The Magness Toyota family is a staple in our community and have never had anything but great interactions with them! They always offer fair prices and the customer service, from sales to the office to the service department, is always top-notch. We were going hiking on the BRT, when we spotted a billboard ad about Mangess Toyota in Harrison. We had been searching for a hybrid Highlander at several dealerships in Missouri and Arkansas in bigger cities with no luck and poor service. We decided we had nothing to lose, so we pulled in. I couldn t believe there sat my perfect vehicle. Colton immediately ask if we had any questions and got the keys. Two minutes later we were on a test drive with Colton in the back telling us about vehicle. He was very knowledgeable and no pressure tactics. We knew this was the car and impossible to find elsewhere. The price was fair, no inflated add ons. Quickly wrote out the contract and took us up to the finance department. Again no high pressure add on or contracts. Quick loan approval and paperwork. Super friendly and even told us about a couple of easy trails to hike near Jasper. Colton met us again and finished going over the vehicle. Fastest, easiest car purchase EVER! From when we pull in, until we left with our new car was about 45 minutes. Why can t all dealerships operate like this. Thank you Colton and Mangess Toyota

Just bought a new van. The sales person I had was not high pressure, and was helpful. My partner had bought a Toyota from Magness in the past, and was quite impressed with the service department. She had a great experience.If Toyota still put fog lights on cars, she would have bought another from Magness.

I had warranty work done on my Toyota Venza and was very pleased with the friendly service mgr. as well as the waiting room, very cleaned and tvs set up so everyone had a view of the programs playing.I will definitely be back when I'm shopping for another car.

I was traveling through and hit a curb ! Needless to say I ruined my tire . Matt at Magness Didn t have my size tire so he called around and found a place that had one . His guys put my spare on so I could get to the tire shop ! They were so nice and friendly and their help will never be forgotten! That you

After asking the service member to make sure my custom wheels were not damaged, they were. My truck had new dents on the quarter panel, the only dents on my truck after my radiator and water pump were replaced. I was quoted 900.00 dollars to replace a rear wheel bearing, I bought one and had it replaced for 350.00 total. They quoted me 3700.00 for a new 4WD actuator and for it to be replaced. I fixed it myself, it didn't need a new 1700.00 actuator and the 10 hours of labor 1800.00. If you like your vehicle and don't want it damaged, I would stay away. I gave them two chances and even contacted Mr. Magness but nothing was done. I will never return.

Best car buying experience I ve ever had! Kyle was thorough teaching us all about our vehicle. Kelley was amazing every step of the way! No sales pressure and all of our options were presented professionally. Everyone is friendly and professional from the minute you pull into the parking lot. Magness Toyota will be my dealership for life!

Had to have my vehicle towed to Magness Toyota from Hawksbill Crag / Whitaker Point. They helped me get back on the road Monday in a timely fashion so I could get back home to Austin, Texas. Thank you for the entire service staff. I appreciate every single one of you.

First time to go here. They weren't able to fix my problem... But they were honest and patiently explained the situation. Yes it cost me a little bit but NOT as much as I had feared. And in the long run probably saved me thousands. Randy Hefly was great.

The service is outstanding . I ruined a tire. The service writer called and set up my warranty even though it wasn't through Toyota. He located and had my tire replaced without an appointment. They even replaced a broken lug nut and wheel stud later on the day. Still with no appointment. Unsurpassed service when traveling or local.

Employees were friendly and efficient. I have been taking my car there since 2009 and they never let me down. They advise me of future items to be addressed next 5000 miles. Service crew are wonderful

Definitely recommend this dealership. The sales experience was unique and pleasant. Unlike some dealerships, Magness was not pushy at all and places highest priority on making the buying experience easy and comfortable. The salesman Colton was very friendly and professional.I live in Fayetteville, and after shopping at Magness Toyota, I wouldn't go to any other dealership except them if you're in the NWA area. We love our new Toyota Tundra!

The service department took good care of me and my Tacoma. I had to come in from out of town for a recall item. The people were friendly and easy to work with. Magness Toyota will be my first choice again should I need a dealership.

I am pleased with the service I have received. However, I must warn you that you must be willing to schedule at least a week out. I have never been able to get into this dealership quickly. They stay booked up, which is a problem for me, because I constantly use my Prius for out of town highway trips.

I was a collections rep. for Drive time and worked on the car lot. I vowed never to buy a car from a dealership.... I moved here and needed a newer car. I went to Magness and got a used Corolla. 2 years later Kyle Huff sold me a new Camry. I am grateful to be able to trust Magness Toyota and very happy with how special I am treated. They should be given 10 stars!!!*******************************************************************Update so I went to the dealership to replace my matts. Some guy working on the lot recognized me from having bought a new car there. He got with the parts manager and instead of paying $140 they COVERED THEM UN THE WARRANTY....... REALLY...

I have bought four cars from them since about 2003. The service is honest and reasonably priced and the people are caring. There is no high pressure sales or service. Kyle Huff, in sales is excellent to work with. As of this writing I have 159,665 miles on my Prius. That is really good news for me and not so good for Magness. The car runs like new. The excellence of their product really cuts back on their sales! ;-)

I bought my first Toyota from Magness in August of 2007. Since then, I have bought another Tacoma, 2 Tundras, and a Camry from them. Kyle Huff is a fantastic low-pressure salesman that wants you in the right vehicle for you. The service and parts departments are great to work with and they won't sell you parts or services you don't need unless you insist. Honest from the top down, these people are the best!

Could not say enough good things about the professional sales staff. Kyle and Kelly Huff care about their customers. I have purchased cars from big out of town dealers, but Magness Toyota actually beat them, hands down. I would say just give them a chance and they will take good care of you also.

I would recommend Magness Toyota wholeheartedly. They will go above and beyond to insure customer satisfaction. They certainly made it easy for me when I traded for a Toyota Yaris. They are fair, honest and reliable. The folks who run this dealership have lots of heart and that is a rare thing these days in the auto sales world.

I have bought four cars from the Magness family. Kyle Huff is the most thorough and helpful salesman I ve ever dealt with. We went from test driving a Tundra to buying a Prius; Kyle never once made us feel pressured or rushed. Kyle has been available any time day or night to answer questions about the cars we ve bought. Magness Toyota has my business from here on out.
