Had someone report my vehicle as an abandoned vehicle when I left it at my mother s apartment (not even 5 mins away from this towing place). The man I spoke to over the phone initially told me it was going to be $500 to get my truck back. After negotiating, he lowered it to $300.I understand not wanting to work for free (I don t think anybody wants to work for free). However, I do think the price I had to pay to get my vehicle back was very unreasonable.This review would be 1 star, but it s 2 stars because the man I spoke to over the phone was very polite and understanding.If you get your vehicle towed and need to get it back, don t be surprised when you have to pay a pretty penny.

I drive a FedEx truck and got stuck on a county road in a really tricky spot. They showed up quick, and got me unstuck even quicker. Plus the two guys didn't even make fun of me for getting stuck. 10 out of 10 would call again.Service: Special vehicle towingService: Special vehicle towing

The guys at Natural State are some of the most professional, well mannered people I have met. Their courteous demeanor is top of the line. If you need a vehicle moved or are broke down I definitely recommend calling these guys.

Top notch amazing tow company. They treat you with so much respect and get to you in a very timely manner. For whatever your needs are weather you have a flat ran out of gas need a tow whatever these guys are there for ya.

Very well recommended, very professional and of all the times me or my family have used a tow company they are the most prompt, and always handle us and our vehicles like family!!!! Love these guys.

Wouldn t recommend to my worst enemy. This company is rude. Tried to hold school laptops and when they finally gave in were extremely rude to my wife. Would have given a lower rating but can t.Service: Car towingService: Car towing
