Josh and his crew at Pud s were amazing! I got hit by a deer in September and after months of battling with insurance and a different collision repair shop, after taking my car to Pud s it was done within a week! He ordered the parts in advance and even worked on the weekend to ensure I had a car to drive. My car looks brand new and I have nothing but positive things to say about the quality of work and the overall experience. They do honest work and I will be taking my car here for any future maintenance.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Josh and his crew did an amazing job on my car!! I hit a deer, and dealing with my insurance adjuster was an absolute nightmare. Josh was fantastic. He had excellent communication with me throughout the whole process, which really alleviated a lot of the stress. He was super professional, and my car looks and runs great now. He even delivered the car to my house when it was fixed! Such a great personal touch. If I could give them more stars I would. They really go above and beyond for their customers. I am very impressed with the whole experience, and I highly recommend them!!!

We needed major body work done and heard about Puds from a friend. They were great!!! They ordered the parts quickly and kept us informed on updates. They were also extremely efficient and took less time than we anticipated. Very kind an professional. Would highly recommend and will be coming back for any future body work.

Josh did a beautiful job on my 2014 Dodge Ram. I'm from Michigan, and I had a lot of rust damage. He gave me a ride home when I dropped off the truck and delivered it when it was done. The price was lower than the quote. I've never had that happen before. Good guys there, very professional service. I would highly recommend them.

Very disappointed in the work on my truck , I purchased OEM parts to replace fender , grill and radiator support and blinkers. I also paid extra to paint my mirrorsWhen I picked up my truck after being told it was finished I noticed the hood didn't line up and you can stick almost two fingers between the fender and hood ! What I found most concerning is that he didn't call me and let me know he broke a bolt on the rad support preventing the alignment . He let me discover this on my own probably hoping I wouldn't notice.He also didn't hook up the wires in the mirrors that he removed and painted. So now the blinkers don't work in the mirrors like they did when I took him the truck.Also found the rearview mirror off and on the floor that was knocked offTake a look at my picture posted to see the quality of work.

Great, easy experience. Had a headlight get smashed by something on the interstate. The team was super flexible and worked with my schedule to make it easy to get the car out there for repair. When I arrived, they were ready and immediately got to work and had me finished up in less than an hour. No down time, quick service. Josh and his guys took good care of my truck after being rear ended. The process was easy and painless and Josh walked us through every step of the way. He had the truck in and out in no time, even after receiving an incorrect part. This is clearly a business that cares about its customers and business reputation. I got three quotes for a repair of a dent on my Hyundai Elantra. Pud's quote was 60% less than the other two quotes. Plus, Pud's was the only one that gives a lifetime guarantee on the repair. The work was absolutely seamless and had a perfect color match and texture. The people there couldn't have been more friendly. They are out in a rural area on Wimpy Jones Road, but well worth dropping in for a quote.. This business is a true hidden treasure in Garfield. If you are lucky, you will be greeted by their two gorgeous Rhodesian Ridgeback dogs as you drive in. They are just as lovely as the people that work there.

Worst work I ve ever seen done!Overspray all over the truck, when I took it back to get buffed out and picked it up it was filthy and had swirl marks. And never got my truck emblem back after he broke it, and he took it for a joy ride , no fuel left and I had plenty when I brought it in, my things in the back seat were sprawled out every where, and that only comes from taking turns to fast or hitting big bumps. He makes you feel like your stupid when he s the stupid one, my dog could have done better paint work! Don t take a chance cause it will cost you. I don t know how anyone can run a so called business like that.

Good quality work. Did a paint match for me. Also deleted all the chrome off a car. Another car I had was rear ended and he had it back to perfect condition quickly.
