These guys are great . They rebuilt my transmission four years ago, and I recently stopped in because I was getting an intermittent sensor issue. They remembered my ride, and they treated me well. The rebuilt transmission runs like a champ! A few months ago, I had car trouble right outside their business, and they were very helpful, That couldn't help me at all, but still was very nice of them

I liked this place. They had a hell of a time getting my trans rebuilt, but that wasn't their fault. They were timely, efficient, reasonably priced, and when they ran into an unexpected problem they called to explain it to me.Waaaayyy better than that knot head Philpot. (See my review of that idiot)

Find some where else to have your Transmission Repaired or Replaced! Trust Me.$1,200 and almost 4 months later I got my truck back almost the same shape it was in when I took it.

Very friendly staff. They were able to diagnose my truck and give me a quote on the same day. They're the only transmission shop that #1 answered the phone, #2 were actually open for business on a Friday and #3 are actually willing to work on my truck this week instead of 1-2 weeks from now. The guys were even nice enough to explain what they're going to have to do to fix my truck.

To me, they know exactly what they are doing. They've now fixed 2 of my trannies and they operate like new. Everyone is very professional, hardworking and are moderately priced. If you're having issues head right on over and they'll fix you up right.

We just want to say these guys are a blessing, we had an issue with our truck and answered all our questions with in minutes. And had the entire truck fixed. They where so nice and very helpful. And communicated with us! I'd advise everyone to call them first, when you have a question or any issues.

Got my transmission rebuilt by this company and paid for the rebuild with a three year warranty and then it went out within the milage and warranty period just to have them take it in the shop to tell me that it is broke in the same way I paid to have fixed and now will cost an additional $800 to fix again sadly this will be the last time I use this shop or recommend anyone I know because of the disappointing warranty repair the new owner didn't own it when I originally had it repaired and is a nice enough guy and was willing to work a deal to get it fixed but we mutually decided it wasn't worth repairing for either of us.

Got my 2007 durango towed in to them on Fri 6-15-18 thought the transmission would be a total rebuild from the way it acted when it went out. Got it back Mon. 6-18-18 completely fixed. Drove it to work that night about 30mi one way without any problems. Price? Get this, original estimate was for around 1500.00 (that's about what I paid to have a trans rebuilt in a truck in like 2004) paid under 300.00. was the shift sensor on the trans that went out and the throttle position sensor also went out. THEY FIXED BOTH for this price. Great honest service will be using them exclusively from now on.

My son had a transmission rebuilt. They said they guaranteed their work. When he went to pick it up it still had issues. Transmissions bolts was loose and it twisted the drive shaft in half! Idk who the technician was that supposedly fixed it but they need to stand behind their words and workBefore they had responded to this review.. My son has had it back to them. They voided the warranty and charged him another $1000 or so and he had to buy another drive shaft. We had always used Roberts transmission shop in dardanelle and never had the issues this place has given us. I will drive 1000 milea to someone that has integrity before going to the transmission clowns!!

Had a 2005 Pontiac grand prix gxp, third gear went out. I talked to Truman and he was extremely knowledgeable and gave me a price in minutes. Everybody who worked there was respectful and helpful, and they were much cheaper than anyone else I had received quotes from.

Had a tranny rebuilt with them on a 1982 GMC. Then had to take it back twice because after I got home the leaks were worse. They told me it would always leak because they don't make the "bullett" that I needed for my speedometer. Turns out, they do. I found it online at jegs. They also put a speedy sleeve on my tranny to "fix" my worse leak after the rebuild but only after arguing with them and them telling me that wasn't their fault bc it wasn't part of the rebuild. Also had paw prints on my brand new dash that I had just installed and cat hair on my speaker box behind the seat. Before I took it back for the 3rd time, the lady (owner) told me I was "getting an attitude" with her and she wasn't going to help me. When I told her why I had an attitude, like paying them over 1,000 bucks for a tranny that leaked worse now than when I took it to them, missing time away from my family to deal with them, and now not meeting the deadline to have this truck done, she replied "life happens". They also told me, over the phone, that my truck was not leaking tranny fluid that it was oil. Oil isn't red. Pics are after I had been there twice and before the 3rd visit.UPDATE:About a week prior to this edit, management gave themselves a 5 star rating and basically called me a liar. Here's the real, true story: I came back a week later b/c of a leaking transmission, and the truck wouldn't start once I got there. The two gentlemen were very helpful in getting the truck in and putting a new starter in the truck. However, that is NOT why I returned. I live about 45min from this place and would not drive that far for a starter (there weren't transmission shops in my town). They told me they had fixed the leak, apologizing and stating they didn't get everything tightened enough after the rebuild b/c they were nervous about over tightening them. I was nice, mistakes happen, and it was fixed (or so I thought). I am adding a receipt to my photos to prove that I am being honest and management has their story wrong. This was not "no charge to him" as they stated, but if you want to refund me money to make yourself not a liar, that'd be great! I don't want to start a 'he said she said' online, but I don't want anyone to have to go through what I went through. I was told "they don't make those (bullets) anymore", not "we can't get them" as stated in their own 5 star review of their own business. The yoke was not an issue prior to me taking it there, so I don't understand how a rebuilt transmission can cause that to leak worse and not be any part of their work. I like supporting small town local businesses, so I went here instead of Aamco in Fort Smith and have regretted it every since. Just remember this if you are thinking of going to this place for the first time:Paw prints on my new dash, cat hair on my new seat and speaker boxes, 3 visits there for leaking transmission, lied to numerous times (don't make that bullet, we will put a speedy sleeve on it even though your make/model shouldn't need one, we put a new starter in it for no charge to him, and my favorite, your truck isn't leaking transmission fluid, that's oil-that was them on the phone when I called them) and now called a liar online. You got my money, but you won't get my dignity!
