OMG Where do I begin?? I had just picked my rig up from Dallas, Tx ($3,900 in repair expenses) and I stopped near Gordon to eat dinner with my fianc�e (she was trailing me in our personal vehicle). While I was there I cut my truck off and it wouldn t start up, thus the reason I called Heath from Hudspeth Diesel! Heath showed up and SHOWED OUT He diagnosed the problem and went straight to it. The issue was minor to him but MAJOR to US WE WERE 226 miles away from home with a 1 yr to get back to and again my fianc�e was trailing me in our personal vehicle. He not only rectified the issue, but because the problem was so minor to him, he showed me how to do it! Again, the issue was so minor that he told us that the Lord placed it on his heart to cover the cost himself. #PraiseBabyJesusNow I didn t share that so that you could ask him for a discount, or try to low ball his prices but I shared this in hopes that you would not only call him for your repairs, and allow him to display his God given abilities, but to also go the extra mile and leave this guy a tip.Also, leave a review because I m assured that your service experience will be just as rewarding and efficient as ours was .Thanks again Heath!!

My husband Ben works for C&W Towing. His boss purchased a wrecker from Hudspeth Diesel today.Everyone was polite and down to earth. From what I could tell it was a very good experience all around. Wonderful people.(Small side note.....,I would have stayed and lived in their shop to intern had they let me.Just sayin'. )

They worked on my Truck without any estimates and without my permissions to fix it. Charged me $5500 for DEF cleaning and after 1200 miles the Truck has same issue and now I am at the middle of the Road with same issue. Check Engine Light is on and still DPF problem.

man all i can say is that a appreciate them from getting me back on the road monday9/25/23,not too many shops open on a sunday,i broke dwn saturday they had one of their wrecks to come get me i choose to sleep in my truck they would ve taken me too a room,Jonathan came through after church fixed my problems,which was a fuel line busted, now they told me ahead of tyme if they hve the parts there then they can fix it on sunday if not then i had to wait till monday,thank the lord they had my parts,i recommend them they was honest i can t say nothing bad about them,Jonathon preciate that my boi, from BZ Express

Excellent road service! 2022 KW T680 - started failing with the alternator, called them at night and they answered right away. They are very familiar with the parts and went out their way to find them. Had it ready by next day before mid day! I have them down on my go-to list for anything I may need around this area. Definitely recommend.

I am overjoyed to write this review. My fianc� and stopped through Gordon on our way back home from Dallas after picking up his semi-truck. The truck would not start back up when we got ready to leave. A local told us to reach out to Hudspeth and we are so glad we did. Heath knew exactly what to do to get the truck back up and running. He was quick, efficient, and informative. We are so thankful God allowed us to cross paths.

Wonderful experience!. We had a truck to breakdown late yesterday we called around and had no luck. The owner of this shop called me back and I explained my situation and he said give him a call in the morning. To make a Long story short. He got to us and promised he would get us back on the road before the end of the day. Thanks for your help and dedication to the diesel mechanic business. I would definitely recommend them.

I was traveling from Arkansas to East Texas on a Sunday afternoon in our new Class A RV when two engine warning lights popped up. We called our roadside assistance and they indicated that it would have to be towed in on Monday morning. That meant staying overnight and driving to Texas in our towed vehicle. We googled "diesel repair near me" and Hudspeth came up. We called and Heath, the owner answered. He did a basic diagnosis over the phone and we drove it to his shop. He would have come to us but it was not necessary. Heath had us up and running with a very simple fix. Heath was extremely knowledgeable, professional and honest. I would recommend Heath Hudspeth to anyone needing diesel repair or towing. If I could give 6 stars, he would get it!!

I purchased some contaminated Def fluid from Loves in Hazen, AR (fuel pump 22) yesterday the people at the TA in Prescott referred me to this business. The guy was super nice and was concerned about me getting home for the holidays on time. He pumped out the contaminated def fluid and replaced it with fresh fluid after everyone else said that they couldn't do it. He got me back on the road in no time I sure do appreciate him and his work ethic If you're ever in this area and need a HONEST diesel mechanic or a Tow give him a call because I can assure you that I will again.

Highly recommend! Close to midnight called for road side service maybe an hour wait cause mechanic was on another call but once he got here found the problems immediately had me back on the road fast. Thank you Heath! Wonderful and friendly service.

Our truck got DEF issue last week, this unprofessional mechanic shop charged us $5500.00 but the truck doesn t work for two days, the truck is back to the same issue, I don t recommend any truck driver or other people to visit this shop for fixing truck, They only know how to get the money for doing no nothing,

I had to use this shop for a roadside service for broken airlines on our trailer. They were very quick and professional about it. I can't believe that they got my driver all fixed up and on the road within 45 minutes of the call . The cost of the call was way cheaper than the big name shops. I will recommend them to everyone .SSP Truckline Inc

This is by far the best shop experience I have had. I replaced the pressure limiting valve my self,but there was a break in voltage and jeor throwing codes. Heath got me in on a Tuesday out by wedneaday midmorning two days before the fourth of July. His guys treated me and my son and dog very well. His mechanics are great guys. If I would if went to a dealer I would not of made it home for the fourth of July and would been stuck out here with my dog and son. I can not thank you enough for the hospitality you and your guys gave us his prices where fantastic and fair. God bless you and your guys!!!

Only big truck diesel repair between Malvern arkadelphia and caddo valley Arkansas with proper computer hookup equipment. And can fix your def and regeneration problems.

It s a list of things actually. I m not a fan because it s so difficult to speak with someone. Answer the phone/return a call. Give a freaking update on what s going on especially after it s been 3 plus weeks. I understand some parts are difficult but not to the point that the customer should be out the loop

Great place for truck repair very knowledgeable and very professional they make sure all your clamps and everything is put back like it should be .Heath and the other guys has always done me a great job.. highly recommend this place nice people too..

Heath and his team provided 2 heavy wreckers, mobile repair, road side cleanup, secure storage and cargo transloading for us following an incident in Arkansas. Premium service received throughout the recovery.

Very bad business.. took more than 10 days to do a simple job..Rude people.. don t answer phone and don t know how to talk to customers..I think all the 4-5 star reviews are written by their cousins..Plz stay away as far as possible..

Not a 24hr operation at all. I called approximately 10:35 pm, the guy said he was done for the night after I told him all I need was to check to see what the engine light was about.
