We are new to the area, and I had a slow leak in a tire. I called and they told me a time and repaired it at no charge. I am so grateful! I will make sure to buy my tires here when I buy new ones!

They did a service on my F250 , i was in and out in a decent time. Zach was up front on prices and time frame of work. Very good customer service on the phone and in person. Great group of guys, i will definitely be back!

Review 2: Tim's Garage never ceases to amaze me. I have taken my second project vehicle to them for exhaust work, and they were spectacular once again! Thanks Tim, and Co!-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------These guys are great. Everyone is super professional and hospitable. Plus they are dog lovers which is a bonus in my book. They did a lot of work on my truck I'm restoring. Full custom exhaust, replaced a manifold, suspension and lowering kit. They have always addressed my concerns. Definitely give these guys a try.

I came into Tim's on a Saturday with a dead battery. I didn't have an appointment, but they worked me and got it replaced (my car is one of those where the battery isn't conveniently located!). I really appreciated how nice, professional and helpful they were, even on a busy day for them. I am now having them do a brake job, and I am recommending to friends and family.

Read this before you go there!! You must use this place!! Truly the best customer service ever!!! Extremely professional and makes you feel not like a customer but a good friend. I talked with Heather about tires, sizes, ect and cannot complain about one thing!! I am a lifetime customer now!! Dropped my truck off, next day ready with no issues!!!! Thank you!!

Great place to buy tires or get a number of mechanical things done decent prices on tires an on their labor work give them a shot at what ever you need an thay do have financing if you need it

Nice place for sure, buy don't mount tires on wire wheels , Lowering is Not a thing of the past,so you newbies out there better learn how to work on ALL wheels & tires

I recently had bought a set of tires from Max at Tim's Garage. I couldn't find them anywhere else because they were hard to get. Max got them, and had his team install them. I was very impressed with the service, the price, and they guys doing the work. I went back on the following Saturday and had them put a 40 series flowmaster on my truck run with dual exhaust out. Very reasonable on their price and the truck sounds amazing now! Very quality work. I would highly recommend them for your auto needs!

Staff was great, service I had done theirWas that they unmounted old tires, then mounted new tires, balanced and installed no issue at all. Was charge what is an average fair rate around. They have nice sitting area, clean and water for customers. Greatly appreciated.

These folks are hands down the nicest most personable people in town! Great prices! Good selection! Treat you like family! Zach, that runs the lobby, has the nicest demeanor EVER even when your kids are being little terrors lol. Nate, works great deals on tires and the owner Mr. Tim looks you in the eye and shakes your hand! Just an all out great experience for a very stressful situation!

My wife, son, and mother were driving from Texas to Branson when a VLC and check engine light came on. They called me and I hopped on Google and found Tim's. My wife went there and met with Blaine - who she described as the nicest person she's ever met - and Blaine fixed them right up and got them on their way in just minutes. He didn't even charge her!Listen people, you just don't find integrity and good business practices like that every day. Take your car here. These are great people!From Houston, I want to thank you Blaine. If your computers ever break, let me know. I owe you big for taking care of my family.

84 monte carlo ss, had to bring my car from Conway up to tims from their other shop as they couldn't get my car's exhuast work and wiring that was messed up from both initial work and multiple attempted repairs, right. Had my car for a few days and went over the entire exhaust and fixed the horrible exhuast leaks & wiring that was melted through from other shops lack of attention. Only complaint is they couldn't find the wire to my temp sensor that quit working from my initial work at the other shop, was an easy fix that I did myself(wire connector was shoved under the motor mount). As the exhuast work and damaged starter wires were my priority and was fixed, I'm happy with the work they did.

Do not get tires here 3 times and still not balanced another shop had to fix and had a flat in less than a week because the rims didn't get cleaned

I went in with a low tire this morning & it turned out I had 2 nails in my tire! They took GREAT care of me & I will definitely be doing business with these nice folks!

Great place for auto repairs!! They did a brake job for me and saved me money along with doing a great job. The same day I had them fix a tire on my wife's car. They did that with no charge. Thanks again!!

We had a flat tire and luckily Tim s Garage was open on Saturday. Tim happily answered the phone and said to bring our car in. By the time we dropped off the keys they were already working on the tire (as busy as they were). About 35 min later the car was ready! Tim didn t charge us to patch the tire ! We couldn t believe it! We absolutely found a place that is professional, thorough, and kind! We will definitely come back! Thank you Tim and crew!

Fast and fair. Nice folks. Good customer service. What more can you ask for in a car repair shop? I just moved to greenbrier last year, so they are also convenient for me. Had my radiator fixed. CV joints and regular old oil change while it was already there. I'll use them next time, as well. For big or small stuff.

Found this place, actually Discount Brakes, in Conway. Called and they were happy to get me the same day. Told me to come in at 1. Got there and had to wait for them to repair a flat. Not sure why because the ended up putting my car in another stall. Was told it would take 15 minutes for them to do the flat. AN HOUR LATER, they started on my front brakes. Should ve only taken 30 minutes tops, but an hour later, they finally finished. Had to come back the next day for them to put my new sensor on. When I got there asked about the advertisement on Discount Brakes site of $99.95, and a he told me that is an ad and WOULD NOT budge on what he charged me. In summary, I spent almost 3 hours there for a job that in total should ve on been an hour. Oh and the sensor cost me 3 times as much as they bought it for from Autozone. Just beware!!!!! Not a happy customer and won t be back

When i first went to tims garage in Greenbrier a friend recomend and they seemed like good people till I had a blowout and they would not stand behind there product come to find out the tire's they sold me were made in Turkey, I had Kumo tires he said the rainfall tires were comparable to what i had Not so i was very disappointed .

These people are great. Went there for an alignment and when I left I still had a pull to the right in the steering. It was a tire pull. I went back and they rotated my tires so that there wasn't a pull anymore at no charge. I highly recommend them. Oh, and if you have a slow leak in your tire due to a nail, they will plug it free of charge.

Dropped my truck off Thursday morning with suspected bearing issues. They found another small issue before even getting to the bearing and hub issue I told them about. Ordered parts to fix the small issue. Kept my truck through the weekend. I needed to make a 1500 mile trip and was in a hurry. They call on Monday morning saying they had the part but they found that both hub assemblies needed replaced. Something that should have been done the two business days they had it while waiting on the small part. So I had to wait an extra half a day so they could fix something that should have already been takin care of. Their lack of management and efficiency really put me in a bind.

These guys embody the spirit of hometown hospitality! We had our camper out after all the ice & snow & didn t have any water! They filled our tanks for us (after they had already closed for the day) & loaded several cases of bottled water into our truck bed just to be sure we had enough! So kind & considerate of my small children, doing everything they could to make us comfortable! We ll be buying our next set of tires from these great guys who lent a hand when they didn t have to!

Tim's Garage was able to get me in the same day I called. They were $100 cheaper than other shops in the area for the work done to my vehicle as well. Everyone was very nice! They also have a complimentary beverage cooler in the lobby area.
