are cutting corners when they do work. Customers BEWARE!

I ve been okay with this company not really happy at all though they have had my car for some time now insurance paid for the damage of course. I understood it took time getting the parts and the whole situation they even offered to give me a ride to my OBGYN appointment in Newport but I had someone from family take me. The problem I am having is being told over the phone well you will have your car this day and then it s like another week later I don t think they really understand how much of an inconvenience this has been. This should have not taken this long to fix this problem we shall see if I get my car tomorrow I guess just we have appointments and not a really reliable vehicle I would of given a better review if I had felt that there was some better communication and not being told constantly I d have my car back a certain day. I m even paying Insurance on this car I still don t have I ve been without it for a couple of months now this is not a great experience for me.

Unfortunately, in the last 6 months my truck has been here twice. Once because of me and the other because of someone else. Both times my truck has come back to me looking like it just rolled off the showroom floor. Shawn and his guys are certified at what they do! If you want a hometown atmosphere and quality? You better come talk Shawn and his team. Otherwise, keep the dents! Service: Auto body & trim repair

These guys are so amazing! Helped us with a rental car, and did a great job on fixing our car after I hit a deer. Even vacuumed the car out for us before we picked it up. Worked with our insurance to make the whole experience as easy as possible. Highly recommend Cowboy Collision!

They had the best estimate, took my car in on a Tuesday, suppose to be done Friday, called twice, no return phone call as promised, car finally done the following Tuesday, big run of paint right on the front that no one saw!? Not acceptable, Kelly took my car back and they fixed it while I waited, asked for the warranty in writing. Kelly made it right, still don't see how no one saw the big paint run on the front of my car!

Very good shop for everything vehicle maintenance or any fixing you might need done. Honest and dependable worker! The owner is a great guy and he hires great workers that are very trusting!

These guys are top notch, they are professional, informative and considerate of providing detailed information so as to not leave the uneducated confused as to what direction to take. I recommend them should you find yourself and your vehicle in need.
