Not only did Shelter give us the best insurance quote. I worked with Alana and she gave the absolute best customer service. We were in a pince to get new insurance within two days and she and Corey went above and beyond to make that happened. They jumped through hoops to makes sure we got what we needed. Alana even offered to come in on her day off before the Thanksgiving holiday. I definitely recommend this hometown business to anyone looking for insurance. They are awesome.

Alaina from Gravette office was excellent she saved us so much money we were abled to get auto insurance and home owners insurance with Shelter and we are extremely happy with the customer service she provided the knowledge and i recommend Alaina and Shelter insurance

The team here in Slater is just phenomenal. I run a small business & whenever I get a new piece of equipment or having an issue they're ready on the spot to awnser any questions & concerns I have.They do the hard work for me. Whenever I go to their off im alwags in and out and if I can't make it to town then a quick phone call settles everything on my part and they do the hard work for me. Cheapest prices, Cheapest rates, excellent service. Jamie and Terry are amazing people and I pretty much regard them as part of my family.
