This is by far the most horrible set of employees and managers I have ever encountered, they will try and sell broken parts to you along with not telling you they cancelled your special order parts until you get there to pick it up. Whilst laughing about it the whole time/could be a nervous laugh but in all reality they've been screwing me around for 3 weeks on the same part. Very disrespectful set of individuals. Sad to see this on the greenbrier community.

I usually always have a good experience at this store , but this morning there was a man working there that was absolutely the rudest person , not helpful at all when asked questions , he was so rude !!! He had a beard , but didn t get his name , I was so upset by his attitude I left

These folks here in Greenbriar are pretty much always very professional and easy going but at the same time they manage to get you in and out and always have time to just slow down and look up any questions you may have, never are they just slacking! All around great place for auto parts and ect.

Nearly always have parts I thought they wouldn t. Surprised at the high prices, but then again I get surprised every time I buy from anywhere.

The employees are very helpful and try to make sure you find what you need. They will also install a new battery for you as well and get rid of the old one for you. This store always tried to make sure you find what is needed and help you if you don't know how. Highly Recommend!

This location was very helpful. The Conway location referred me here because the did not have another part to replace a defective part. The employee at this location went out of his way to ensure the replacement part worked.

This is my "Go To" parts store. They have a good understanding of mechanics here and remind me of the older parts stores from the 80's where the folks could actually offer some advice from time to time. Good polite interactions every time I go in.

Bought 4 quarts of oil (1/18/17) to aid a relative down the road,DEVIN waited on me, I left my wallet, realized it later(after searchingon the highway) called the store that next morning, DEVIN put thewallet in the safe overninght. It was waiting for me that morningthis kind of honesty is rare. Bob G.

Where do I even begin. I m riding the trans America trail and my KTM s battery went completely out. Call three bike shops in Conway, no help. Ended up getting in touch with Cali at O reillys and not only did she come herself to try to jump my battery, but also helped me take it out and gave me a ride to the store. We found the battery wouldn t hold a charge and they didn t have a battery. So instead of telling me sorry and sending me on my way, Debbie calls and gets one on a truck and delivered to the store in 30 minutes. THEN they gave me another ride to my bike, helped me install it, provided the right nuts and bolts and literally saved the day. Not a lot of people would have put forth such effort. Thanks again for everything!

DONE WITH ORIELLY'S!!! Ordered part on Thursday, was told it would be in Saturday. Then was told it would be in Tuesday. Then was told they would call when it was in. Part came in and was returned for lack of pick up after no call. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I WILL NOT BEG TO DO BUSINESS WITH ANYBODY!!!

This place is great.The workers are always nice and always willing to lend a hand or give advice about my vehicle when I need it.They do the same with both my daughter's also.I would for sure recommend this place.

So helpful. If they cannot answer, they will look it up. Cannot find answer, they will call around. PRETTY much whatever it takes to help a customer get exactly what they need.

Poor service bought a part there I took it back they said they would refund me for it never got it ask them for it again didn't try to make it right . Auto Zone just down the street much nicer people and service.
