This is one of those "old guard" businesses. They cater to their select clientele and treat others as second rate customers.I went in recently, and while I waited on my car to get done, the employees and owner talked about illegal activities. I felt very uncomfortable. When they brought my keys back in, I waited at the desk in front of the owner to be helped. He took phone calls and another walk-in customer without ever acknowledging my presence. The sign says "Full service" but really it's "No service.

What a decent local business. Fair pricing, very organized and saved me big money. The thousands of dollars worth of issues I brought my Tahoe in to have fixed with the inspection sheet from a local oil change shop were not at all in need of repair.

Traveling through town and had car trouble, their customer service is the best and the repair was done fast and at a fair price. Great people!

Terrible people who are rude and discard any of my concerns, told me my alternator was going bad and was going to charge me $900 to fix when the battery was actually bad. Tried telling them it was the battery originally. I also had them perform an oil change with a tire rotation but failed to inform me that my breaks pads were about to go out. On top of that I needed new tires, so I would recommend not going here.

A previous ( 3-4 years ago) visit had left me hesitant to return.This business is conveniently located nearby and has been in operation for many years. I believe it's a family run business.I called ahead for pricing and closing time. I didn't have an appointment, walking in for service. The young man I spoke with was professional, courteous and friendly.My service needs were for checking tires, rotation and balancing.Upon entering for service, I was treated with the same professional and kind courtesy I received on the phone.My wait time for service was less than I expected, maybe 10 minutes.The tire tech (?) brought attention to an unknown tire problem. One that another mechanic at another business failed to bring to my attention just 2 days before. I was unknowingly driving on a dangerously bad tire and soon leaving to travel for vacation.I had not planned on, and wasn't prepared for, the cost of buying new tires. It was obvious the technician took this tire problem serious.I was unable to afford the usual brand/grade of tires that I would normally purchase. They carry a lesser expensive brand that they assured me are the same brand some their family members use. Safe and of good quality. I purchased 2 for the front end of my car to have a better handling experience.The tires were quickly mounted and put on my car. The rear tires were balanced and rotated.From the time I entered to the time I left, I was treated exceptionally well.My safety was held above profit, in a manner I had not expected but am so very grateful for.I'll be sure to soon return to purchase tires for the rear of my car and other automotive needs.I'm glad I chose to return to this business. I know I would have spent more at other shops I've frequented since my last visit to Bartlett tire.Thanks to Bartlett tire for treating me well and the great service I received.

Shout out to Cody! I brought my car in as I suspected it needed front brakes (very loud metal to metal noise). Cody set up appointment and ordered the parts needed. Upon checking the day of my appointment he called me and said my brakes were fine and did not need any work. The noise I had heard was probably just a pebble that finally fell out or crushed. He could have easily replaced the existing brakes with the ones he ordered and I would have been none the wiser. Want honest service... Bartlett Tire ..."come get you some"

They were very helpful. I just moved to heber and bought a car that needs a lot of work from my in laws. The first thing that needed done was an oil change. They were very quick, and even did it for free as a welcome gift. I will be coming back for all my other maintenance, and repair needs. The prices are very fair, the staff is friendly, and the work is quality. What more could you ask for?

Very busy but be patient. Service is great! Usually has the tire size you need in stock when no one else does. Courteous. Slightly higher cost for tires - but worth it.

Young man that opened up was very knowledgeable. He took the time to discuss pros and cons of several tires. He worked within my budget. No attempt at an upsell. I was concerned about my front end alignment, they checked it. All was good. Again they did not try to sell me something I did not need. Also spoke with manager or owner while waiting very nice guy. Felt good to know I was not getting ripped off. Will definitely be back

There was a young man in front behind the counter and he said he couldn't check my car. I had am appointment and he finally figured it out. Than the very nice technician wanted to know where I was and the guy behind the counter said that old lady around the corner. A young girl sitting beside me just smiled.so embarrassing. Probably won't go back. I havebeen told I look 15 years younger than I am. What an insulting thing to say in front of all those people. Shame on him. So unprofessional. Young people don't have to be rude...but are. That's all I have to say. The tech was super nice.

Bartlett has been meeting my maintenance needs on my vehicle for the last two years. Competitive prices, but the reason I go back repeatedly is because of the awesome customer service. Shhh...don't tell them, but I might even pay a little extra, if I had to, just for the service I receive here! :-)

Pulled in at 440 with an unrepairable flat tire because I had hit a curb really hard. They put on a whole new set in half an hour. The employees were professional yet relatable! Amazing service!!

The technician backed another car into ours right after we dropped it off for radiator and brake repair. We should have know then to cut and run, but let them go ahead anyway. The radiator wasn't fixed on the first try, had to return, and the brakes shudder just like before after only a few months...never again!

The crew at Bartlett Tire Center helped us jump start a dead battery in an adjacent parking lot for no charge. They were extremely friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help. I expect that this service-mindedness carries throughout their daily business. Many thanks!

These folks are really good people. They checked out our car before we bought it. Very fast we was able to pick it up much sooner.. we recommend them.

Friendly Customer Service. Definately know what they are doing. Efficient shop and will go the extra mile. Has a clean open waiting room with coffee and practice social distancing Safe place

These people are true Christians. My five-year-old grandson fell into a campfire and was severely burned. My son and daughter-in-law did not have adequate transportation to make the trip from Heber Springs to Children's Hospital in Little Rock. Bartlett tires put 4 brand new tires brand new brakes all around and a brand new windshield in their van at no cost. Very pleasant people very Godly people

I was leaving Fairfield Bay en route to Ohio yesterday after a family reunion and realized I had driven a short distance on a low tire that had apparently picked up a nail the day before. I filled it with air before leaving FFB and was able to make it to Heber Springs. Upon arrival Josh told me he would patch it for free just to keep up safe (which is amazing) but then after inspecting the tire he realized the sidewall was too damaged. He then offered to install a new tire and cover the labor cost for our bad luck. We were out the door within about an hour and on our way home. Thanks to Josh and company for the amazing experience! Highly recommended!

Hard to believe your rated this good. Multiple attempts to fix tire failed. Then BLAMED ME! BEWARE, they may say i am not their customer!! Lets change that rating! I will get all my friends to help.
