Vince is great! I own My-Techs and finding time to make a purchase is very hard. But Vince was willing to go the extra mile to meet with me. When I sat down with him it was like sitting down with an old friend. Wonderful experience and quick. Before you make a decision elsewhere, give Vince a chance to win you over. In a world that customer service is a second thought, you won t find that here. Customer service is 1st priority with Vince.

V automobile provided us with a great customer service and a good atmosphere. Vince makes you feel comfortable and gives assurance of the quality of what you are purchasing. We just bought a box truck from him and he took the time to explain every detail and took the time to show us everything. Heater on the box truck wasn t working so he asked his mechanic to take a look at it. Then he made sure it was working right before our deal. This just made me feel even more sure of the purchase we were making.

Excellent customer service! Vince went out of his way to help my husband out in the buying process. Even to the point he was willing to meet up around 10pm at night due to us living almost 3.5 hours away. You can tell that Vince takes pride in his business, the cars that he sells, but genuinely cares about his customers. One of the best buying experiences we ever had. Thank you Vince!

Vince was very helpful when we tried to purchase a vehicle from him. The purchase didn't go through as planned since it was consignment deal, but he was still super helpful and stayed in contact with us the whole time. Wish we could have gone through with the purchase, but regardless, we would definitely recommend buying from him. He's very courteous and straight forward; gives you peace knowing he's not going to screw you over.

Had a great experience. Vince was very helpful and very honest. I live 40 miles away and asked to explain the condition of the truck to me. When I saw the truck in person it was even better than his description. I couldn't be happier with my purchase or experience. Thank you Vince.

I purchased a crane truck from V automotive. I ve been looking for a truck for months and I couldn t find one for the price and in the conditions this one was in. We made a deal over the phone and I could tell that Vince was trustworthy from beginning to end. We flew in from San Antonio Texas and he was even willing to drive over an hour to come get us from the airport. So my overall experience with Vince was great with excellent customer service and very attentive. He even checked on us make sure we were ok on our drive back to Texas. I will purchase more vehicles from V automotive it s worth the drive. Can t thank Vince enough!

Vince definitely goes the extra mile to do the right thing. We were confident enough to fly in from Wyoming to buy and we were not disappointed! The vehicle was everything that Vince said it would be and everything was handled professionally and properly. Absolutely no complaints! Thanks Vince!

We bought a Chevy pickup from Vince sight unseen (saw pictures online only) and we're very happy! Vince was very nice to work with and even arranged a driver to deliver the truck to us. Would definitely recommend these folks!

The perfect transaction. Found the vehicle online and showed up with the check 2 days later, sight unseen. It was exactly as Vince described and he even had all the paperwork ready to sign when I got there because he was gracious enough to talk to my banker the previous day. If I'm ever in the market for a truck I will be checking his inventory first. Well worth the 3 hour drive!

I was searching all over the internet for a specific type of cargo van and finally found what I wanted at V-Automotive, about 80 miles away (by far the closest of all the trucks I was looking at). When I drove up the next day (full of negative thoughts of having to deal with a "used car salesman"), I had the best experience of my life (I'm 62 years old) buying a vehicle. Vince Fredrich is a no BS, no high-pressure, kind of guy. The truck was just as good as he said it was over the phone. When I asked about taking a long test drive over country roads and highways (I spend a LOT of time in a work truck and I wanted to be sure I would like this one), he just handed me the keys and said "see you when you get back". When I got back and asked him about getting the truck independently inspected, he set it up and covered the expense for me to take it to the Chevy Dealer right down the street.I HIGHLY recommend Vince Fredrich & V-Automotive to anyone looking to purchase a quality pre-owned commercial vehicle. I've put over 1000 miles on it in the last 2 weeks and like it even more than the day I bought it!

What?In the market for a used vehicle and you say you're looking for an honest, no-frills, straight-forward, helpful, courteous, gracious, patient, honorable, trustworthy person who will repave your driveway??Forget the driveway bit but Vince @ V Automotive is all that other stuff! He did our family right and has my highest recommendation.(Still do need that driveway repaved tho...)

Customer service is paramount at V Automotive. Vince sold us our Ram on our schedule considering that we were coming in from Little Rock and went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we needed when we asked for additional parts.
