My wife's car broke by Glen Duffy Elementary School in Gravette. Was able to take to BMS Auto Center with no heads up or appointment and the guys there were very helpful and took the care in with no questions asked. Long story short these guys were able to fix my wife's car and get it up and running. I would definitely go back for their customer service and skill set. Very professional and would recommend.

I m usually someone who does my own maintenance but back issues put me down for a bit. I needed an exhaust leak fixed, U joints, a new muffler and an alignment. I talked to Bob and his crew and told them everything that I needed done, they gave me a time to drop it off and promptly got the job done! Thank you for taking care of me.

If you want a trust worthy business that are not shade tree mechanics and can describe a problem and not beat you up on price good ole boys were handshakes mean something take it to BMS not to B.S.

Super Friendly and knowledgeable! Brought my car in a few months ago for a muffler delete. Couldn't be more pleased at how she sounds! Another issue came up with a nice little squeak from a previous issue and they fit me right in. It was fixed asap and now she's a happy girl again! I would def recommend them and I will be using them in the future!Service: Exhaust

I'm not one to give good reviews on anyone after only one service done. Therefore I waited at least a year to go ahead with this review.Can't say enough good things about this shop, they are very accurate at detecting a problem right away,had work done on a variety of vehicle's from brake jobs, ac compressor replacement to a simple oil change. They are very nice people to talk to as well as affordable and yet quality service.You can't go wrong with this place.

They truly believe in great quality work! They make sure safety is the top priority, and will give you excellent customer service. The owner is very caring, and has went far beyond what any normal shop owner would do. He has helped me countless times and I am amazed at how his work has turned out on my vehicle's. Truly an amazing comforting mechanic shop! I highly recommend BMS auto if you have any issues.

Bob and his crew will always take care of your vehicle maintenance and repair needs. Very reasonably priced and will provide an honest assessment and good advice. Have never had to take anything back and trust that when he or his mechanics work on something it will be done correctly.

Had this so called mechanic work on my 2017 Buick to put on new compressor for ac $1408 later still NOT fixed stated my husband and I were rude which is a LIE! And has blocked our number and will NOT! My attorney will be in touch !! Beware he s a ripoff!! So disgusted you can pay a man to do a job anymore!!!

Had 3 alignments done and each and everytime they did not tighten my bolts! First time went up there with brand new tires and they didnt tighten the bolts and ruin two brand new $153 per tire! Had to go get used tires to replace them for another $70! And they would not replace my money or put new tires on it for their mistake from not tightening the bolts! Will not recommend them for anything!

Charged $100 to put belt on my Chevy truck. Took 15 minutes, charged for hour. I brought the belt.

Bob and his crew have excised my expectations In Customer service, Quality, time, Honesty and most of all price ! With out losing Quality. Highly recommended. BMS is a asset to Gravette and sets high standards for automotive repair vacillates. Also Bob has in inquired 2 times to make sure my Camaro was performing at or above proper performance. Nissan dealer wanted over $1,000 to replace resonator. BMS spot welded it for $25, i.e., saved us over $1,000. Will use their service in the future.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

HONESTY is the word for this me hanic shop the story had a belt break on my tundra .4mile from BMS so I proceeded to have him order it when I brought the truck in said the tensioner was bad showed which one it was it was froze up for sure he looked on the computer mechanic price to replace it said itd be $400 I said will I'll leave it he called that afternoon said$123 he only had to replace a PC of the tensioner if we could give this guy 10 stars I would thanks BMS

They let me drive away with my alternator just hanging by the top bolt knowing that there was a problem because they had to jump it that morning to get it to start
