Hands Down, THE BEST!! 10 out of 10!Caleb was absolutely wonderful! He's the owner and a 3rd generation transmission technician. He kindly explained everything and even offered multiple pricing options with differant warranty coverages to fit all budgets. His wife was very friendly on the phone and she was so helpful and sweet! This place was truly AMAZING! Everyone was so helpful and kind and made me feel comfortable. Like I was family. I appreciate that. I recommend Straight Line Transmission to everyone in Central Arkansas who needs One-of-a-Kind transmission service! Also, Caleb told me they will soon have financing options available here! Hopefully in the next couple weeks or sooner!

Straight Line has been awesome! Had a good amount of work done about a year and a half ago and thought we were having issues again. They took a good amount of time to check out the car completely. Turns out it was not the transmission it was other problems and they showed me and recommended what to get checked/fixed to resolve my issue. They said my fluid smelled a little funny and just did a fluid swap on it anyway since it was on the lift. They may not be the cheapest but you can tell the shop has great customer service and has integrity behind their work.

Amazing crew! Dropped my truck off on Monday and was ready on Thrusday. Had 4l60 redone on my 02 Silverado and love the feel of it now. Shifts great. Very courteous, kept me informed on progress or any issues they ran into. Will recommend them to anyone needing work done.

These ppl are the best. Took my truck in because I was told by some one that my transmission was bad. Took it to Straight Line and they drove it a few days then checked it out thoroughly and said my transmission was not bad. I love Their honesty. I will send everyone there!

Straight-line transmission is an excellent transmission shop. The owner takes alot of pride in his work, if you go by there you will most likely find him working just as hard, if not harder than his employees. He also takes the time explain what is happening inside of a transmission and/or what caused the issue. This has been really important to me, because I enjoy learning how things operate.Last year I purchased his full 68rfe build for my hotshot truck, Straight-line has stuck by thier build and treated me great. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

We had an our 2016 Yukon transmission rebuilt by Caleb and his crew back in July of 2022. 11 months later the transmission had a shutter so we brought back in to get it looked at. They stood behind their work, ended up having to replace the torque converter at no cost to us. It stinks being down a vehicle for a day or two but they had great communication and got us taken care. If I need transmission work done in the future, I will definitely use them with out hesitation.Service: Transmission

Caleb was in an easy position to take advantage of me because my situation wasn't as bleak as previously thought. I was quoted $3200 - $3600 to rebuild my transmission. My axle shaft was defective, costing me $240.76. The auto repair industry can be scary, but I feel incredibly comfortable with their work. I have another vehicle that sat in my shop for 1 1/2 years. I was working on it at home because I was too nervous to put in a shop. I'm scheduling it in very soon!

I took my old truck to Straightline and had the transmission rebuilt. The folks there are very professional, do a nice job of keeping you informed during the process, are reasonably priced and stand behind their work. I highly recommend this shop for all transmission work. Caleb is great to work with, very knowledgeable, experienced and professional in all respects. Most importantly though he is honest and truthful. If he can fix your car and save you money he will do so. If it needs a complete rebuild he will tell you so and explain why. He has done several of my vehicles and I would not go anywhere else for transmission work no matter how good of a deal they might offer. He also offers a better warranty than anyone else in the business!

Caleb and his team did a complete transmission rebuild and other things to my wife Yukon. They communicated during the whole process of the work being done. The quote I was give was what I paid when the job was done. I will only recommend this transmission shop to my friends and family.

Great transmission shop! Recommended to me by my boss who has known the family for a good while. From the moment I dropped off my car I could tell that the young man that owned the shop was very knowledgeable.I highly recommend this shop to anyone I know that needs transmission work done.

The transmission went out on my truck while we were driving from Missouri to New Orleans. Fortunately, we contacted Caleb at his shop. He not only did a fantastic repair job, but I'm sure he put in some extra hours himself, in order to get us back on the road as soon as possible. I would highly recommend this shop!

Hands down the BEST trans shop around. Drove from Little Rock to give them my business from multiple friends informing me there is no one better around, and they were right. Kept me in the loop the whole time of the install, made sure I was properly accommodated and I was satisfied even after I left the shop. Further business will go to this shop, and I strongly recommend their work and professionalism!

Very knowledgeable and reliable staff. Best place to have transmission work done period. They also do custom builds, rear ends, and servicing. I will not take my truck to anyone else but Straight-line transmissions.

Excellent work. I was devestated when my big sexy red chevys transmission went out. Not only did these guys follow through with everything they said and fix it in a timely fashion, but their prices beat competitors by a considerable amount. He is very knowledgeable and confident in his work, and so far so good, she s driving better than ever. Thanks so much !!! You won t be disappointed choosing Straightline.

Had my 2016 silverado transmission rebuilt. They were reasonably priced for that year model and did good work. I would trust them to work on any of my vehicles.

Took my car here and I feared I would need a replacement transmission. Their import guy took a look at it, made an adjustment to the clutch, and the problems went away. It s been a week and I ve had no issues. When I asked how much it would be he said no charge, just bring it back if I had any more issues. Highly recommend these guys.

This company serves the community with integrity and great service. I thought I was bringing in a major problem which turned out to be not so major and instead of finding things wrong he fixed my issue and checked it out I make sure there were no more issues. Extremely happy experience at straitline transmissions with my Cadillac x t.s.!in only 3 days calib and his amazeing staff diagnosed and replaced my transmission and several mounts and CV axle for under 3 grand!from my years of experience with vehicles and shops and mechanics this is by far my most pleasant and easy to deal with.truswthy crew ,great Christian owners and my Cadillac is running like brand new! Great job straitline!

Fast and reliable. The GPS will take straight to this location, and the directions are easy to follow. Staff will communicate the findings very well.
