I took my car to Walker's for an alignment and some new tires. The technician was courteous, communicated with my via text throughout the process and was transparent regarding cost, finished before the estimated time and when I picked up my car, the sunglasses I have been looking for were placed in my cup holder. Bonus points! I would take my car there again and will be recommending them to my friends and family.

They were polite over the phone but ultimately canceled on a tow. I can't speak to the auto repair, details below:I needed to move a project car that didn't run but did roll into a commercial RV storage unit with a 50ft gravel parking lot and 20ft door. First guy said he would relay to his dad (tow operator) and check and see about the space...I got a kind call back sounded like everything was fine asked to call when we were ready for them to come and pickup the car. Moved the car into the driveway and prepared for towing. Called ready for tow and the first guy says "we can't do this tow our truck won't fit"... I explain it's a massive RV storage unit, they seem to get that and say a tow will be on it's way soon. I see black rollback tow truck with red lettering drive past my neighborhood. 10 minutes later I get a call saying the driver had an emergency and the tow was cancelled. Maybe he truly did have an emergency call, or maybe he went to the wrong address and gave up? Either way it left me in a huge scramble to find another tow after their referral to another company didn't answer. Ultimately went with a different company who also showed up with a standard rollback tow truck. Cost me less, and they had no issues what so ever with space, a very easy tow they said...something to consider, likely just an unfortunate miscommunication but ultimately didn't come through.

Wonderful experience! Honesty, patience and above average kindness are what you will find here. Noah explained everything in detail, notified me before proceeding, and went out of his way to help us get repairs quickly so we could make it to Grandma's funeral. Thank you Walker's, for everything!

Quickest scheduling, towing, repair, and release ever. Able to discuss the issue and send pics over the phone. Get quoted, get towed, and serviced in the smoothest way ever. Great job. Trying to DIY, I was having to order and wait on the part before knowing I didn't have everything under a shop to replace that special part. All-in-a-day, these guys had my car running. Even offered to pick me up. Cheers.

Walkers is a little more expensive than other auto shops but Noah knows his stuff and you can depend on the job getting done right. He is worth every penny to have the peace of mind that your vehicle is in good trustworthy hands.

Very informative, made sure I knew all the options before making a decision. Also, he was transparent with pricing, as well as the work they did to my vehicle. I got break down of services, and cost that was clear, concise, and detailed, it made sense and seemed fair! Kept me in the loop through the entire process! Definitely feel it was worth the money! Had a problem with our truck shuddering that no other mechanic could seem to find the answer to, seemed like hundreds of dollars were being spent for no reason. Walkers auto repair asked for the symptoms and knew straight away what it was and had it out the same day, shuddering has gone away completely and the truck runs like it was driven off the lot. definitely great work highly recommend them.

Im never taking my car anywhere else! Midas quoted me 2500$. Noah found out what midas said the problem was, was not indeed the problem.Fixed it for 900$ and my car feels amazing!!!!!!Seriously, the nicest man and workers! And the funniest!

These guys have got to be some of the most honest and knowledgeable mechanics I ve ever met. We used to have trouble getting things fixed until we started coming to Walker s. They send before and after pics of what they re doing and have always fixed the ACTUAL problem ..... like ..... the FIRST time! Here are some pics of our 2006 Highlander with over 250K miles, which developed an oil leak. I thought it was the oil pan washer, since it was dripping, but after changing the oil again (and replacing that washer) it still leaked and was progressively getting worse. Noah had a look and suspected the valve cover. We had him change out the gasket, as well fluid flushing for brake, steering, & transmission systems. He sent pics on EVERYTHING! Old fluids were black (shame on me.) He also covers the interior with plastic, which scores high with my wife! Anyway, we are feeling confident that our highlander will easily run another 250K with no issues! Thanks to guys like you Noah; mechanics who know what they re doing and CARE about their work! We ve been using these guys now, for the past 3.5 years, with all our vehicle needs. (We have 3 Toyotas.)Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance

The guys here are truly talented when it comes to auto repair. They change my valve cover gasket s and plugs on my 2010 Ford Fusion in less than two hours costing me $215 dollars less than what three other shops quoted me. I m the second owner of this car and it s running better now than when I bought it with nothing wrong with it. Not only that, I was told by another repair shop they would have to grain the oil to repair the problem and they fixed it without doing that saving me another $60 dollars. This is my second time having a vehicle repaired by these guys and WILL NOT BE MY LAST!!! Thanks to the experts at Walker s. Donya Richardson

Originally picked Walker s because it was the closest repair shop to where I live. Turns out it s also the best. These guys are honest, fast and friendly. I ve had them perform two repairs to my 16-year-old car with 200K+ miles on it over the past couple of years (air conditioning and clutch master cylinder, the latter of which was a huge relief because I initially assumed the clutch itself had gone out on me), and both experiences saw prompt diagnoses and successful fixes. They conveniently text you updates throughout the process, and I found the pricing to be fair. I ll be back though knock on wood it isn t for a while.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Wonderful service! He consistently kept me updated and I have never had anyone work on my car as fast as Walker s. He gave me a reasonable price and explained everything he was going to do and told me the exact price and did not change it. I definitely recommend taking your vehicle here and using the towing service!

I am overly pleased that I chose Walker's to trust my vehicle to. From the minute I walked in they answered my questions, gave me great advise & kept me updated on the repairs by forwarding pictures & explaining them & the cost. All done at a fair & reasonable price & time frame. They will be my go to for my next auto repairs. The guys there were friendly, professional people who you could immediately trust to take care of whatever services you need.I went in there to have a wheel alignment done, but I needed more than just a wheel alignment. They said to me that I needed a track bar replaced on my truck. The price to have it fixed was much more than I expected, so I wasn't confident with giving it the go. They saw that and gave me a lower price for a different brand in which I felt confident in, so I gave them the "go sign". I didn't finish working until the last minute they were about to close, and yet they still waited for me, I paid up front and got my keys. I immediately felt the (better) difference when driving, and I was so happy with it.All I can really say is, I recommend this place 1000% to have a job done.Thank you guys so much. Great service. I called on a fri morning to get my ac leak repaired. They told me i could bring it in that same day and they could work on it by the following mon. I dropped my truck off that fri and within 2 hours they called and told me it was repaired and ready to pick up. I definitely recommend them. These guys are amazing! Bought an old Honda Odyssey to convert into camper, called Walker s after an high recommendation from my son. Following a thorough inspection, all the major items were fixed at a very fair price. I feel confident crossin the GREAT U.S.of A! many times at this point. Thanks guys! We were having engine issues with our Sienna and wasted over 2 months of going back and forth to the local dealership to no avail. After reading reviews about Walker s, we decided to drive the extra miles to give them a try. Let me tell you that the reviews were spot on! These guys are totally professional, knowledgeable, reasonable and honest! We took our van on on Monday and picked it up on Wed. The problem is completely resolved, and they kept us in the loop about the repair process along the way.
