It took over 4 hours from the time my car was pulled into the shop to mount and change 4 tires. I had to put 3 of the tires on myself because they wouldn't touch them because of a broken pin and the front needed spacers put on in order for the tires to fit properly without rubbing. They stood around talking for half an hour before they would do anything to any of the tires and then made me pay for one of the tires completely separate because they wouldn't touch it to take it off the car.

We dropped off one wheel at 2:30pm that needed a tire replaced. We were told about two hours before it would be done. Needless to say, it wasn't. We went back two more hours later and it still wasn't touched. It was finally done at 8:30pm!! The only reason I gave it a second star was because of the price of the tire by the time we left.

Worst experience ever.. the service person behind the counter.. not friendly... had purchased 2 new tires, had to wait for them to come in.. made appointment.. arrived on time for appt.appointment.. had to wait 30 minutes past appointment just to get car in.. then.. 1 & half hours later just to get 2 tires installed... will definitely go somewhere else from now on...

Don't expect fast service. Workers stand around more than doing anything. Go some place else. Gimmick to get you to shop for things not needed and over priced.

TERRIBLE customer service! Over an HOUR wait for oil change even though my car was the only one in the parking lot. Checked in at 7:40 AM for an oil change and completely got SKIPPED and had other customers needs before mine!! even though my car was there first!! DONT GO HERE!! Absolutely love one of the managers over automotive. He is so nice and friendly. My children love him as well. Always smiling and happy to help!!!If you go here make sure to ask for Harley as he will make sure you get taken care of!

After oil change I was a quart low.So I had to buy a quart.And I was told they had mobil 1And when I went to pick up truckThey had put Pennzoil platinumIn my truck,,,,,,And they forgot my windshieldWipers,,but I brought it to their attention and they put them on.It's cheaper than most places butYou can definitely see why

Good work. But you'll be there 2-3 hours for any job at all. So bring your shopping list. And shop while you wait.

Damn quick customer service it's just gonna as fast as I would like it to be but if you have a little time good place for an oil change cheap they do a good job they check your fluids It's almost as cheap as changing it yourself

I have road hazardous coverage on my tires and the edge of the tire is got a cut in several places and they said it was out of alignment... which it is not my tire needs to be replaced but the person in the shop would not talk about it..if it was out alignment it would have a aware around the tire not a cut Mark in several places I feel like I was brushed off and no one wanted to help I've never been treated so rudely in my life I'll never shop at Walmart tire center again and I've always done business there so that's that.

I will never go to another wal mart auto center. They take a lot longer than they say and a lot of the time ( like today after an hour and a half wait) they say we can not help you for one reason or another. The quality of there work is below what is expected, and I have been at several between Oklahoma and Arkansas. I just thought this one might be different because the store itself is excellent.

I am so thankful for this Wal-Mart! By the grace of God they had 2 tires I needed after I had 2 blowouts! And they graciously stayed open later to help put those tires!

The guys are really nice and really helpful! This will ultimately be the place I go to get my oil changed! They try to help you and in my book, that's good enough to me and I respect that! Thank you Walmart Auto Care Center!!

Brought in a tire that may or may not have had a puncture. Only one vehicle in the bay and three workers. Just needed the tire checked and fixed. Been here 25 minutes now and still waiting. Not utilizing Walmart car care ever again. Thanks for the wait.

Kevin with Wal-Mart automotive was awesome. He explained everything perfectly and was so nice. I've had problems in the past with Wal-Mart automotive. They have had terrible customer service, like I was imposing by needing my oil changed. Kevin was the complete opposite, he treated me like family and not an imposition. Way to go Wal-Mart

I was told that someone was offended by me just doing my job. I already do the jobs of four other people that are no longer thereand just because someone else can't complete out their work, I get called into the office. Save your money, force Wal-Mart to close. Let small business come back.

Showed up at 8am was the 2nd car in line just needed a standard oil change it took 3hrs for them to get to my car and do the oil change

I will never go there again. They told me the dip stick for my transmission fluid was gone so they couldnt check it. I get home and poo the hood and the dip stick is there. Apparently they didnt know where it was located at on my Subaru!! Thats the kind of people they jave doing oil changes!

Had an oil change and check fluids etc. Price is okay and it got the job done. The only thing is when I checked out I got the paper of issues they seen but no one could really answer any questions I had about the information they listed? I think next time I'll try a small business where they can/ will talk to me.

Walmart tire and lube on Zero st. In Fort Smith Ar. Is the absolute slowest place to have anything done to your vehicle. You have to go behind and check everything they do! Never use this place and if you plan to stay for 3 hours to have an oil change! Wish I could give no stars!

Does any Walmart around here answer a phone, at ANY time? I found it odd that I ve tried to call not just this location but the one on Rogers NEVER answer the phone either. I had this same problem a couple years ago trying to price or locate tires with them! Horrible customer service, or at least I m assuming so?

The Walmart on Zero is under construction so I needed help finding windshield wipers. The staff made sure I got the ones I needed. They are so helpful.

Brought my vehicle in for oil change. I have been here over 2 hours, and they still have not even yet brought it into the bay area. I will think twice before bringing it back here for an oil change.
