They were just amazing! They were very helpful, took their time to help us, walked us through everything, didn t rush us, didn t try to just sell us a vehicle to make a profit. Very nice people. Amazing.

Zack was awesome to work with! I let him know I wanted to get a certain vehicle for my daughter and he was just perfect to work with. There was an issue with the vehicle when I picked it up and they fixed it and got us going! I would definitely do business with them again.

Very friendly Christian staff. Didn't give us the usual salesman spiel. Would buy from them again! Will send all friends and family to them. It was nice to feel like they listened to our questions and gave honest answers.

Bought a 2012 Chrysler 300c with a Hemi for my wife at Freeman's. My wife loves the car. Great purchasing experience, no pressure sales with honesty.Edit: You should always have a used car checked by a mechanic. Freemans allowed me to do this. Expect to do some maintenace.On this car a few problems were found that I used for bargining chips, needed wheels balanced, old battery was was causing a couple of computer sensor codes, small problem with passerger seat adjuster, Brakes would need replaceing soon. Mechanic also founds a couple of features salesman hadn't pointed out that were working. (This car was loaded with features). No show stoppers. Got priced dropped from 14K to 12.5K!

Edit:they failed to turn in my title and my registration got suspended. They will not give me my title to fix it and when told my vin number was wrong by one digit he said it s only a perception. If that s how you want to look at it. He continued to argue with the dmv about them needing the title and they laughed at him for how stupid he was. I thought this was a good dealership but it s nothing of the fact.First time financing a car and they were so helpful and answered every question I had. They really worked with me and my budget to get my family back on the road 10/10

We had a great experience with Mr Zack Swain! Superior customer service! I got a GMC Terrain and it is just what I was looking for and perfect for me and my baby on the way! The inside is very nice and clean, drives like a dream and it was realistic for my budget, I couldn't be happier!! I highly recommend anyone looking for a nice ride to get in touch with them they will take such great care of you and your family!!

I am so pleased with my car that I bought from Freeman Motors. They had a great selection for me to choose from. In the past it has been really hard for me to get financing. The staff there worked diligently all day to get me financed. Now here I am driving my BMW. I highly recommend Freeman Motors. Excellent service and a great price. I will recommend anyone I know buying a vehicle to go to see them.

Being "shewed" around by the guy that owns the place, who has no time to stop and speak but to say "gotta move this car you can look when I'm done" was very off putting. However the younger gentleman on the lot is the saving grace of this place. I don't like games of chance, so a 50/50 shot at good customer service is not good enough for me or anyone I would send there. Tread lightly if you see a fast paced skinny fellow with glasses on his head only paying attention to the cars, come back another day. If you see a bigger guy with a pleasant demeanor, you are in good hands.

I would give a 0 if I could....BUYER BEWARE!! sold my daughter a broken car, called her desperate, said she told them she's a mechanic, so she can go fix it herself. Said he doesn't get under the car to look. (After i told him what meineke had found.) The car broke down 2 days after she got it. They said they fixed it, they helped HER out, they paid for it out of pocket. They gave her a loaner car with a check engine light on too. The car she bought has an oil leak, egr problems, coolant issues, a rusted broken control arm, it has k-seal in it which means someone knew what was going on. It has old stored codes. I called there as her mother after he was so rude to her, only for him to be just as rude with me, he said he was done with her and done with the car. Can't even file with BBB because they are not listed.
