Best Collison center ever!! They were so helpful with everything I needed. Went above and beyond. Even fixed a dent I didn t mention to them. Made my car look brand new. Great customer service and made sure it was affordable. Couldn t ask for a better experience

These people may do good work, but I wouldn t know because they never called me to set up an appointment after the estimate. I called Troy multiple times to set up an appointment to only be pushed off and told I was the next one and that he would call me soon. Now it s been 3 months later and still have received no phone call from them. If you re wanting good customer service here this probably isn t the right place.

Greenbrier Collision Center has always provided me with excellent service and the body and paint shops are the best in Faulkner county. I ve known Troy for a long time. They are wonderful people to do business with! I was rear ended back in December in my brand new car that I had only had since August of this year (2019) with less than 5,000 miles on it! Needless to say I was sick about it but they got me in, fixed the car up to where it looked brand new again and even detailed it and cleaned it up real nice for me. (Something they most definitely did not have to do) They are very professional, friendly, courteous and got me rolling again in a very timely manner. I cannot say enough good things about these people! They went above and beyond for me. Highly recommend!!!

I have (unfortunately) had to use services here several times on different vehicles over the past five years. They do excellent work, and I have never had a follow up issue. Personnel are always friendly and knowledgeable.

We hit a deer and damaged the front of our car. Deer ran off but we were left with a busted grill and cracked front bumper. We brought the car here and they did a fantastic job on it. Looks better than when my wife bought it last year. The stood by their estimate even after finding more damage underneath. As an added bonus, it looked like they detail the inside of the car. This really made the wife happy. Will definitely us these guys again for any collision damage.

Had some body work done on my Volkswagen from someone hitting it in a parking lot. Got it done in a few days just like they said they would. Friendly staff. Quality work. Pretty happy with the work done on my car.

I would hardly recommend those people they made my car look like brand new when it was involved in a hit-and-run I would put them up against anybody and I promise you you won t be sorry that those people and make your car practically brand new when they re done with it I didn t even recognize my car I was like where is my car at the also cleaned the inside out for you plus that made me want to stay with themService: Painting
