Refused to change my oil in my van, then didn t update me about it. I ve worked in the industry, and it looked like they didn t want to change my oil due to it being late in the day, and my vehicle having a filter housing instead of a regular filter. Waited 3 and a half hours for an oil change, they forgot my car was in line and never touched my car. They got real backed up and told me it would be another 2 or 3 hours before they could get to my car. When I asked for my keys back so I could leave, they couldn't find my keys nor the keys for several other people. The guys in the garage said the people inside had them and vice versa. Never going here again

The last time I visited the wait time with only one car was over an hour. The time previous my husband's truck took over an hour and the technicians forgot to correctly place the oil cap back on, resulting in us losing over a quart of oil on a road trip. Would not recommend.

I wasn't asked if I wanted the expensive or the lower priced oil, my records indicated I use the lower price oil but for the some reason they put the highest price oil in my car. Instead of offering to correct it they would only offer to completely drain my car and redo the entire oil change. So they were willing to loose the cost of the entire oil and make me wait an hr again rather than just correct the mistake with a credit.

Got here about 30 minutes after they closed. Battery was dying on my car, and I wasn't sure if it was going to stop the next day. I spoke with Andrew, the supervisor, and he sold me a battery after hours and even installed it. Well worth giving them business just because of him. Super great guy!

They couldn't patch my flat tire. They said the tread was to thin. Safety reasons I assume. But they're usually pretty helpful. I'd go back.

Wally World has become a favorite when looking for just about anything from Ammunition to Ziploc bags. The cashiers are usually pleasant and friendly and the prices are reasonable on most things. That's not to say that you might be able to get the same thing online for less. But sometimes the convenience or necessity of need is worth a few dollars more in cost.

The efficient and friendly crew make this option best for my car needs! I'm always informed about possible benefits and upcoming needs to prepare for, but never pressured to "buy now".

As a Walmart customer I love how the store representative helps you answer those questions that you don t have a clue about and how most of love the prices.

I came here to get a single tire replaced. Sitting for two hours and it's still sitting in the garage. Terribly slow service considering there's five people in there right now.

DO NOT BUY TIRES FROM WALMART!!!!bought a set of four and two of them exploded!! Went to get my money back or even some new tires and got nothing!! SMFH

Poor service, bad attitude. Would not rotate and balance tires with purchase of 2 new tires .
