I've used Barkley's Auto Service a few times now and I've been pleased with each experience. They are knowledgeable, professional, and honest. After mentioning to a friend how pleased I'd been with their service, I visited their website to check on something else and ran across their Code of Ethics. Reading through the Code, I quickly discovered the 'why' behind my great experience. Barkley s Auto Service is very unprofessional when coming to providing service for clients that require assistance with their AC. When coming for transparency between customer service and the customers, they are not only dishonest about when they ll get back to someone that has been constantly complaining about service they aren t being given, such as myself, having someone wait 2 days for a simple request for them to still not provide me service. Additionally, they are also very rude towards the clientele when you decide to call them out on it, they silence you and try to alter the situation to make it seem that it was you the one being ignorant and disrespectful when all you demand is service for the appliance such as my AC, which is something that you are paying for honestly and respectfully. As a person, I believe that honesty is an important quality and what you give is what you get and Barkley went completely against those principles while also making people go to great lengths just to try and communicate with a business company that is uncooperative and unmannerly. To conclude, Barkley service that I was provided was completely unacceptable and I truly do not recommend their service.Service: General repairs & maintenance

The service at Barkley's is always great and easy. They let you know what needs to be done from the beginning to then in. They are very dependable and you can be confident the work will be done correctly. I trust them totally, and that's saying alot.

i have always used this shop for years, and always had a fair experience, well today that changed. Dropped truck off for brake inspection to be done at 8am, they dont even get to the truck until after 9:30. Then tell me the brakes could use some lube, and that would take til after lunch at 1pm. This is a company truck and i disclosed could it be done by 11ish the day before when i called and they told me they would start on it at 8am. Well i end up having to come get the truck at 11:20 to go on to work, the shop manager or owner whoever he is slams the door on me twice. Disgruntled and upset i guess because they wasted my time and their own. I will NEVER be returning here nor will my family members for any kind of service what so ever.Service: Brakes

I had called a few days before to schedule a repair for my car and I was told the only available spot was Friday at 8am. I get there at 8 and the man in the office was rude. Best place in Greenbrier to have work done. Took my truck in and asked them to do a bumper to bumper inspection and tell me what it needed. They gave me a list of things that needed to be done immediately and another of things that could be done at a later time. They we're flexible with my time and got the work done on schedule. Their prices were fantastic and their entire crew was extremely professional.

They where very professional I was honestly surprised on how quick they got my truck in and how fast they got it back to me they were true to their word and the price was half of what other shops had quoted me will definitely be back for any future repairs

I am from Evansville, Indiana. I had just bought my car there. I drove to Greenbrier, AR not knowing my brakes were very bad when I started. The seller told me he had just put brakes on it. I called Barclay s, which was highly recommended. They got me in right away. Replace all of the brakes, rotors and something else that fell apart while removing the rotors. They were EXTREMELY professional and the bill was VERY cheap. I HIGHLY recommend these guys! If I ever need any kind of repairs again while visiting here, these guys will ALWAYS get my business!

My entire family have been taking our vehicles here for years now. They are always up front about what is wrong and how much is will cost before they perform the repairs. They will let you know what needs immediate repairs and what can wait. They will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. They are always extremely fair on parts and labor costs. There is no other place I will take my vehicles to. They will have my family's business for as long as I am alive.

Attentive, fair, honest and professional service. They have been servicing my vehicles for several years. I wouldn't think of using anyone else.Some time ago an error was made was made on a repair to my truck by one of their employees. The mistake seriously troubled them and they were quick to correct the mistake. (They even graciously offered me the head of that employee on a platter...just kidding).

I just moved to Greenbrirr on Oct 1st. I needed an oil change and googled where to get one quick in Greenbrier. Barkleys popped up. I went there and when I asked about it they were very hateful and condescending to me.Day 8. I was headed back to Clarksville to an appt and my truck overheated and needed a quick replacement of a t-valve. Again I was sent to Barkleys and they would not even come outside to look at or in anyway be helpful and help me. He said "do you not see all the cars parked out there? There isn't anyone here to work on it and first of all you need to move your truck."Maybe it's bc I am a woman and I intimidated them I don't know but they are by far the most hateful, rude and not helpful at all. Apparently they have al the business they will ever need and don't want any knew business or new ppl.I know what I will sAy if ever asked anoint Barkleys Automotivein Greenbrirr.. DO NOT GO THERE!!#

I waited a week for my appointment, was told I could get a ride home. Got there to drop off car, sorry can't give me a ride. A waste of my time on top of a week wait.
